Keeping on top of my tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep on top of my daily tasks, knowing that no business opportunity will slip through the net
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send an email, it completes the task, unless you tick the box to create a follow-up task. I prefer to just move the date on my original task, otherwise my activity history list just gets full up of loads of different tasks that I then have to scroll through!
I'd also like to be able to add a 'Category' column heading in my Open task view, so I can quickly select certain categories to contact. Perhaps there is a better way of doing this? At the moment I just use the Title field.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of my tasks is a major benefit, scheduling exact times to call prospects when you know they will be in the office is a great feature. Being able to quickly scroll through my call notes/emails prior to a call is really helpful. I love being able to pin important notes to the top.

- use it if you have a bigger company

Great for small team that needs to get up and running quick
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running. Compared to salesforce which is much more feature rich and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the full power of tools like Salesforce or Outreach, which are a must in B2B aspects. Namely, the field validation and automation, multiple apps to connect or the sales automation capabilities. It is great for us, since we just need lightweight versions of these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track deals and follow up with prospects. That's about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something simple and getting going quick is a top priority, this is great.
User friendly and Feature rich platform
What do you like best about the product?
The search feature allows a user to easily locate relevant content. Syncing w Google and other apps creates a seamless experience across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a contact doesn't sync with a company automatically and therefore emails don't transfer to deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining and monitoring sales pipeline. We are able to easily keep tabs on where each deal and each sales rep is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The user friendly aspect cannot be downplayed. The search feature makes it easy to gain insights into underleveraged sales by creating a searchable data rich environment

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub was good in the fact that our marketing department was using the Marketing Hub so everything was visible with all the leads/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were using it for outbound sales efforts, and when compared to other sales tools, it was much more difficult to use. When creating a cadence, you would have to manually approved each lead/contact enrolled (HS did this to protect themselves from CAN SPAM retaliation) so when doing outreach to larger lists, it became quite cumbersome to get it launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using HS Sales to do outbound sales efforts while being able to see all activities associated with a lead since Marketing was using HS as well. Obviously, there wasn't any integration issues between the Sales Hub and the Marketing Hub, but it was much harder to use than other Sales tools.
A masterpiece
What do you like best about the product?
Focus on your customer, instead of the content. Sequences make it easy to share content without taking away time from nurturing those who have advanced into your funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequence permissions to disable users from editing sequence unless you are an administrator of the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A small team made agile because of automation os sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great sales CRM to automate prospecting and keep up with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was slightly confusing to get the hang of it. Thankful there is wealth of informative tutorials and articles in the knowledge base.

Saving time and manage leads more efficiently
Invaluable Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows our team to effectively communicate with both our customers and each other in numerous ways. It has proven an invaluable tool for organising sales strategies, executing marketing efforts, and maintaining an accurate client database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I, personally, would like to see more diverse marketing templates (and/or templates that can more easily be modified). The ones available are not well suited to our particular business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has assisted us in properly assessing the quality of customer interactions as well as accurately evaluating the success our sales efforts. It also enables remote working through various built-in tools (tasks, comments, notifications).
Sequences have saved my life
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to uses sequences has made my prospecting efforts significantly more efficient. They are super easy to set up and monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how you cant make a change to a sequence that's currently running and your change only applies to new people you put in the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to learn all the tips and tricks of Hubspot

Very user friendly, sequences are a great feature and like how HubSpot creates its own blog for helpful guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit slow, would be good to add contacts without an email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass emails has saved me and team loads of time.
