Love Sequence and Email Templates
What do you like best about the product?
In 2 months I have enrolled 100+ decision makers into a personalized sequence.
At the end my emails, it grades them and makes suggestions.
On a different note, it's nice how Hubspot talks with our website to collect lead information and assigns it to the appropriate team member.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reports take a while to begin getting familiar with.
They have Hubspot academy to teach you the basics, but the most helpful is having a live chat support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving sales effectiveness. Specifically handling inbound and outbound prospecting.
I use Hubspot on a daily basis. Hourly basis.

I recently learned sequences which allow us to automate sales outreach. Game Changer
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel overwhelming at times because it is a big platform. That said there are lots of preset options to kick start your use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire Sales and Marketing operation is done in Hubspot including our website.

It's simple to use, easy to navigate and helps me to be efficient.

There are some areas that need improvement to make things easier, but it's pretty good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to stay on track/task. Using Sales Hub makes it easier to do my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super easy to adopt and track activities. Really like the connection between Sales and Marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's strengths start with its user-friendliness. It doesn't require significant training for everyone on the team to contribute effectively. Given that it's web-based, HubSpot also works well on a variety of devices and is accessible anytime. The wide variety of integrations with software like ZenDesk and GSuite make it a streamlined experience for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting sometimes feels limited, but the out-of-the-box reports are effective for most needs. My other complaint stems from the ease of configurability. Our organization is quick to add fields, but they aren't always maintained. We are then stuck with bad data in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us solve communication and record-keeping. We don't need to have meetings to review accounts. We can quickly track activity and take action as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub is much more easily configurable compared to other solutions, and the UI is easy to navigate. Tracking the sales pipeline is easily done through a view. This view can be edited to meet specific needs. Reporting is also convenient, with various reports that can be built into a dashboard. This gives flexibility for meeting the needs of different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing tiers are sometimes not as flexible as we would like. There are big gaps between the tiers, so having a few more levels might be helpful in suiting a wide range of businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub helps to track the sales pipeline, and provide a single place to view all conversations and progress for each deal. It also helps to track details for each deal, so that the entire team is able to view the current state of the pipeline. Analytics and reporting helps to provide a deep dive into understanding how efficient the sales team is.

Email integration and the ability to customize tabs and information to be shown on your screen and avoid clutter. Highly customizable and feedback can be real-time with support readily available
What do you dislike about the product?
The click and opened notification after sending an email is sometimes not credible. The email bounced back because of an incorrect address but it will show it was opened or someone clicked something. There are also times when you could not type on the notes after provisioning a call and selecting call types
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop for everything - calling, emails, task, notes, reminders, calendars, templates, etc. It has everything that you need and can be easily integrated with company emails and calling apps.

It's a good platform if you want a highly customizable and user-friendly CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me to organize my mind and communicate more accurately. It is also a great weapon to sow the work that you have done in order to catch your goals. Furthermore, it's easier to track the record of the activity history that helps your colleagues to communicate and build trust with the customers. Finally, it helps you to turn uncountable variables into numbers. The coaching support from HubSpot has been outstanding I became better to my work and I can express my thots easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The managing of permission and the lack of greek language is trouble for me. Although it is user-friendly people that are no experient in technology find it scary. I also don't like the mass mail communication and the future of the campaign but I am not the right person to judge it. I also want to be able to track and understand more about how visitors become leads who become customers maybe a notification tool will help me a lot. Customizing some things seems a little triky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to communicate both inside the company and outside with customers. It's easy to build up prosses and ensure that people will follow them. The reporting tools are great but need a lot of works in order to work properly. Finally, the best thing is that all the above help increase revenue. I’m becoming a data addict. Finally, It’s tough to test stuff while you’re learning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will take time to see results but you will for sure. You have to believe in it. In a growing industry, it would be useful to sow some fast results to make the investors believe in it and funds to make our lives easier in day-to-day work and finally more profitable.
The other great option could be, to be able to use different 'skins' according to the industry that we represent. That will help teams to be more specific and more dedicated to the purpose of the company they work in.
Finally, the gamification of the whole project will help us to give motivations to our team members by giving them virtual achievements or scores or even punishments.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing UI and UX, including all the basic tools required for SMB sales executives (expanded with additional tools released during the pandemic, like quotes tools).
Great marketing options, in particular email and website visitors tracking, as well as email campaigns and website forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better export options (possibility to create custom Excel formats like in Dynamics 365), native integrations (in particular Teams and PowerBI) and email integration tool (no possibility to log old emails without forwarding to a specific bcc address).

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has tons of features within, if maintained well it can be a real blessing for your (emerging) business. Also, Hubspot is extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same as above, Hubspot is extremely easy to use, too easy sometimes. Do not get me wrong but it lacks so many in-depth functions.
