Tricky to migrate from salesforce, but worth it
What do you like best about the product?
the reporting and search and UI are super streamlined

it is very cumbersome to switch from salesforce. need to really make sure you have your processes in

we were trying to consolidate tools and not use so many different things for so many different tools. this makes it really easy to have one tool to streamline from a form fill, to email, to sales

Get your processes clearly documented before switching. but the service is great

I like how my emails are tracked and I can see if my customers have clicked on a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't communicate with Zendesk so I can view support tickets.

It allows us to market on a whole new level. It tracks so many metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has significantly improved our processes. They have streamlined our lead/client management as well as the sales process. I love being able to track emails being opened, clicked on etc. as well as saving templates or snippets of information I find myself using with multiple different leads/clients. Our company utilizing Hubspot has saved me hours and hours of time!
We've even been able to implement our online booking form right on our websites to streamline meetings with leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downfall to the online meetings is I don't see the ability to limit the number of appointments allowed for one day. In our previous booking platform, we could limit our availability to a certain amount of appointments booked so we didn't get overbooked and had enough time to run the meetings and complete the post meeting steps/follow ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant amount of time has been saved both by allowing for immediate bookings and being able to track who is getting emails.
It has uncovered an issue that a lot of my emails end up in SPAM so I know to follow up with leads if I see they haven't opened the email. Without this feature, I'd just assume they received the information.

Simple, easy, user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot mapping makes it so easy for me and my team to match records and data across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. It's pretty flexible.

I am able to have prospects book meetings and track all of our marketing data

I like that I can have a specific booking tool embedded into my CRM and also linked to my outlook.

Task overview is hard to see when certain tasks are do.

We are helping small to medium business get online and managing over 25 clients in my pipeline is streamlined with the different pipeline phases

I like the automation component (both receiving applications and sending emails).

The filtering of my pipeline could be better.

Managing my pipeline, reaching out to prospects, reporting to understand what is working and what isn't in our internal processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have found it very easy to use in comparison to similar CRMS (like Salesforce). HubSpot has a lot of opportunities for your team in your department and outside of your department to utilize its features. For example, our marketing, sales, and recruiting teams use HubSpot. It's great because all of our information and insights are in one place. We always know what each other is working on. We can see the things that are working well and the things that need tweaking across all departments. I think the pipeline management and email sequence and template aspects are what I like to use HubSpot for most. I have found that sometimes the filtering tool doesn't always work in HubSpot. You may have to refresh your page a time or two to get it to work. Other than that, I think it's a pretty seamless tool and acts as a 'catch all' for a lot of the CRM and sales management aspects most sales organizations need!
