Very easy to use and get a lot of touches out to prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
How you can get a lot of touches out and also cater each sequence to the title of the individual. Always easy to find other peoples sequences as well and try out new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I couldn't pause my sequences over the Holidays. Tried to figure out how to do this but didn't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes care of most of my emailing
Save time, simplify outreach but get it right the first time.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales allows you to create the personalized outreach required for successful sales. Easily schedule your outreach and sequenced emails with very little hassle
What do you dislike about the product?
When you make changes to sequences, the changes don't backdate to contacts you've previously uploaded to the sequence. (New document created to send in email 4 of your sequence? Either manually change each individual contact you've already uploaded or they're stuck with what you've got).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of 1 and this Sales Hub allows me to send so many more emails than if I had to do it myself without automation. I also get to easily see success of the emails from response rates to open rates. A/B testing is easy from this.
Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. I had never used CRM and sales management software before and I picked it up with very little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks management can be difficult sometimes. Went down a couple of times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of sequences and being able to track free trial users is great. There a ton of plugins that work very well.
Easy to use for contacts and accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for about 18 months. It is the first CRM that I have experience using. HubSpot is easy to use and search your accounts and companies. The companies and contacts sections easily keep track of your accounts and contacts. The ability to link your email accounts to your contacts allows you to easily keep track of the emails that you send out. You can also view how many times the contact opened the email and if they clicked on your link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of time and repeated tasks that it takes to enter deals. I wish the address of the company or contact auto filled into the deal. It is also confusing to see your deals and what date they occurred on, especially if you closed it out on another date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Hubspot as a database for accounts and contacts. I'm also documenting touches with my accounts. It is easy to view your total of emails sent, meetings held and deals completed.

User interface, easy to use. In particular, sequences and deals section.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor features require more expensive plans, such as massive enrolling. There should be a way to limit daily emails, to prevent accounts from being blocked by google. I would also appreciate a better way to time the sequences: for example, being able to choose the delay between emails or prevent us from sending some outside of working hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tracks of my contacts and the deals associated with them. We usually add contacts to hubspot, create deals associated with them and, if applicable, enroll them into one of our email sequences designed for outbound marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd definitely start with the deals section. Super easy to use and adds tons of value to my team. Next, I'd organize my contacts using the contacts section. Lastly, I would take time creating some good sequences and leveraging on Hubspot's excellent interface to create and store them. I also recommend having templates with most common responses, allowing you to quickly reply to multiple prospects in a fraction of the time. For my team, this is allowed our sales process to become more scalable.

HubSpot's CRM is extremely intuative and easy to use.

It's hard to forecast pipelines without a custom dashboard. However,

Sales Hub has nice sales automation workflows. For example when you move a deal along in the sales stages you can automatically update the lead status.

In my case because it's super convenient to keep track of each customer, we have few issues

I'm not experiencing any issues. When I'm more experienced I will be able to make constructive comments about the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediately we are able to send out urgent replies to the clients, being quick is essential.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend hubspot and would say to anyone who is interested in starting an online business to use this portal for keeping track of information

What do you like best about the product?
From managing prospects and pipelines to creating an automated yet "humanized" approach with workflows and sequences.
HubSpot lets you create and opperate at high levels without needing technical (code) knowledge at all. But if you do have the knowledge, the sky is the limit.
Also, the open API to integrate with your database, slack, apps and others really helps to concetrate the infos.

What do you dislike about the product?
Might not be Hub's fault, but sometimes the e-mail we sent is not tracked and we do not know why yet. Not only when sending via gmail but sometimes from inside hubspot platform.
We also use CloudTalk for phone/VOIP solution that integrates with HubSpot natively. Using CT inside of Hub sometimes crashes the whole app. So far we've been using the sepparate app and had no problem with it. The automated log of the call helps a lot.
Kinda difficult to set and manage monthly quotas/goals for each individual person.
Appart from these, the experience with HubSpot is great so far.
We also use CloudTalk for phone/VOIP solution that integrates with HubSpot natively. Using CT inside of Hub sometimes crashes the whole app. So far we've been using the sepparate app and had no problem with it. The automated log of the call helps a lot.

With HubSpot we were able to escalate our day-by-day reach o n prospects and also pinpoint the exact type of personna we need for our business model (B2C).
Also, managing the team's and individual performance has never been so easy.
I'm a dashboard enthusiastic and have created many of them so far. My whole team engaged on this data-driven framework and our performance already improved twenty five percent related to last semester.
With HubSpot we were able to escalate our day-by-day reach o n prospects and also pinpoint the exact type of personna we need for our business model (B2C).
