Hub Spot for Selling

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see when people open or click on the emails that I send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see notifications on individuals who are included in a group email. As in, which person clicked on the group email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make templates for frequently asked questions. Saves me so much time sending the same response to the same questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome product. It will save you time and make your work day more efficient.

Great CRM to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot is a very user friendly CRM system that provided very easy customizability for it. I have used Hubspot for a few years and realize that this system keeps iterating and every update makes the system better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going with the customization, I dislike that the system does not let use alerts like an opening email for triggers in workflow for automation actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Hubspot, I plan solving the issues with automation and keeping my momentum going without having to follow up on new leads quickly. I have been able to do this pretty effectively with sequences

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is and the collaboration permitted across teams - full visibility over all leads, users and customers.

Easy to track the status of deals and store vital information to inform both sales and marketing strategy.

The to-dos also super helpful ad being able to record calls and all notes against contacts helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is fairly clunky and it can be very slow when more than 1 tab open.

Not all website visitors are recognised in Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of tools needed and integrating all into one platform for greater visibility over all leads / customers.

The best CRM for automation

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I really like automation tools such as sequences, tasks, and integration.
The support is really fast and providing help and answer really quickly.

The filter tool is unlimited so you can find the exact contact/prospect you want to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experienced some problems with log in the information to the CRM.
Sometimes the info I received by email is not automatically log in to Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage easily sales activities. See where the priorities are.

Benefits: Less time on follow-ups (using sequences)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried Pipedrive and Hubspot so far. ANd without a doubt, I will recommend Hubspot. Much more professional and there Is much more interesting features

What do you like best about the product?
Checks the rudimentary boxes of setting up the cadence, tasks, automatic emails, etc.
Some templates to choose from, which is quite generic, so if you use them, the prospect probably got a lot of similar formatted emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to edit or add to the cadence, it's a very manual process, once a contact is in sequence, it's very hard to make changes (and especially in bulk).
Very hard to filter through the right contacts to enroll into sequence as well, the interface is not friendly or intuitive.
Cannot do A/B testing and nurture prospects based on simple criteria such as if they opened the email do this, if they haven't, do that.
Cannot change the title of the email subject on subsequent emails. You need to unenroll them and reenroll them to a new email sequence to do that.
It was also down for a long time, the tasks and contact would sporadically not work. Support tickets issued was not helpful and prolonged delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to send our cadence, track basic stats for the contacts, who opened the email, clicked through a link, etc.
Mass email, setup tasks, etc.

Sequence Review 2020

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Sequence function has changed the sales game for me this year! In a year like 2020 where majority of clients are working from home and not picking up their phones at the office, this function allowed me to create different kinds of emails and automate them to reach out the majority of clients possible. It helped me book meetings with clients which lead me to close more sales than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I love this work tool and hope it keeps getting better and better :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more organized than ever now and love the function where I can see who opens my emails in real time..

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use for all the CRM tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, possibly the only dislike is that you cannot tell if it is a prospect opening an email or yourself if either you open it on your phone app or multiple people in the chain CC'd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching valuable clientele, document views have been very effective in delivering quotes

The speed and the efficiency that the CRM handles its operations.

If you are over the limit for the day, your CRM takes them out and they must be reenrolled one at a time

Sequencing is key for me. It's also helpful that the product integrates with my email inbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is not having the ability to pause sequences during holidays. That would be nice.

Keeping in touch with clients is solved with this CRM solution.
