What do you like best about the product?
We like LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too slow to load data in task queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a CRM, this has been our best solution for the past year.

Great CRM to use for lead management and task assignments. Also provides a connection with LinkedIn that shares additional information on leads.

I am able to quickly change my focus to work on different prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting dashboard allows me to check campaign performance easily while the alerts and notifications provide me with real time insights that keeps me focused on the current sales activity needed.

I wish I could drill down into the dashboards more for click throughs and email opens for my team members also assigned to a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm my own sales and marketing hub and don't need to rely on the marketing team to generate new leads for me. I'm my own sales hub.

Fantastic resources for every area of the business
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice for everyone that is involved with the customer and deal to be able to have reminders and then pass it off to the next responsible person, from lead gen to customer retention and satisfaction. I love the integration with Gmail, it makes my work life incredibly efficient, I had used HubSpot without the Gmail integration for a bit and it was liked a night and day difference once they were linked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see training videos attached discreetly to different areas so that I could learn on the spot about tips and tricks in HubSpot. Or maybe have a learning mode that could be turned on or off where the training videos are integrated next to said feature. Sometimes I feel like the training is too compartmentalized and long, I would like to be able to access things while I'm in the moment and utilizing the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having a lot of different people's hands in a single deal, Hubspot solves. When a deal gets closed a reminder automatically gets sent to the secretary to write a handwritten note to that customer. Things like that make it very seamless. Additionally, it is fantastic to be able to view simple things like the number of times that potential customer has visited our site in the past few weeks, it's a nice tool to be able to gage engagement of a lead that I am working on converting into a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something that will keep customers straight across the different department and allows you to track everything from the first website visit to evangelist of the company, then use HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything I need in order to reach out to prospects, keep in touch with my clients, track sales, and follow up. It integrates well into our lead generation avenues. Tracking communication, calls, emails, and the ability to take notes on prospects and clients alike makes it easy to reach back out and to take conversations to the next step rather than start over every time you call the client. And I can't begin to say how much work was taken off of my plate with the email templates. I have been able to cater templates to what specific place I am with clients in our sales process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more robust check for duplicate incoming leads. We have clients that might look us up from several different places, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. If they enter their information and there is a typo or they misspell their email address, they will create a duplicate user that might be assigned to a different user, and will unnecessarily receive double the communication from our organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My memory is rubish. The fact that I can take notes on calls as well as standalone, make tasks, reminders, and set meetings saves me a lot of time. The sales tracking is a huge bonus, it allows me to see what my clients have bought in the past and cater future conversations around what they will need from us short term as well as long term.

Benefits-syncing with email, insights on when emails ore opened and viewed. Sequences and organization. Sales team reporting.
Problems-sometimes I question whether I'm using the right features or if I'm missing something I haven't had time to dive into and implement.

Do the HubSpot training that is offered rather than going with an outside consultant, you'll appreciate the foundation that you build.

What do you like best about the product?
Life is much easier with the email tracking and managing leads with respect to different pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit to en-roll contacts in a sequence is only 50 in one batch. I have to do bit of a manual work by en-rolling contacts in multiple batches but that's okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the activity logs against contacts, helps in getting the pretext without much hassle. The deals are sorted with multiple pipelines and easy to manage.

You can send your own attributes to contact properties for better reference and additional data.
