What do you like best about the product?
How organized it keeps me and simplicity

That it sometimes lags and slows down for a bit

Hubspot is easy to learn and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to learn - I just started using Hubspot a couple months ago and learned it within a weeks time. It is very easy to understand and use in day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have only found one thing that I dislike about Hubspot. When I create a deal for a sale or log a call sometimes it gets associated with the 7 last deals that sales person has been working on and then you have to go in and unassociate those things. Other than that I really do enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of a sale and getting a product order involves several people with my company. It goes from Inside Sales, to the Rep, to the Dealer, to the customer service manager - I like that you can log everything you are doing and you can see what other people are doing that are also involved with that deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to learn for new beginners and keeps track of all my numbers - sales, calls, emails - very easy to navigate and to see where I need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports, it's quick and easy to share data with coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email integration. I don't know if it's just our company policy but I can't use email integration with our Microsoft email platform. A while ago Linked IN used to integrate with Salesforce and I could see clients' pictures of their faces when I pulled up their profile. I wish Hubspot had that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, communications, and sales between the other people on my team.

check for Email integration, Linked In or some social network integration
Streamlined and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease at which I can create contacts, tasks, and deals right from the Hubspot extension on my email. I also like that I am able to track when receivers open my emails and share them with their colleagues. It makes me feel more productive and successful in my day-to-day outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many widgets to fill in when trying to perform a seemingly simple task, there are few things that I think could be better streamlined for the user, however, overall I love the products and find it quite easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is quicker and easier to keep track of with HubSpot. I know when I need to follow up with clients, and I can communicate on the stages at which our projects are in, with my colleagues, right through the application. At a previous employer, I used a competitor to HubSpot and I'm glad my current employer uses Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot streamlines business and removes friction in my day-to-day tasks.It is definitely worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm finding this a great asset. The ability to set up auto mailers saves a tremendous amount of time and structured to guide refinements to future sequences.
Upside is the ability to run your own business to benefit the overall objectives of the company and meet lead generation targets.
The day is structured better, The activity feed helps to know the customer interest much better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sales dashboard should default to person not team. Otherwise the ability to follow this aspect helps to tailor future sequences.
There really is nothing else to truly dislike other than the contacts should always default to your contacts rather than the whole group.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lead generator the issues this resolve are primarily time savings in terms of follow ups.
Ability to complete other tasks while HubSpot deals with emails.
Additionally the access to how much activity results from an email shows potential customer interest.

A wirth while tool to help structure the day and make interactions with potential clients easier.
Always spot on with your daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
A possibility to set-up as many tasks/reminders for myself as I want regardless of their importance. I've started using the tool instead of Agenda, noting down every bit of info that I need to complete the upcoming tasks quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but it would be cool to have some graphics to chose from for various follow up tasks/reminders. Something like a phone symbol, pencil, email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've downloaded the Hubspot mobile app and, since I normally set-up my tasks at 08:00 am, I see the pop-up messages-reminders of what's on the day already when I'm having my breakfast. I find it very cool, as I already know what to start from when I reach the office in the morning!
Functional and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows a good connection between its data sections and the sequencing area. It is relatively easy to build a sequence using Templates and dynamic fields. Accuracy at scale is the right expression.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe templates could be better displayed and organized. Often teams build sequences by creating new templates and your Hubspot will be crowded templates nobody uses efficiently. Something to improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot Sales Hub I can reach to many prospects with low priority in an efficient manner and make sure relevant content is delivered to them all in an engaging way.
A Comprehensive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A tool that helps you manage data, organizes you, helps to prioritize and makes everyday task easy with access to need based reports on time and in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, there is nothing in particular that I find to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports that hubspot helps in generating gives clear insights to the trends, problem areas that needs to be addressed at all levels. Reports once generated are updated on time and in time so there is no manual input required.

Automation of messaging with potential clients and management of deals throughout the lifecycle.

It's great - needs to be implemented properly, but as long as you take it seriously and use it to its potential it is a great tool
Incredible Results for My Team!
What do you like best about the product?
My sales team had great results by utilizing the tasks feature in HubSpot. We had a much better conversion rate during our recent peak sales cycle. HubSpot totally paid for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if duplicate tasks could be recognized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're keeping tabs on our prospects and their individual needs much better now. Our customers are appreciative.
