Most user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub how easy it is to organize my sequences and contacts. It creates a smooth workflow, and gives me feedback on my emails and gives me insights on best time to send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing contacts and editing my sequence is sticky at times. I wish I could edit my sequence and it would apply to all those who are already enrolled. Also, if I delete a sequence the tasks are still there, and when I unenroll a contact from a sequence they still stay in the sequence for a task or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending my emails at the right time of the day to get more opens/replies.

What do you like best about the product?
The deal pipeline makes it easy to track deal progress and reminds you to reconnect with closed/lost deals. The meeting link makes booking new meetings simple. Also the sequences make mass marketing emails so fast and efficient. I also love testing out new templates using HubSpots analytics, such as click rate, open rate, meetings booked. HubSpot has helped our business grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new tasks view, it is less user-friendly and harder to navigate. Additionally tasks do not show as completed in the dashboard view until the next day, which makes it difficult to track my progress in real time. The only other drawback is that the site traffic can make the tasks very slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences allows me to send mass marketing email in a fraction of the time. This helps me dedicate more time to client support. Additionally, I set reconnect reminders through HubSpot, helping me keep in contact with prospects I would have otherwise forgotten about. The deals pipeline prevents potential clients from slipping through the cracks. HubSpots knowledge base gives great sales tips I have used for cold calling and developing new email templates to test. HubSpot saves me so much time prospecting, I love using the system.

I like how everything is intricate together. It connects deals, contacts, conversations all without a lot of user work. It is very helpful!

sometimes has crashes or trouble loading

Lots of contact information and connections. Love having it all in one spot for data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate sequences (multiple emails pre-written) space them out over a period of time or triggers that I select and create tasks for follow-up after certain triggers. I like the templates that create the sequences b/c I can add GIFs and images to the email. The challenge is (and its NOT HubSpots issue) is that certain email clients like Outlook and O365 see files or attachment as bad actors and either block or deny delivery - even when its harmless and passes the spam and virus filters.
Another emerging aspect for a sales person is creating your own unique views of the reports in a way that doesn't affect others, but present the data you work with all the time. I do wish there was inline editing in filtered reports with a save button later....

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management -HubSpot lacks in a ket feature that directly affects productivity for sales people. Cloning a contact - cloning or contact or pre-filling in information for a contact within the same company should be a standard feature. Yet HubSpots support team suggests that you create a spread in CSV, manage the data field, import the excel CSV into HubSpot (if you have permissions, map the fields to align with HubSpot fields and this is the best way to enter multiple contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My flow of communication and alters that someone has opened, clicked on a link is awesome. I a previous very well known CRM, this was an add-on that failed a lot. Knowing when someone opened or clicked on a link (such as our YouTube videos) helps me keep the conversation fresh and relevant. I do wish their was a way to know if they forwarded the email to a colleague and who those colleagues were - email address for better follow-up.
Scheduling, built into HubSport is the meeting link tied to our Google based Suite. My clients and prospects are always commenting how easy it was to schedule on their schedule rather than back and forth emails.

Downsides are the data hygiene isn't stellar

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like, my favorite function is the ability to build templates, this allows me to quickly build the framework of a communication email. I can quickly bring in hyperlinked documents, as well as specific and general text that I want to deliver to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system moves slow and most of my day is dependent on communication and data entry in the system, this can really affect my efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management is key, but the task management function keeps me on top of all my outreach and makes sure leads and customer follow up do not fall through the cracks. It helps me stay on top of my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the interface on hubspot is very simple and easy to navigate, it also provides a CRM system which can help operate day to day operations such as emails, videos, notes on clients and a complete database to store all of the information required
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing on Hubspot I would say a dislike would be the option to categorise on the contacts page the same as the deals stage. For example in contacts it is the lifestage cycle and in deals it is the stage. would be much better if it was the deal stage for each as this can then be integrated into sequences rather than manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Hubspot are intergration. Aircall, emails etc. This intergration allows a one stop shop for all of my needs

ease of use, business analytics, tracking and sequences....and so much more. I think its much more efficient and beneficial than Salesforce.

the only thing I can think of is...the ability to see the titles of all contacts within an enterprise "at a glance" - easier than the current views.

I love that everything is in one place, and all the futures are great, especially the sequences.
If you want to send the first email - a follow-up - a 3rd email - the sequence it's the perfect way to do it.

Until this moment everything that I tried and all the work I'm doing in Hubspot is totally worthy.
A recommendation would be for the sequence - it will be great to send more than 50 emails per sequence. In this way, I would save extra time!

I'm creating a database, I communicate with the prospects, All files are in one place and tracked (emails, documents, etc).

First time user
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the layout of he page is simplified for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
My problem I have is that I overloaded myself with tasks in the beginning attempting to make as many tasks as possible. When they became overdue because I could not get to them all in a day it piled up in overdue. I gues what I am saying is I am unaware how many task I will have in the next few days. Sometimes its 11 and sometimes its 75. I am sure it is user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved would be outreach to different clients, essentially testing the waters. Hubspot makes a great difference in sales. I have never used it before but it is successful in touchpoints to stay in the radar of your prospects. I like it.
