Hubspot is the best platform for SDR's
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences for emails are the best feature on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to reach out to as many people as possible simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track all my contacts in a very organized and efficient way. There are so many benefits to using Hubspot - user friendly UI, Intuitiveness, organization.
Ease of use and effective!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to create templates for different scenarios so I'm not wasting time typing emails all day. HubSpot also provides reports under the analytics tools and shows me which templates are most effective based on opens and clicks. I'm grateful for how much time HubSpot has saved me and for how effective their CRM is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Any issue I've had with HubSpot, their support team is on it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving an immense amount of time each and every day with how organized and well structured HubSpot Sales Hub is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most effective CRM I have encountered. Hands down.
Hubspot allows me to get in of my clients when I do not have the time to otherwise

The ease of use in creating sequences unique to each of my different customers

Honestly, there is so much to know so that is a little over bearing in terms of understanding how to look up specific things under the specific labels needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to be contacting my customers constantly when I do not have the free time to follow up with on a daily basis

Do not hesitate to try this company out. They are letting me reach my customers at all times of the day and I can't thank them enough for the ease of use that this company provides

What do you dislike about the product?
- No data appending available like other sequencing tools
- Email limits can be a restriction
- Sometimes the logic doesn't work well which can result in an over limit warning from Gmail

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot like any CRM helps me manage my leads, contacts and deals all in 1 place. HubSpot has really grown up, it really is an all in one solution that I use all day every day to manage my sales pipeline. I could not do my job with out it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales hub makes updating and tracking all correspondence easy. You can see whenever the recipients take an action or view a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app would include more options for seeing history of different tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all communication with customers and keeping contacts organized. I can send over a hundred emails with a click of a button.
My favorite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequence features. You can easily enroll a prospect and there will be multiple follow-up emails sent on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Sales can get pretty pricey so depending on your use case, it might make sense to go with a cheaper software that has some similar features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to automated a lot of my job. It also cuts down the amount of time that I spend maintaining a CRM because a lot of the actions are done automatically.

I like the ease of use and the simplistic layout.

Sometimes the search results do not remain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to see when a prospect opens, clicks, etc. on an email from me.
Very efficient and user friendly system.

The email sequences which are customizable are very helpful and save a lot of time which can be used to pursue new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of the click to next task feature as Hubspot does not recognize time zones from area codes that can not be called at some certain times of the day.

Not have to manually generate as many emails.

We are using Hubspot to create more sales in our company and it has helped us close more deals faster
Intuitive and easy to use sales software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub is very helpful for prospecting and keeping track of potential clients. I love the possibility to schedule tasks for each prospect, as to not forget the next step for each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like are the limitations for enrolling prospects in sequences.

Hubspot helps me to keep track of my contacts and eases the sales prospection process. I've managed to reach out to a wider audience and organize my leads in order to follow up on time.
