Hubspot to help your business grow
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use. You can easily manage deal flows and contacts. I can track my performance and see how my outreach is doing. Easily see past conversations, take notes, and set up tasks so that I can follow-up with prospects. Making phone calls and tracking said calls are very important. The fact that the conversations can be recorded and reviewed is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links to other platforms would be helpful. For example, if you can link to do a search for names LinkedIn profile. Commonly used features should be at the forefront and not require multiple clicks to find and get to. When I need to update commonly used information I need to scroll down and double click in the exact spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales make consumer communication easy. Plus can manage deal flows very efficiently.I use it every day to manage my outreach and track performance. I can see how my outreaches are performing by looking at the open rates and click rates. I then can also track who I spoke with and when the last time I reached out to somebody through the platform. If I do outreach, not through the platform I can then go back and add it in manually. It is not that hard to track the performance of all aspects of the sales funnel as well. I set reminders to follow-up on proposals sent or any other customer interaction with potential clients for anything that I have to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare other systems, and figure what your current needs are. Hubspot works for us.
The only sales tool every rep really needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to keep track of deals, have full visibility into all our client communications, set up automated emails/sequences, and follow up tasks to stay on top of deals. Their tool is extremely user friendly and has allowed us to quickly pull detailed reports, track our various lead sources, and see which channels are converting at the highest level. I love seeing the amount of MRR I am closing on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. It also has activity feed functionality that allows me to see emails that are being opened or links that are being clicked.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to auto-enroll a large list of contacts into the same sequence. Takes too much time to enroll contacts in sequences 1 by 1. There are also limitations on the number of emails that can be included in each sequence. I wish I could create sequences with more than 5 emails. Additionally, the email tracking functionality doesn't always work properly as I'm using Gmail and the connection seems to drop every few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely user friendly and doesn't take long to get up to speed on how everything works. We are using the tool to log calls, scheduled meetings, send automated email sequences, keep notes on various deals, etc. The reporting functionality is extremely strong and allows us to easily track various deal and pipeline statuses. Also, I can see how many deals I've closed and the overall MRR tied to each deal.

it is annoying to update the lead status and action point every time

Calling students and learning their needs and assigning another call

it is amazing to use and I believe that you will save a lot of time using Hubspot
Pretty decent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It has several integrations that are helpful like Slack, Gmail. It also has a feature for target accounts that you can create a dashboard for and that is also really helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Kinda clunky-- there are several quirks to it. For example, you can't sequence someone and CC others on the email. There is also no 6sense integration which is kind of disappointing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for company outreach and solving our issue about saying on top of outbounding. The built in sequence creater is super helpful. It also has a built in call transcription service!
Salesforce is in trouble!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the IOS to Salesforce's windows. Everything is intuitive and the data/controls are where you expect them to be. Hubspot's email tracking is second to none when it comes to prospecting. When you then factor in price, the decision becomes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This CRM does not have many shortcomings when compared to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great CRM and sales prospecting tool. Very user friendly with support staff that are just a phone call away if you need anything.

The support and the constant updates are great. I love how easy it is to use.
I have had multiple sales teams use the tool, and the Hubspot team is constantly making great updates to make it easier and easier to train new users on the platform.
I love how customizable the platform is to our business. My favorite Hubspot tools are the mass enrollment in sequence feature that saves us tons of time. We are able to reach out to hundreds of contacts at once, making our team much more efficient.

It is expensive and keeps getting more and more expensive over time.
I wish we had a better experience implementing Hubspot. It would be nice if they provided more training and implementation at no extra charge so that we could make use of all the amazing tools within the product.
I also wish that out Hubspot account rep made more recommendations based on our industry in terms of best practices for our SDR and AE team.
They have tons of users on the Hubspot platform, so it would be nice if we could get some hands on feedback and recommendations from Hubspot support on how we can improve our practices within the CRM.

Hubspot helps us manage all of our sales team's processes. We have certainly been able to improve our outreach and follow up processes with existing customers because of how easy Hubspot makes it to manage all of our contacts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customizable sequences which allow you to set the cadence of tasks for all types of follow-ups. Sequences can be infused with customized email templates. These templates can include helpful links and relevant customer data to personalize them to the contacts. I also enjoy being able to create call ques based on my daily tasks. This helps me stay focused and get them completed more quickly. In relation to the call ques, HubSpot also has a variety of integrations with other software and this allows me to use a click to call feature with my phone so I do not have to dial the numbers manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot had a fuzzy search when looking up contacts and companies. The addition of a fuzzy search feature would allow for better duplicate tracking and more allowance for spelling errors when looking up a customer or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily search contacts and sort them from a wide range of fields. This allows me to assemble targeted campaigns for outreach and has helped increase revenue. I can then mass enroll them in sequences and mass assign them to my self in batches of 50 at a time. I have found the 50 batch size to be perfect for allowing daily communication and regular follow up to be auto tasked by the sequence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an easy adoption for your company and easy to learn. There are helpful blogs for common questions and don't hesitate to pick up the phone if you have a question.

Being able to create tasks as easily as we do. It's like a to-do list.

That we cannot send emails on bulk without enrolling them on sequences.

It's easier for me to be in charge of my contacts and now what to to next.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to attach templates, sequence them, and add customization directly within the email draft. Being able to call directly out of HubSpot and save call transcriptions is also very useful overall. The utilization of task queues allows for a high rate of daily productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when calls/emails won't log or calls will be dropped, but this typically gets fixed within a matter of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of calling directly from HubSpot Sales Hub makes life so much easier. Saving a recording of the call is also great to go back and review when needed.

I highly recommend using HubSpot Sales Hub to increase efficiency of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about using hubspot is all the tools we are provided to engage on a useful and creative conversation with our potential clients. In addition, the filters that are added on Hubspot make it very easy to divide clients into any list that you want, keeping track of customers has never been easier before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot has some problems to engage on a call, there isnt a call established and it just drops before it even starts ringing. The only solution is to refresh the page or even reconnect to your internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is my companies lack of clients. From a set of database, I am responsible for filtering, updating and reviewing different client lists. The benefits I have found is how easy it is to interact with a client, whether it is through a call or an email. There are so many ways to edit the email templates. If a client is interested, the history established between the company and the client is very detailed with all the information along with the dates of the approach.
