What do you like best about the product?
I love most things about this CRM, thought it takes a serious investment to learn. The customizable email templates, workflows, chatbot, activity feed in every account. blog building, etc etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As stated, there is a LOT in this platform, so it takes a while to learn (and retain) many features. Some features you may never use, but are paying for. Also wish this had an SMS feature so you could send individual texts or mass texts to contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking effectiveness of marketing emails, the sales pipeline, building and hosting a blog, email workflows, deal forecasting and much more. HubSpot allows for transparency and streamlined efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers its CRM and other sales tools for free and gives you the chance to purchase paid features as your company grows and the need for these features is increased. Hubspot provides you with almost any reports you can ask for about your sales statistics. Also, they have the best customer support you can ask for, you won't have to wait in line for long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a vast amount of tools that do many different tasks so you might need to take your time to learn how to use it effectively. Wouldn't exactly call it a dislike but I imagine this would be a problem for most people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us create a perfect database of potential customers, find ways to effectively engage them, and close sales deals. The reports really help us find out what is implemented well and what can be improved in our sales strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small company like us don't rush into premium features as before weighing the pros and cons carefullly.

A good alternative to SalesForce

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, intuitive platform. No set up required as it's SAAS based CRM platform. The support team is also very helpful and take effort in researching your query before presenting a solution. This sometimes may take time, but you appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The platform can be linked with your calling app, which is a great feature. Similarly they have the calendar feature, which allows you to schedule meetings seamlessly, another great feature by HubSpot.
Along with the above mentioned features, they also have separate categories for calls, meetings, emails and tasks that can be recorded for each category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can improve a lot when it comes to making new features available faster. Some very important features are not available on the site. For example
1. Tasks - When you are trying to assign tasks to people, it doesnt have the option to show whom you are assigning the task to or who assigned the task to you. This feature can be very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It allows for all customer data to be in one place
2. Accessibility by everyone on the team
3. Manage calls, tasks, and meetings in one place and allow you to go back to historical data for that specific client
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great SAAS platform available for a company's sales and marketing team. It is very easy to use, doesnt need any software installation which is a huge add on.

Super User Friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and versatility of the programs are definitely the best features. You can easily track your customers and their orders. You can also submit tasks to other people in your organization so I think that is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the task page could be set up more like a calendar and not like a list of things to do. I think there should be an option that allows people to see other customer's profiles and the owner but not allow unauthorized users to view or make comments. This would help with sales being stolen. Also the sales pipeline could use a little bit of work. It seems a little complicated to navigate but once you get the hang of it it pretty much works out fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer management, it is easy to track my sales to calculate my commissions. It's definitely an all-in-one place type of program. You have so many options to use and integrate your existing accounts. It helped me to get a better grip on my sales pipeline and visually see how much I needed to get done. I think that it is great for individuals and organizations because of the integrations and how user friendly it is.

What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates the day-to-day of salespeople and saves them a lot of time for sales. Many possibilities to automate your daily routine. Ease of use and excellent interface and how it integrates with other software, such as Freshbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is a bit tricky for beginners. It requires a lot of self-study with the demo videos provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both myself and our sales reps liked this software and started using it right away because it has saved us a lot of work time.

Take the time to learn about this tool and I assure you that it will develop a lot of knowledge that will help you on the job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales because it makes daily life easier for sellers and saves a lot of time that they can use for other activities. It has great functions for automating your daily routine. It is useful for organizing leads and creating leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see the response time from sales reps to leads on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using HubSpot Sales Hub it has saved us a lot of time, money and resources. It works seamlessly with the marketing center and automation of advertising campaigns to reach more potential customers.

Take advantage of the functions that HubSpot Sales Hub has to get new customers, it is a very useful tool to increase your sales.

Hosting my website makes it easy to keep the content fresh. I get to track the outbound email and therefore record a higher hit rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Workflows is a huge timesaver and the ease at with which you can set them up is amazing. Also love the ability to test workflows, the safeties around enrolling and the ability to manually over-ride them.
The analytics & dashboards are great and setup is intuitive/easy.
The Slack Integration is pretty helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to view the transactional Deal particulars across the entire screen would be great - rather than have to view all 3 default lanes.
In Workflows: Ability to carry over deal tokens (deal name, AE name, etc) into Slack would be great to automate slack comms to stakeholders, in addition to assigning Tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a concise view into the health of our business in one place, and don't want the process of updating to be efficient for our reps. A single, streamlined place to input & reference.

Easy to track and close deals

What do you like best about the product?
Neat interface, everything is clear from the first sight. All new team members picked up the action sequence easily. We liked the possibility of setting up automatic emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is quite high for us, that's why we tried many features but are still waiting to be able to use them constantly. When our startup grows a bit, we will be able to purchase a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tracked the initial deals that allowed us to start generating revenue. Sales pipeline perfectly worked for that. Currently, we track tasks connected with lead generation via Linkedin and email outreach. Also, we use HubSpot as a consolidated database for all the communications sales people and support people have with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is so user friendly. I love that I'm able to easily see a deal pipeline, Kanban board, and that the Google integration pulls in email comms.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think that the reminder/to do functionality is a little lacking, and I would love to see an integration with my Zoom calls/calendar.
