It does it's job!
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and interface is nice. Being able to create calendar links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has limited ability to run reports for data, and merging duplicates is tedious

Great tool that really grows with your business
What do you like best about the product?
As long as your business budget is not tight, HubSpot Sales allows businesses to integrate all customer information in one place. It's a great customer experience that's worth it if you can afford it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequence can sometimes be a bit complicated and limited in functionality. I wish I had more triggers as a marketing automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great thing about Hubspot is that you can start with a CRM and leverage that data to expand to other products in the suite. It has helped us increase our sales and follow up on potential clients.
Top CRM tool for salespeople who hate CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & reduces admin for salespeople and gives robust reporting on sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the paid version, there are still some features we are waiting for like GP goal setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales allows us to close the loop on our sales and marketing efforts with robust reporting, including campaign revenue attribution. It also makes the process very easy for salespeople to log and manage their sales activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let the price deter you. When compared with other CRMs you'll find that the features HubSpot offers are unmatched and the price is better in the long run (no hidden costs)

It's very adaptive and offers straightforward sorting options for the novice user while also offering advanced cadences for the experienced sales rep or manager.

I am a very positive person and have nothing negative to say about this product.

I love the meetings tool, sequences, playbooks, logged emails, notes, and integrations with platforms like zoom.

Sales Hub professional is expensive for a lot fo the features it provides, but if you want an all in one integrated solution this is it.

Great for startups and mid sized businesses, easy to use, great support, and an amazing all in one integrated system for sales, service, marketing, and overall company crm.
HubSpot is a fantastic tool to use in business sales or marketing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about this tool is the ability to register leads in a predefined sequence. The automation is great, I can set certain days and times to send emails and create tasks like "call person X".
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot bulk import a group to a model unless I am upgrading to another version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with HubSpot has been very positive. I can really trust that this system will do my job.
Ideal for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I was very impressed with the capabilities of Hubspot. Creating and managing contacts is easy to use and I like the ability to set tasks on myself. I especially love the integration with the gmail app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are buggy, for example the integration with Asana is particularly poor. I also wish there was a way to filter how attachments are added automatically.

Overall, Hubspot streamlines the sales experience and gives you the push you need to stay on top of daily tasks. It has been a tool that has improved our sales.
Sales automate platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about the HubSpot Sales Hub is the great and easy-to-use interface, in which I am able to tack all the options in it, as the interface is very easy to understand and looks very premium too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that I dislike about the HubSpot Sales Hub is the data import feature, in which I am able to tack the duplicate data that imported, sometimes it overwrite the existing records, hence I dislike this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems like data importing and storing, sending bulk emails to our prospects, automate our entire sales process, sending sequence to the contacts, and getting the lead score of each and every contact for better sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After using this tool for a long time, I strongly recommend other customers who are looking for this type of sales solution. I would say just go to this amazing platform.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how in depth Hubspot is! It allows for detailed note taking. I'm able to keep track of my customers with no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to cc contacts into a full email sequence.

Hubspot has allowed us to automate part of our sales process, saving us tons of time and making sure we don't lose track of any clients!
