Great sales automation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love it because it allows for easy evaluation of sales executives, setting goals for them, measuring their performance, and optimizing tactics by leveraging all the information provided by the user throughout their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat complicated to apply when you have a traditional sales team, but it's a matter of training and having them see the benefits of using it in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring the performance of my executives was impossible; with the use of Hubspot, I have been able to find great opportunities for improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have a complete view of your sales processes, I recommend the platform. You will see an immediate return on investment.
Great Product - has transformed our company's sales & marketing capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Making HubSpot our system of record means we have one source of the truth and really good alignment between sales/marketing. Great partner integrations help build on the core product and allow us to keep all of our customer data in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is more limited than other products I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to coordinate our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth in both new and existing accounts.
Look no further - this can do it all for companies of all sizes looking to unify its business depts.

This SaaS is amazing, we use Sales, Service and Marketing and the automations, workflows and 3rd part integrations are wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, wish there was a user-facing portal for Service, would be nice if the Social Media portion was a little more robust and improved quoting features - I have heard that many of these things are planned for future releases however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a smaller team keep its finger on the pulse of all CRM related tasks wrapped around Marketing, Sales and Service is amazing.

I prefer to be using personalized models to keep records with all my regular tasks

it may be the hard to organize / filter of activities and leads also There are certain customizations with limitations

A wide flow can be handled very effectively – it allows you to immediately exclude targets as meetings take place.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the usage of the platform is pretty easy. You can create tasks, notes, tasks with notes which is also very important because the tasks pop up in your email, and you can prioritize them accordingly to that.
The pipeline management, reports, usage of the dashboards gives a person a very good perspective of the activities that are running.
E-mail tracking system, it is great to see if my prospect has or has not read my mails yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is platform that was thought from many angles with many cool features and settings, which sometimes is not what a person may prefer. Sometimes I just want an easy report or overview of the activities/ pipeline/ calls etc.
Other than to that meetings scheduled are every type of meetings added, and it is not possible to divide them according to their types.

Automated workflows, easy reminders to prospects, better pipeline management, easy control of the pipeline because you can add up stages etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey for a small business on a budget. We were on the B2B side of the business, so we didn't have a huge list of prospects. For B2C companies, pricing can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really liked Hubspot. It made financial sense for us to pay for the product. Most of our sales were high-priced institutional sales and we had to carefully manage leads, which HUbspot allowed us to achieve.

Scoring, reporting, flexibility and cohesion of the product overall is very good. We've ramped up our use gradually. The training resources are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a big jump in cost from starter to Professional, to access some basic functionality. Also, we tried to get on the 'Startup programme' via an accelerator to access more functionality and were given the run-around, so that was frustrating, and then I was ghosted by the sales professional who was dealing with me - a better sales process would be to get us contracted which guarantees future revenue, whereas this annoyance actually disuaded me. A delay of 24 hours on reporting is a little annoying, but not critical.. also, despite having multiple paid basic users, it's daft that the start packages only allow for one inbound email address. It's not helpful for ecommerce. There are also some very annoying limits of functionality, for example forms are not intelligent vs even basic web CMS forms. To have all automation turned off doesn't allow us to see what automation can give us.

Helping get our data and sales deals in one place. It was a lot of preparation work before this could happen, but once it's set up (which you should definitely consider before you reach 10 people) then its impact and usefulness just gets better and better.

When on my deals queue I cant click directly to go onto the deal - have to go queue --> contact name --> deal

Definitely consider using hubspot - it is miles better than our old system and allows for so much customisability, variability, visibility.

Very versatile and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
For my role; making lists and queuing up tasks, being able to skip those that are less relevant, while completing the ones that are most important. Also the filtering options are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only things I dislike are settings that I believe can be altered, like the email reminders for instance. If I am not mistaken, a task will automatically have a reminder attached to it when it is created. When making tasks, I often don't want reminders to be set, because it floods your inbox. However, I also don't want to turn off my email notifications for tasks. So being able to set a default for setting a reminder on creation of tasks (or not) would be cool, if that's not already possible. So I will be looking into that at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time and headache saved going through deals/tasks quickly while keeping a good overview and seperating actual marketing leads from doubles and non-valid ones.
