Killin The Game!
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline management is key in most sales positions, but definitely in mine. I get a-lot of my commission based on how healthy I keep my pipeline, Sales Hub makes that so easy to manage and see where I am on a day to day basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like other features of different sales crm management tools, but its just preference. I think Sales Hub does a great job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chat features, as well as the articles/videos that you have access to are super beneficial!
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Logical layout, easy interface, integrations with Gmail, automated sequencing
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Linkedin Sales Navigator could automatically log the in mails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content is very useful for us that practice de ABM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The interface and easy of use is way better than SFDC
Sequences are very helpful and help you stay organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sequences and the ability to add multiple tasks and stay on track. The reporting allows me to track outbound effort and necessary touch points for deals. The deal funnel allows me to easily track the progress of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality within hubspot can be unreliable and it does not populate the correct accounts at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to prospect accounts based on specific categories has been helpful. Allowing us to sort by specific verticals, geographic regions, and size of accounts helps us create a more strategic approach.

Read the articles that provide advice and support. Reach out to support if you have any questions and are experiencing issues.
Hubspot is great to be able to organize my day & keep myself on task as an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
being able to have tasks and que's to be able to organize my day and the ability to integrate with google calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
certain clicks you are unable to open a new tab it automatically just loads on the current webpage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a contact that was assigned to the wrong school. after i deleted the school and tried to create a new company it would still merge it with the wrong name. I had to have my CRM manager create a ticket and they were able to fix it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend it. Ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
It's usable. Configurable. Reports and dashboards are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if in the future there were more suggestive ways to build dashboards and reporting

Sales email campaigns (sequences) have been a God send.
An excellent tool. Can be difficult to learn at first, but once you figure it out it's quite useful.

Auto populating prospect information for contacts and companies

Adding contacts can take too much time if done manually

Learn the system with online tutorials if possible.

The layout -- makes everything so easy to access and manage all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs slow, but thats all!!!

None -- I don't use the sales portion but I know its been great for our team

Organization is Key
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the email tracking and templates. It not only makes the job easier but it also helps having all the information right at your fingertips. The templates makes the task at hand go faster and run more efficiently. Getting the information needed by just a couple of clicks with templates is the best feature in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have to be not being able to classified leads. In example, if a lead is on maternity leave or on furlough, to tag their profile with a "Short Term OoO". Not only would it help the sequences of not sending emails to leads who won't get them but also to have it in front of your eyes to know not to email them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to send out content but also seeing next steps and more information with the convenience of Notes and Activity. It has helped me get a full understanding of past, current and possible upcoming conversations.
Getting the most out of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can design any number of dynamic email templates and automate the whole response process for your leads. Saves time, allowing you to focus on whats important. Finding more business!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that when hosting content via ubspot, eg: PDFs, Docs etc. When linked these in an email, the recipient needs to verify their email address before seeing the collateral. This I feel puts off prospects as it breaks up the customer journey. Perhaps you can switch this function off, though so far, I've not found an option to do this.

Automate, automate, automate

Great tool... Easy to get up and running quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The templates when used accordingly are extremely helpful for time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to lose your page when accidentally clicking the back button or lose a call from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker lead to enrollments are the benefits.
