Excellent sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to link entities together, merge records, and record updates across our team. I find the system flows together much nicer than Salesforce that I've used in prior roles
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to integrate Hubspot tasks into another platform like MS ToDo would be extremely helpful to link work tracking in with other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete deal tracking for our sales team across SDR's, AE's and Implementation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is well worth it, especially for technology companies that use it across the entire lifecycle from marketing to support, makes it very very easy to get a complete picture of any client or prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional user engagement through a simple sales-friendly interface. It makes my life easier. I find it intuitive and responsive to my daily tasks. The phone system is allows me to flow through calls with speed and efficiency. The integration with Google is basically flawless it captures emails documents and attachments with ease. HubSpot's integration with Gmail and other Google Apps, logs all your emails and other interactions to the right contact for you. You can also see your sales and relationship essentials from email threads, to past interactions, to tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the integrations with other systems work well but the text messaging integration could be more easily automated. I use Sales Messenger and the integration is there, it just isn't automated. I am also only a couple of months into using HubSpot and I have found some difficulty running lists and reports but I think that is possibly because we haven't been using the systems long enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task building system is really great. It allows me to reach a larger audience. Our school hosts a lot of zoom events and capturing attendance details for follow up is key and the system integrates well from zooms webinar functions. Another great thing HubSpot has helped us with is creating an all in one platform that helps unify the sales team and out outcomes department. Also record keeping is made easy through the ability to log PDF directly onto client accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have years of Account Executive experience and I have found HubSpot to not just be my favorite but the most helpful. Everyone knows switching CRM's can be difficult and in many cases a long drawn out process. I will assure you this is not. We uploaded a 14,000 person prospect funnel and were intirely switched over in one month with virtually no hiccups.

Sometimes the client profile is hard to stop emails with having to press alot of buttons to know for sure it's stopped

What do you like best about the product?
I was always a SFDC user from the early days, and learned over time that there is little you want to do in a growing organisation without a dedicated person managing SDFC. HubSpot simplifies the existence for a young growing company to the point that you can get things started and begin to scale, without needing a dedicated person to manage it all. Great to have their support team and a partner that can take on the bigger stuff, but for the most part, it is easy enough to learn, and support is tops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thanks to keeping things simple, there are some complex things that we still have not tackled. I am confident however that the recent introduction of custom objects will allow us to address our more complex needs as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS Sales allows the team to stay organized and on top of our deals while allow us to collaborate and communicate from inside the platform by being able to tag each other.

It acts as the home for seeing all of my tasks, leads, deals, marketing, etc.

Can be slow when dealing with lots of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track what is happening with my whole sales pipeline - who I need to reach out to and when, who is engaging with me, etc. I can also automate a lot of these interactions to save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very great CRM, make sure to fully utilise it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can queue up tasks and activities for day to day as well as reminder for myself in the future for accounts I want to circle back to.

What do you dislike about the product?
It drives me crazy that there isn't a function to clone deals when you can clone most everything else in the system.
I find that while reporting isn't hard to do, I can't always easily identify why reports seemingly the same show different values and I have to do my own sleuthing within records to figure out why that is.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see what activities our team is up to on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
The ease of use and integration with gmail is really nice.

HubSpot keeps me organized and makes sure I know what I need to do with each of my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline is visual and allows me to customize notifications. I love that I am able to set notifications to show me how long it has been since I have been in contact with a particular client. Having the ability to easily communicate with my client through HubSpot and manage contacts associated with particular deals is also incredibly helpful. I also love being able to easily filter dashboards to work with my team to get back up and offer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the logging features (email logging in particular) can be a little bit wonky and clunky. As much as I like the HubSpot Outlook add-on, it sometimes has some issues logging incorrectly and has missed some email logs. The threads expand out automatically and it becomes hard to find exactly what you are looking for. Searching through long email histories can take a while because I cannot easily hit CTRL+F and search for something specific and sometimes have to dig. I have also had some formatting issues with the email tool where it will not properly format links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a hard time keeping track of multiple clients at once and HubSpot has been incredibly useful for identifying how far along in my pipeline all my clients are, identifying tasks that need to be completed, and provides me with tools that I can use to maintain more consistent contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of excellent features on HubSpot to take advantage of. Make sure you take the time to learn about all of the features so you can use them all properly. I love the Task feature, but I misused it for a long time and would always schedule all of my tasks at the same time and would be overwhelmed.
Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to sell more efficiently. The templates offer suggestions when writing my emails. I can also upload commonly used documents to emails. The training HubSpot offers also provides tips on sales as well as using their tool. The extension with Google Chrome allows me to get notified when someone opens an email. I also get emailed when someone opens a document I've sent them. Typically, I follow those up with a phone call to connect with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does a good job of most of what I'm looking form. However, it is frustrating when a changed to a cloned template are copied to the original template. I also wish I could have a feed of sorts based on customers I follow to see what actions they are taking.
My biggest wish is that HubSpot would allow me to clone deals. I spend TOO much time everyday entering in information multiple times in deals when closing deals for multiple products at once.

It helps me to keep my pipeline more organized. I like the task feature and queueing tasks too. The integrations are nice, especially with slack, to communicate with my team efficiently.

Easy to navigate and access all pertinent features. Task queues make for a streamlined workflow and provide helpful reminders.

Loading times are always a pain. Sometimes navigation takes you off the page that you want to be on and there's no ability to have tabs within tabs for easy comparison.

Helps manage customer/leads data and track sales opportunities. It does a really great job keeping all pertinent information in one place.
HubSpot Sales Hub has centralized, organized, automated, and boosted my experience with leads.
What do you like best about the product?
Deals and Tasks. To keep track of deals in HubSpot has helped me understand the flow of what needs to happen at each point by separating them into stages for clarification. This is accompanied by tasks (task queues) that allow me to stay on "task" and not let anything fall through the cracks with my MQL's, SQL's, and Customers.
In specific, our deals are broken into stages for each customer starting from "New Deal" all the way through "Finalization". I tried a beta for the deal page that allowed me to see if a deal had been inactive for 7-14 days and from that I could see who needed urgent contacting and who didn't. Ultimately, the experience has been great and I love using HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of my contacts in a consistent, clean, and organized manner that is timely.

Quotes. For my company quotes hasn't been needed as Deals provide all the necessary information including the quotes for each project. I wouldn't say I dislike it, but don't use it as a tool for my organization. Other than that, I don't have many dislikes that I could share for HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has allowed me to solve my own lacking in organizational skills by placing each function in an easy to use, easy to navigate manner that anyone can jump into and begin to build organizational skills with. From deals, tasks, forecasting, and meetings, they have all benefitted me greatly in my abilities to sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise using HubSpot Sales Hub as opposed to other companies strictly on the fact of ease of use and the support team who provides beneficial documents, templates, and guides to further level up my experience with sales.
