After trying Zoho and SF I'm glad I was able to choose HS at my new job

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the sales-centric logic of the CRM, Hubspot understands standard sales workflow and perfectly accommodates it. I find that they are even one step ahead of what I want in a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a really difficult answer to think of because we really get everything we need. The only thing I can nit-pit is wishing the app was a little bit better designed, it's already almost perfect, but it doesn't load what I need the most, Contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many, including automating sales tasks, tracking emails, email marketing, webinar scheduling and follow-up.

Very efficient. Great way to manage pipeline and organise daily tasks. Would definitely recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales CRM efficiency. It creates a comfortable systematic flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system looks abit dated. The downside is the lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisational skills. Definitely more effective

What do you like best about the product?
The pipelines and the ability to have multiple. Also being able to log calls and emails easily for a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the ticketing system has a lot of unnecessary options that waste my time when I need to put a ticket in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep all of my clients data organized so that I am able to reach out to clients that are in our onboarding queue at all different stages within the onboarding process and I also am able to see what is going on with existing clients and what my recent conversations with them have been.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use hubspot support, they're the best in the business for sure!

HubSpot Hasn't Overlooked Anything

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes the sales process seamless -- from inbound lead organization to automated workflows to great integrations (our favorite is Qwilr!) .
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has a pretty rough search function. I wish I could just put in a phone number and the search feature turns up a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping massive amounts of leads organized in a simple to use manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize my day, review previous conversations with partners, review my colleagues previous conversations with partners, and stay on track with my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new launch of hub tasks isn't as intuitive. It's fine to use, but I liked the user flow prior to this launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my ability to stay on track and connect with partners to make sure their needs and questions are met.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great platform if you are a remote team or a team working with partners to stay organized and on top of what your co-workers are working on. It's especially awesome if someone is OOO and you need to jump in a meeting for them.

10/10 Hubspot is NECESSARY

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can do everything on it. It really is a one-stop shop platform. I can handle my contacts, send out automated emails, track open rates, click through rates, and manage all the sales deals. Hubspot makes everything run faster, it is much more convenient, and it is INCREDIBLY EASY. I thought it was going to take me weeks to figure out such a complicated-looking platform, but in reality, it only took a couple of hours. Me and my team absolutely love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish in the email sequences you could create pretty, well-designed emails. So far with the service we have, all our automated emails are only plain, HTML emails and for some of my newsletters that I like sending out, I now have to go with another platform. Other than that, Hubspot pretty much does it all and I am incredibly happy with the level of service and help I have received from the Hubspot Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep our business contacts in one place and track our sales. It makes it easier for me to follow up with warm leads.

Fantastic for starting and for scaling

What do you like best about the product?
Phenomenal startup pricing plus full featureset and lots of data make this the best tool we have ever used for sales and CRM -- and we've tried so many. We have a longstanding media business and a new software business; both now run on Hubspot.

Great UX makes it easy to get new team members started and they actually like using it, which is a first for us and our team. And the ability to bring everything into one place means you can look at marketing and sales together and see the entire funnel, which you can't do in a typical sales tool.

The automations save a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have any significant complaints about Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can track everything within one platform. For example, all emails, notes, tasks, reporting metrics etc. Hubspot allows you to easily create and track sequences as well for outbound prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
More in depth reporting metrics. For example, our company charges per employee per month pricing, and we need to be able to track that on a monthly basis in addition to overall usage and engagement of our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Outbound and inbound prospecting
-Creating sequences and templates
-Follow up tasks
-Being able to see who/when an email has been opened
-The Activity history of an account

Hubspot for the win!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to schedule emails to send to clients. Set it and forget it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Hubspot. I do wish there was more integrations options with my company's tools but that is something our tech team needs to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of time management and efficiency by using Hubspot sales! It is so easy to get tasks done by the automation features .

Too expensive for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with email, Stripe and the easy ability to create deals and quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of HubSpot is too much for my small agency. I feel there is not a price that fits and have begun migrating away from HubSpot. I was hopeful HubSpot would have helped my business in light of COVID, but I was held to the letter of the contract. That's fair but disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to set up numerous automations for client proposals and billing which has given me the ability to do almost no accounting or billing of customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the cost. If you are a small business, HubSpot might be a financial burden on your company.
