What do you like best about the product?
Great for company's with many employees, easy to keep track of the progress. Very easy to use, history, tasks and comments really help to manage work flow. Also like the function of dashboard, easy to follow your progress. And surprised how simple it is to integrate more settings. Call quality is really great, better that
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to import files, Hubspot automatically changes names to website address, which can take some time to edit. But other than that, not that many issues. Also one more issue might be, that you are not able to call to quite few countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and sales. Hubspot is really good site to work with, easy to follow information. Very easy to use, history, tasks and comments really help to manage work flow. Also like the function of dashboard, easy to follow your progress. And surprised how simple it is to integrate more settings. Hubspot also works as some sort of "storage space", instead of keeping all the info in Excel sheets which could be quite annoying and hard to keep track of all the info. This way all the employes have constant access to all the information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences feature and the tracking and logging of emails! It saves me a ton of time to enroll prospects into a sequence but also it gives me an easy way to personalize messaging as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboards are a little confusing but once you can figure them out, they are very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time! I can reach out to 10x the amount of people than if I wasn't using the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options to organize my work. There are multiple people in my office who use HubSpot in totally different ways to organize clients. Being able to choose what works best for me was a huge part of getting things done faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of filters. Some are way overtly detailed and more simple filters would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management! Having things organized and lists ready to go is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The email sequences save so much time and you can get all your sales touches out automatically with personalization in every email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much a dislike at all. Having different levels of services and having to pay to get more features is a downside. I wish the free version had more options as well when starting things out to see what service you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more sales emails out then I would have before. It's saving me a lot of time. I wish I could edit sequences when they are already enrolled. That way if I don't like second email, I can edit again or a 3rd task during mid sequence before it is completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely put this at the top of your list.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently, I've started using the Sequence module in Hubspot, and I really like it! It helps me track everything and do close follow ups! I can now have a centralized view of my outbound email campaigns!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to track also the data on how many opportunities were created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow ups reminders made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using HubSpot Sales Hub is the ease of use and understanding. It is straight and simple and also very easy to navigate through features. I am also able to do my activities straight from the hub and place calls that automatically get logged. The email tracking feature is something I use almost all the time and help me understand which prospects have opened my email and who has not. Also, I can insert attachments and view who have opened it and have spent how much time through every page, giving me the intelligence on what have they spent time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the sales task sequence work. If I start the queue, it will also show the tasks which are listed for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a start-up like ours, the Sales hub does everything we want. We not only can manage our sales activities but also track the deals through different stages and also create dashboards for different views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is HubSpot Sales Hub is all that you want when you are a small company (Start-up or SMB) before you migrate to probably Salesforce. It has all the features you need, simple and easy to use. I have used other CRMs that tend to have problems and issues, where you end up contacting the support all the time. This is a very well managed, balanced, and maintained product to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking abilities including open/clicked metrics along with many other analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
How often it gets caught in spam filters sometimes depending on how many links and such you have in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have become more strategic in our outreach in terms of timing and who we are contacting. This tool is extremely beneficial to anyone sending emails or just trying to organize their prospects into a neat interface.
