Easy transition from old CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy lay out with smooth features, I enjoy the sale and customer details all in the one screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes too long to input a new customer / deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to get rid of stale leads. Easy view of pipeline helps to stream line jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I say go for it!
This has saved me 100's of hours. Literally.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the personalized tokens you can build out and the automated process after the sequences are built out. You can have multiple sequences for different situations and it has saved myself and the team 100's of hours over the course of a few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't integrate them with a workflow. But they said they are looking into it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not letting the leads fall through the cracks. Being able to lead nurture properly and keeping that top of mind awareness has been great.

Start with the free version and take note of how powerful it is!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one stop solution for all of our needs. I really enjoy the sequences--they're so easy to configure and share with colleagues, and the data they track is excellent and well-displayed. The gmail add-on makes it so easy to send crowd-sourced email templates quickly, and I love the snippets feature, as well. At the last two companies I've worked, we utilized the chat feature, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service and Reporting. It's made it all so easy, and it's so nice to have everything in one place! Their customer service is great, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, but I would love if you could enroll a contact in a sequence from their contact profile, and enroll more than 50 people in a sequence at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving not only our need for a robust CRM, but a way to allow many employees to connect with leads easily, visibly, and by using vetted communications. The live chat widget has solved a longstanding need, as well.
HubSpot is perfect for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly HubSpot is. I've used several other CRM solutions in the past, and HubSpot is by far the most intuitive. The templates, snippets, document uploads and meeting scheduler all save me a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use sequences at my level of subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is the time it used to take to send out emails and set up meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot tasks, they. help me keep up to date and don't miss anything

Sometimes when you have too many. automated tasks you loose control

Getting inn touch with every new lead we have is great, I don't miss any. opportunity

It really works as expected
HubSpot is hands down the best CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Pro full featured available tools, such the Templates & Sequences along with amazing Reports Dashboards. Most important fantastic overall support and great team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having worked with several CRM and the challenges, there is not much downside using Hubspot. The only recommendation is to continue developing the overall support of multiple languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly sorting leads from Prospects to Opportunities and closing deals faster! Eliminating any SALES LEADS LEAKS that we had in the past without using hubspot crm.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organize all my different views so that depending on what I'm working on that day I can easily dive into a certain aspect of my sales pipeline. Being able to assign tasks has made my day to day work so much easier and less stressful. I love that I can do everything from HubSpot including replying to my emails and seeing who has opened and read them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The round robin calendar link is pretty jenky. I work on a month to month quota which makes it really hard when the round robin link is not a true round robin. For example in one month I got 10 new leads while my colleague got 23 new leads. This made it extremely difficult for me to hit my monthly quota. It would also be really nice to be able to start sequences based off of deal statuses. An example of this would be in the case of closed lost deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helping me move new sales through my pipeline! The ability to sort my contacts and deals by which stage they are at has made it very easy to pick up where I left off the day before. It has also made it extremely easy to forecast where I will personally be at by month's end so that in turn I can know where I need to focus.

Use the calendly integration for scheduling
I have a Love-Dislike relationship with the the sequence emails in Hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create multiple emails and then schedule them to be sent out over a period of time. I love that if someone responds to an email, the software will remove them from a sequence. I like that it keeps track of who is opening my emails, who is opening the PDF or other documents that I attach. I can see who may be interested in our service and focus on them. It's also nice to be able to create multiple sequences so I can do A/B testing to figure out what content will get the most response.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the absolute most about this software, is the fact that it does not keep track of how many emails you've scheduled for each day. With our subscription, we can send 500 emails each day. But it the software seems to only count the number for the first email, instead of all the emails in the whole sequence. So then I get hundreds of emails back and have to go back in and reenroll all those contacts again into the sequence. But the customer service was great when I called!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to be able to send emails using the templates and sequences that we've created in Hubspot. It saves a lot of time as long as I haven't sent 500 emails already.... then it's a time killer! It's great that it gives you a report for each user. It will tell you how many emails and calls were made, as well as, how many meetings were scheduled. You can look at those reports daily, weekly, or monthly which is extremely beneficial. It's also really nice because Hubspot keeps track of everything, all contact for a client is in one spot. As long as you make calls through their system at least.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great place to keep track of sales. I am sure I am not utilizing it to its full ability, but I like what it can do. My only hold up is the fact that you can only send either 500 or 1000 emails each day depending on your plan and the software doesn't track that for you in your sequences.
Better than most for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using HubSpot Sales Hub is the user interface. The ability to do everything within the platform saves me time and energy going between email, phone calls, etc. I can spend all of my call time focused in the interface with deliberate times for breaks as opposed to the distractions
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a feeling of disconnection from the hub sometimes where I don't know what's happening or why? The good news is that when that happens, often a page refresh does the trick. Also, sometimes Hubspot can be aggressive with upsell and causes a Big Brother feel that I am being watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy for me to seamlessly integrate calls, emails, note-taking, social media, and meaningful metrics into a one-stop-shop for my day and to connect with my colleagues to stay on top of our work as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware aggressive sales from HubSpot. They have a very distinct style and approach and you will need to push back in order to evaluate on your own.
