One of the easliest and efficient Campaign tool out there.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to load lists and cadences. Great at seeing Response Rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to click on the response rates and see who responded or opened my emails, rather than scroll down the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing yet. It's a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly recommended! HubSpot is an ever-updating platform that constantly wows our teams with new improvements and solid integrations. I use Hubspot Sales for my own prospecting and lead management. One of the features that I've been enjoying is the email and document tracking options it provides. HubSpot Sales also overcomes one of the things that has kept me away from other CRM's. It syncs with Gmail, which allows me to do what I was doing before, but now I have additional data that Hubspot collects for me, which has proven influential in my sales process. It allows me and my team to track our deals and collaborate such as sharing email templates and sequences. No other software comes close to its value and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is still evolving but the focus on the constant evolution of the product means you don’t wait long for things to improve. It would also be nice to be able to bulk edit scheduled contacts in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has a fantastic response to user suggestions. They keep a finger on the pulse and are always monitoring the issue and suggestion discussion boards. One of the best things about Hubspot is having so many tools consolidated under one platform. It eliminates the need for a separate sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, etc), dialer, meeting booking tool (e.g. Calendly, Chili Piper) and ties into Hubspot's Marketing suite (they are stronger in this area than their Sales product currently since it's always been their bread and butter) as well as new Client Success tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Sales is well suited if you have a small to medium-sized sales and customer support team. It's great for making sales professionals more efficient and taking out some of the tedious, administrative work that takes up time. HubSpot Sales gathers a lot of information automatically and makes it easy to clean up contact data and follow-up with qualified leads. Just like the powerful marketing automation tool workflows, sequences are the salesperson's tool to contextual, personalized follow up without having to remember to send follow-ups, schedule task reminders, etc. Highly recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated task management alongside sequence steps. Tracking all activity at a contact level. The deal dashboard provides a good visual way to manage opportunities. With workflows the ability to track email interactions across a number of metrics. The contact management capability is very helpful as a sales rep. To be able to see the deals, interactions, track meetings, and log calls tied to a specific contact is valuable. This CRM platform is the most useful to sales reps than any other that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to do overall sequence analysis - open rates by titles for example without a customized workflow. Some of the feature/functions are not available on the iOS app. The dashboard feature is a bit limited with no ability to drill down for example. I would like to see further AI/ML integration so the product can create tasks based on contact status (lead, prospect, customer) as a reminder to stay in contact. In summary more contact management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple ABM campaigns with limited resources. For example, Sales Rep run vs. requiring a marketing resource. It provides a good 360 degree view of a contact which is great as many CRM tools do not do contact management well or if at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Setup is important as it is with any CRM but to maximize the capabilities of the product accurate contact management is important. Use the email and calendar integration to get a complete picture of contact interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made my day-to-day so much easier by allowing for campaign creation with automated emails so that I can have a personal touch with prepopulated fields but still prospect at scale. Even today our marketing provided us with copy to send out for 3 different emails. Rather than individually email people, I created a sequence, enrolled contacts so that I could set it and forget it! Cut down on my prospecting time so that I can reallocate my time to other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the dialer worked a bit more seamlessly with SalesForce or even my own cellphone as it's a feature that is sometimes difficult to use and can then cause back logging issues.

Good and robust but sometimes confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Using the templates and meeting link is very helpful. Both save me a lot of time interacting with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the website is a challenge. Sometimes I can find what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay in touch with a lot more clients and customers using Hubspot.

This is good software but be sure to take advantage of the initial training if you purchase.
Sequences upon sequences
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send out sequences! It is a huge game changer and It really helps me keep track of my leads and getting the best info to them in a matter that is informative to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs just a little more in depth tools. Coming salesforce I am used to having a massive wealth of options and choices to narrow down who I am reaching out to. There needs to be a few more options in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send out timely emails when it means the most to the customer!

Hubspot is so user-friendly and a great way to keep organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using sequences, because it is so easy to keep organized and track whether contacts have opened my emails or clicked on my links (and how many times). Being able to measure open rate, click rate, and other metrics is key. Tasks also make keeping up with contacts so much easier. When I receive a reply from a contact, I can make a task to follow up with them instead of having to remember to follow up with them. I can also search through contacts for specific demographics, make tasks for all of those contacts and send a sequence to all of them quickly and easily. I also love the persona option in the demographics of contacts. Being able to tailor an email to a contact based on their persona can help determine what that contact is going to be interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to edit sequences quickly because you have to click into each template. We have a lot of people in our organization who use Hubspot and make templates and sequences. Our database can get messy and unorganized. I also wish it was easier to search for images to add to emails. I with there was a way that Hubspot could tell me where people are located and if they are still at their current position. I use LinkedIn or a Google search to find those answers, but I wish Hubspot could keep that information so I can have it all in one place. It would also be great if Hubspot could tell me that a contact is going to bounce before I send an email to save time between sending an email and tracking down a lead at their new business to send them the email again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been an incredible learning tool to be able to measure open rate, click rate, and unsubscribe rate of sequences to be able to better determine how wording of subject lines and the content of emails impact how leads interact with our emails. It is also so easy to see when and how contacts have interacted with our content. I can see how a contact came into our funnel and how long ago since they last opened our marketing email or talked to a sales representative. This helps me better craft and email and send content to the contact that helps us land sales calls and sell our programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have enough employees and leads to make it work the cost. If you do, it is a great system!
Efficient and Useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use templated messages saves me and my company time! We also enjoy the ability to track in real time the reception of these templates, This way, we are able to change our message on the go if it is not coming across effectively to our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to create a task sequence from the list/contact screen (something like "Create a quick sequence") so that you can do the same same thing as in the create a sequence screen (specifically a task with a specific template to send out at a later date) but you don't necessarily want to track it, you just want to make following up with a larger group of people easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped to solve the problem of managing time while reaching out to an effective number of leads. This has allowed us to expand how we do outreach as a company and make sure we reach the right people at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot allows our company to track client outreach, stay on track with tasking and sales reporting, and overall saves us time (especially with the templates, love this feature!).

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to keep all of my leads organized exactly the way I need them to be. I can quickly see any customers who have not been contacted yet, those that I need to contact again and those that have already created an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I like least is that you can only have 25 contacts in a column, and then need to keep clicking "show more" to scroll down further. I am usually able to search by name, but when I am not able to, this can get a little bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to better track my customers, as well as to see patterns of client sign-ups that I was not previously aware of prior to using HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me manage my accounts at all hours of the day or evening. If I am covered up with calls or meetings during regular business hours, I can still start an email sequence to begin at a designated time, along with scheduling calls for myself as reminders to reach out to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a lot of downsides to using HS. Sometimes the information that was transferred there from my CRM is not correct, but that could be on our side with administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach all of my accounts every quarter and HS gives me visibility into who has opened emails, followed links, etc.
