HubSpot sales hub for team
What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot it really is to navigate my website. I don't have a ton of webpage management expertise and I don't know machine code, so it's so simple to use HubSpots apps and I don't have to have the history of the website that one might think they need and they're giving you all such that it can be completed by every average user. It's too quick to track future buyers. I enjoy how HubSpot keeps track of your website and was a lead when it was on it. It helps me know where in the sales process we are. I just like how easy it is to use a HubSpot email. I send a lot of emails and it's nice to be able to use such a user-friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to automate warnings and send them to workers. Occasional software glitches. I want to be able to add pictures to my website. Generally speaking, they have always made every problem that I had more realistic before and I was very used to working with Hubspot, so I have very few questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing: With HubSpot, we were able to create sequences & workflows that make life easy.
Qualification of Lead: Correct leads go to the correct funnel.
Landing sites: We want to present various things to users and do not want to spend time creating web pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Liked the sequences. It helps to leave deposits with the prospects and help them create a recall value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that it takes some time to train a new personnel because it is really vast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structured sales process. It is creating a workflow that helped us managing the entire processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is connected with outlook email through an add in and can track all the emails we send it to clients and prospects and can add a task reminder with respect to all activities through the addin

There is no add in tool for other email platforms like onemail which can brought in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplication can be avoided using sales hub as it has automation with lead generation tools like leadfeeder, leadforensics and hence need not maintain a separate tracker for leads and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Where to begin? The sales setup is easy, the ability to create own fields, the cross marketing platform, and engagement is flawless. I love how it is a true onestop shop from the start of the marketing process to sales, onboarding, and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the capabilities that jump up to other service levels is frustrating. A la carte options would be great to add bits and pieces as needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one stop shop for sales entry and reporting allowing for quick and easy access to data, while being able to review leads, and make decisions on next steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no brainer for ease of use, and cross platform referencing. From email marketing to tracking sales calls, and incorporating service tickets.
User Friendly, Straight Sales Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is user friendly, its easy to streamline sales processes and have everything compiled into dashboards for teams to use. I like that the colors are pretty and that the font is nice. I like that there are videos available for people to train themselves on different marketing concepts. I like that orange is the main color. I like that the people in the videos are straightforward and talk in a speed that makes it easy for me to keep up with. I like that there are graphs and different break downs for each of my team's functions. I like that user data is easily accessible. I like that it is all compiled into one contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of training necessary for some of the functions. I dislike some of the functionality in the sense that you have to click across separate tabs to use multiple tools. I wish that there was a way for everyone to have permissions to create their own dashboards in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaigns, sales reporting. All easily set up with different teams and different campaigns throughout the company. I am solving the problems have to do with my company's day to day issues and processes that we have to follow. I am solving problems that ensure we are following up with customers on a timely basis. Make sure your team is well aware of all of the features across the board.

Hubspot is easy to learn, easy to use and extremely accurate to measure marketing tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very focused on marketing and maybe lacks more development in other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I can follow up on every marketing strategy and the effectivness of it.

If you are looking for a CRM that gives you a 100% in marketing campaign measurement, follow up on sales prospects and online meetings, Hubspot is a perfect solution.

Lota of features in one app, bit costly.

Newer User but Seems Great So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options and ways to market. We're relatively new to the platform but our outsourced marketing team is teaching us the process and we think it will add great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that we "dislike" about the product thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HEAVILY increased out marketing efforts. We're now able to market to 30,000+ potential investors for syndicating equity which is awesome.
Excellent Tracking for a small team!
What do you like best about the product?
From tracking leads through finalizing a contract, Hubspot is a wonderful one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of HubSpot takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it's a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team updated on business leads as well as where clients are in a contracting process.

Having a team lunch and learn to get everyone on the same page helps with kickoff and rollout!
Custom Export Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Was really easy to import the contact list and many ways to schedule your day with whom you wanted to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to export some on the list of contacts, not the whole contact listing.
