Clear Interface and Helpful AI in HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface of HubSpot Sales Hub. It's quite clear and easy to understand. I also love all the tools that you can find within HubSpot, and the AI tool is quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a great overall impression. It is exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to control and review my pipeline and track accounts I'm working with.
Easy HubSpot Integrations Without Coding
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate hubspot with different platfroms. Even non-native integration can be done easily by using sortware lang zap or make.com. No need to be a coder. :D
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create custom reporting specially if you have combination of data that you want to see. Unless you have data hub, which is sad because I have to pay even if the account it already using an enterprise hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easier to track deals across different pipelines. It’s also clearer to see where we are in the sales process, which helps us prioritise which deals should be worked on first.
Disappointing Experience with Setup and Transparency

I did not like much about it at all
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the sales team. There wasn't a lot of transparency, and it looked like it was gonna require a lot of development. It was not very easy at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub didn't provide me much help with client relation management.
User-Friendly, Centralized Platform with Powerful AI Automations
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is user friendly interface and easy to understand for new users. And centralized all activities into one place. The ai features are also very good like email automations for repetitive tasks and email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one factor is pricing, it's high and there are hidden charges also when adding multiple users. Advance features are challenging to learn and hard to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem it is solving is automation of emails and getting the follow-up from the users. It also helps to eliminate manual data entry and make the tasks more efficient which helped me to improve my overall performance.
Comprehensive Data Tracking with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be my go-to place to check all the sales data, including performance and lead trends. The forecast feature is particularly helpful, allowing me to get a ballpark number with good confidence to share with the senior and sales teams. This helps us bridge the gap between forecast and actual results. I also value the Kanban board view of HubSpot deals. It helps me dice data for specific time periods and check the number of deals and their value easily. The metrics that appear just below the menu bar give me quick insights without needing to select anything, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot releasing product updates then and there, but I feel it's good. And some improvements I expect like, not something which specifically I have in mind, but I would love to explore new updates from HubSpot.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me forecast with confidence, bridging gaps between forecast and actuals. It allows me to easily check sales performance, lead trends, and closing rates across teams, tracking valuable data over specific periods without hassle.
Intuitive All-in-One Sales Companion with Powerful Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and manage a database of clients, companies, deals while being able to analyze metrics is incredibly helpful. Great performance, no downtime and intuitive UI. You can integrate it with basically any e-mail provider to keep track of communications with prospects, as well as recording calls made to any contact/company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's a great option if you're looking for an all-in-one sales companion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our way of linking what Sales does to the rest of departments within our company, from Professional services to Finance to Support
Custom Dashboards That Are Easy to Share with the Team
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create my own dashboards and share them with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the export to Excel be faster.

Everthing is good so far.
Powerful, Customizable Reporting and Pipeline Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting feature. I can build a report for the metrics I'm most interested in tracking for my pipeline. For instance, my dashboard can display and track open opportunities/deals. Even modeling it to present a list of opportunities/deals that have not been communicated in a certain number of days. Or filter for deals that are past a certain number of days from their estimated close date. More filters exist where I can filter opportunities/deals by last activity date, size, contacts, and call notes.
The feature set for communications with the prospect is a full set. I can track calls, emails, linkedin, meetings, and add notes for each of those communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports is not the most intuitive. I believe the report building can be incredibly helpful but at first glance I got lost pretty easily. Right now I rely on another person on my team to build them instead and then I modify them as best I can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub is helping prevent deals / opportunities falling between the cracks. With so many different conversations ongoing the reporting helps to keep track of them at scale.

Challenging Prospecting, But Great Campaign Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with HubSpot Sales Hub, you can build pages pretty easily using the drag-and-drop feature. It helps in driving campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been having trouble using it effectively, actually. What doesn't work well is connecting a specific respondent person to their company.
