Easy for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The design is very good. I used to work on different CRM but this one is the best. I still learn new functions which help me schedule everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I don't know. Everything is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping contacts, files and calls in one place. I can easily find all things which I saved.

It really is not built from the ground up for sales, but more as a marketing solution

I highly recommend HubSpot to be used for sales. It is very helpful and easy to use.
It is an easy software to use with high functionality.

The way it is used in terms of managing jobs.

It should allow a direct communication between sales team and customers via a live chat.

It allows us to keep track on every job on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great at keeping me on track and task! With the task feature, I am able to see what needs to be done each day and prioritize my follow ups to focus on what matters most. I wouldn't be able to stay organized without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some issues with deals/companies and contacts mixing together and finding it hard to see who really belongs to which company/deal and who is working what. This has happened mainly when someone starts a trial with a Gmail account and it merges all of our gmail email addresses together into one company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me filter down to the details I need. To see where are my big deals/small deals. What I haven't touched for a while. It even tells me when people have opened emails etc. to follow up in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of being able to respond quickly to a list of prospects or clients that you are targeting for a specific campaign, providing information that most or all of your contacts are looking for after an event.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to create a Template from an e-mail can be cumbersome, you have to clone the e-mail and make sure the parameters are correct to save this as a template and you are not able to bring the images forward and align correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to segment different groups of contacts and keep all Marketing Campaigns in one database to analyze what campaign is the most successful.

HubSpot has a great group of sales staff, implementers and post live consultants, we have nothing but excellent things to say about the HubSpot team, very professional and always nimble and able to answer any and all questions we send their way!

Hubspot has almost all the required specifications of crm and the interaction with customers data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are more of upsides there is also a downside of it to me its not perfect interms of client data structuring

i feel very pleasent with hubspot is very fast effectively when it comes on me sending templates

i like everything on it but most activity feeds cuz im able to see who open my emails and clicked on it

at this moment theres nothing i can say i dislike all of the features are very usefull

when using the templates and sending them to my client im able to get fast responde from them and im able to follow up with them

once you learned its an amazing app for your sells my advice be patient once you get the ability you will manage greatly
