Automation and Workflows = Exponential Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic list options to specify my sequences.

Lots of alerts on my sequences that I want to configure

Lead triage - conversion to contacts and prospects is simplified
i have been using Hubspot sales hub for quite long time and My team and i love it so much

I like the most how to do sequence and track/exchange email

i do not really dislike anything it everything is amazing we do love everything

-Helps me keep track of prospects and avoids contacting them to much

email settings are a bit redundant but other than that everything else is good

Keeps tracks of appointments and important notes about the prospects
User Friendly & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and has lots of customization options. I really like how I can filter things in tons of different ways that enable me to work my contacts in the most efficient manner. The email templates and sequences are also extremely useful. Sequences enable me to send bulk emails that save me hours of my time and help me find the most useful connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any issues so far. I like Hubspot and everything that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my contacts and leads organized and moving forward. I have become much more efficient and been able to expand my reach 20x more than I could without Hubspot.
HubSpot makes tracking deals, customers, and tasks easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and definitely the Queues. They make productivity increase by jumping from task to task. When I first started using it, I never used queues, and I would have like 50-60 tabs open a day. Now that I use them, I can just have my primary tab open and jump from call to call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to find records I accidentally close. Would be nice if there was a spot for recently visited. Also would help if someone calls right back to navigate directly back to them. I also might just not know where this is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Deals and keeping on task with what needs to get done. The benefit of having everything linked helps a lot. Can jump between customers, companies, and deals at ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing and sales integration makes it fairly easy to track and define areas of opportunity within the prospect-base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to segregate leads, prospects, and clients

I love that ability to track contacts task, deals and see percentage as they funnel down to close. Set automation for deal pipelines.

I dislike not being able to modify the life cycle stages

We are being able automate the deals funnels

The reports dashboard, we use it daily and are able to break down metrics imperative for success.

Setting task for deals/contacts then having to manually associate that task with the pertaining deal/contact/company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my live transfer conversion rate problem, finding out where i'm losing deals.
Robust platform that offers a bevy of tools and customization
What do you like best about the product?
So many things! Probably the best feature is the integration with Gmail. This integration saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd probably say the lack of depth with regards to CRM. I'd like to have a deeper dive here.

Hubspot keeps me on task. It makes me a better salesperson.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates in Hubspot are easy to set up, easy to edit or update, and allow for personalization and media links to target specific audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to print activity feeds but other than that it's been a dream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our families need new information weekly and Hubspot allows us to reach each segment of our population with relevant updates easily.
