Easy to use and customize CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an easy CRM to use. Most users in our organization can start using the platform effectively in a matter of a week or two.
Creating custom properties for custom reports is easy and straightforward.
Creating custom properties for custom reports is easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Top of mind, I can’t think of anything I dislike about the Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all our deals and creating more specific properties help us with reporting and checking in with our salespeople about what they may need more help with.
Keep track of your sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I love that hubspot makes it very easy to keep track of your sales pipeline, from a point of contact to email tracking. My personal favorite feature is knowing when my emails are opened. It allows me to know that a prospect has successfully read my email and know they're available at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that hubspot is a whole marketing package. The sales team strictly uses it for sales, but we have to deal with everything else in the CRM such as marketing tabs and
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Sales, we have been able to manage our sales cycle alot more easily, by allowing us to keep track of contacts, files, and clients we have talked to. We have found using this CRM to be the best way for each salesmen to be organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Hubspot if you currently aren't using a CRM, it makes organizing your sales pipeline so much easier!
HubSpot is great for any sales rep to keep their contacts, information and projects all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has quite a few features that are quite helpful in organizing my day. Knowing when customers are opening and reading emails allows me to reach out at the right time. Without this, I find that some customers do not even open the cold emails being sent and this allows me to know how to phrase my follow ups. It is also extremely handy for managing task on a day by day or week by week basis. I input tasks as they come up and then when I sit down, HubSpot creates and easy to use work flow in order to move through each of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing email threads can be bulky and not very organized compared to outlook. I find when opening up an email thread there are often repeat emails as well as unorganized that they can be hard to follow. I find that most of the time I will send an email from HubSpot and then follow the rest through outlook. If this was better organized I would only stay on HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the deal tab to quickly and efficiently organize our pipeline. Moving jobs through from early prospecting to completion and integrating all of our teams through the the process. This has allowed us to complete different tasks without constant communication and follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used quite a few different CRM Software and HubSpot is easy to use, can piece our certain portions and helpful whenever I need.
Great platform for those who really know how to use it well
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of filters when viewing companies and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of explanation on some reports. I also dislike how siloed the different aspects of Hubspot feel - Sales Hub does not feel as cohesive with Marketing as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating many processes using Sales Hub. We are connecting our sales team with marketing efforts.
Great for start-ups and to streamline your process
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create multiple deal funnels is helpful, and I really like the task queue, which helps you to move through your prospect outreach quickly. The quote feature is nice too; way better than storing proposal templates offline and emailing them. With HubSpot, everything is stored and tracked in the system. I also love the HubSpot for Startups program; it enabled us to get started at a significant discount, and gave us additional onboarding support which we leveraged fully. Finally, I have taken significant advantage of HubSpot Academy not just to learn how best to use HubSpot, but also to learn best practices in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quote functionality was a bit more flexible to handle multi-year contracts in the way I'd like them to be tracked. There is a workaround that is reasonable, but not my preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we were scrambling to figure out how to design and execute our own process. With HubSpot, we have been able to implement a streamlined sales process that our sales team can embrace. The interaction with the Marketing Hub in particular has helped us to execute our process from start to finish.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of task queues!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike as the tools provided are all very useful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are linking up and sharing information with our colleagues about customers better than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version and just have a go. Involve your team in the decision making process and let them have a feel of the product before fully committing.
A Good CRM Choice that Prioritized Usability
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a refreshing change from Salesforce and MS Dynamics. The user interface is clean, polished, straightforward, and easy to learn. It is nice to have a place where sales and marketing data and notes can be stored in a seamless way. You also have all the essential tools for accelerating and automating repetitive tasks: email templates, automated outreach sequences, automated meeting scheduling, engagement tracking, and a dependable mobile app.
Best of all, HubSpot can be administered in-house without third-party developers or consultants. The combination of the knowledge base, HubSpot Academy, and online support make it so that in-house admins have a ton of self-serve support. And if that is not enough, you can also pay for ongoing or project-based paid support from the HubSpot team.

And if that is not enough, you can also pay for ongoing or project-based paid support from the HubSpot team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not necessarily something I dislike, but you have to come with the expectation that HubSpot is not infinitely customizable like Salesforce or MS Dynamics-- you can do a lot to customize the platform, but that customization is not limitless. I would also say that HubSpot is an excellent fit for some industries (e.g. B2B consulting), but less of a fit for others (e.g. industrial manufacturing).
Another thing to watch out for is HubSpot's tendency to overly use its own jargon and philosophy, which can be very different from other platform terminology and approaches. You don't necessarily have to agree with it, but you have to learn the lingo to get the most out of the product and platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing-communications manager at an industrial components company, I needed to help a sales team of 12 adopt a CRM quickly for a move into direct selling. HubSpot was ideal for this project because of its quick learning curve for both the sales reps and the internal admins. Less than a year in, we've got buy-in from the entire team and we've armed our sales directors with real data and dashboards to use for managing the growth. Had we tried this with Salesforce or MS Dynamics, I'm sure we would only have 25-50% adoption for 10x the cost.
Looks nice, very straightforward. Too bad you have to pay too much money for everything to work
What do you like best about the product?
Quite easy to use, amazing support! A large number of courses. Also, notifications are very convenient. The interface is great. Filtering is amazing if you need to go through contacts or companies. Workflows are also very easy to understand, the logic is rather clear and it makes it very easy to set your own, any way you like it. The dashboard approach is amazing. You can easily access all the info from it, which makes it super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets slow. Fully, I mean fully functional only when you throw way too much money at them. The discrepancy in notifications you get on the platform compared to what you see on the chrome add on. I wish that, when installed on the smartphone, you could use the integrated calling solution from Hubspot, not your own minutes. When sending people through sequences, you cannot select more than 50 per action. I am not sure why that rule exists. Also, the limit of 500 emails sent per day doesn't make too much sense. If you have more than 500 emails to be sent per day, Hubspot will still do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. Quite easy to set it up. Tracking productivity is super easy with Hubspot. Integration with email and calendar is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to use, polished. Not all the features will work unless you buy everything from them. Support is amazing. Sometimes Hubspot gets slow, but doesn't happen too often. Rather reliable. Calling from Hubspot is very convenient.
A user-friendly CRM that helps drive and optimize customer outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily create customized reports to capture the data that drives my customer outreach. Before using HubSpot, customers would fade away, but now I am able to see who needs attention. Additionally, HubSpot Academy is a great resource to familiarize yourself with the system's functionality - the courses are fun and engaging, and they allow you to speed up the videos, which is a great way to balance learning with our busy schedules!
What do you dislike about the product?
The data integration of HubSpot and our main system sporadically updates, so sometimes the contact information is incomplete. This creates wasted time going between two systems, as well as malaligned information prone to errors. There are a lot of great tools to use, but so many of them are blocked off and we have no opportunity to test them out to see if they may be an asset to our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is heavily focused on revenue goals, and uses HubSpot to track a lot of that activity. Additionally, the communication tracking is helpful to ensure no information is missed. There are certain areas that are finicky, such as not being able to remove email addresses for customers that are no longer with their respective companies - that is, the field must always be populated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to really understand what your goals are when you incorporate HubSpot into your system -- it's a great tool to use, some expertise is needed to align and integrate existing systems with HubSpot.
Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps you be considerate to the clients. For example, not being allowed to add people multiple sequences at a time is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is extremely helpful but you can always use more data. Seeing individual opens when looking at a sequence performance would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal tracking and scaling client outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're going to use the tool, really use to the tool - that's when you'll see value.
