the Apple experience of CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Usability is amazing and friendly, not clunky at all. A big named blue CRM that I always used to use was very corporate and enterprise, I felt it was built for the company whereas hubspot seems like it is built for both the user and the company. The fact that sequences lives within hubspot is amazing, saves us using an external tool. Also the deal and pipeline and dashboard management is the easiest I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading contacts and companies sometimes it auto populates fields and changes company names to LTD for example which is annoying. Sometimes I feel like hubspot does too much, there's so many things you can do within it that it might be complex for some people or hard to know what features you need and what you don't need. We are still figuring this part out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our bible for sales and customer success. All sales activity goes through HubSpot. Email tracking is amazing. Sequences are great. Templates and snippets are really good as well, normally I'd use a 3rd party tool for these but it's handy that it all lives in one place with your CRM.

The UX is awesome exactly what every business needs to stay on top of clients and not lose track of where they are at in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task feature of Hubspot the most. I think it brings organization to my day to day and helps me keep track of my important leads. It also helps me to hit everyone that needs to be hit. It would be impossible to orchestrate all of my emails without the sequence feature and I take full advantage of it. I also like how I can call to anywhere in the world affordably through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the bugs with adding contacts. I also dislike how weighed down my CRM is with useless leads. This is probably an internal problem, but if there was a cleaning feature that would be really cool. I also dislike the colors. I am more a fan of Orange creamsicle as opposed to Orange effervescence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of managing my leads effectively. It helps me send emails and follow up easily and timely. I love how I can automate emails and send them at the most likely time to be seen. This helps my emails get better open. and response rates. I am always on top of my tasks which has made me more productive.

I love the way all emails sent through hubspot are tracked in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't filter by activity date in the activity listing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email system really makes it easy to know who opens your emails and clicks through links.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation, ability to enroll in sequences, and automate email quickly. I like the ability to chat with the support representatives in an easy chat solution. We use the landing pages tool quite often, it is great that we can use our domain name.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of advanced features / inability to personalize some features. I would also like it to be easier to track the users on our site and see a heat map of where they are clicking/visiting. The inability to mass delete duplicate contacts that are created by the same email. I also would like to see a stronger/easier to use (drag & drop) landing page editor. We are using a couple now but it took quite some time to work with the support to have it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reached out via email to potential customers in our sales pipeline and have added 14-16 new customers each year. In general, the CRM is a bit messy and needs to be organized a little better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest creating a drag and drop editor for the landing page. I also would like to see a larger screen for viewing the contacts. The new update makes the contact / company listing half the page and its hard to see when scrolling through our own contacts. Other than that I am quite happy. The deals, sales, and dashboards are all very helpful for our sales team to date. I appreciate HubSpot. this is our second year using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use and very very handy. Especially in terms of outreach to a larger audience. These are features I hadnt seen or explored even in tools like salesforce
The sequence is what I love about hubspot considering I have had such a hard time keeping track of email follow ups before hubspot.
Given a chance I would love to breach the daily limit of 1000 one to one emails that can be sent using a template or a sequence:)

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Email tracking feature can sometimes be misleading. If I open an email from my sent items (sent to a prospect), Hubspot alerts me as if to say that the prospect opened the email.
2) Hubspot alert stating "someone opened your email". I understand the limitations case multiple folks are in a distribution list, but if hubspot can pin point who in a distribution list has opened an email, it would be great.
3) Managing errors while importing contacts has been a challenge. I am yet to figure how it can be done.

Good service from Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking all previous contact from a user is really simple with Hubspot, the templates function is particularly useful for me since I need to send out a number of emails each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs logging calls (possibly an aircall issue) or loading profiles at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful to see when contacts have tried to reach us by phone or email since everything is displayed and neatly formatted on their profiles

Try to orginize as much as possible as soon as possible, then it will be easy to generate flows and organize sales strategies. In general Hubspot can help a lot to find possible leads.

I like that I am able to filter down to a really granular level and pull out the numbers I am looking for. The ability to chop and change between multiple filters / dig down into specific data characteristics is great .
I think that the portal is very user-friendly and well-adapted to my specific use purposes. It is easy to navigate.
The ability to flip between "Table" and "Board" view is critical as it provides both the overview as well as the more detailed list.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and would recommend to other users. I also show other team members about the cool functionalities that the platform offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I would be able to carry out more data analysis in the Hubspot portal. In particular, looking at conversion rates and creating visualisations based on %. Moreover, I would also like to see the ability to filter data based on specific calculated fields / criteria.
I would also like to be able to export data on metrics such as "Offer Generated Date". This is currently not possible and I have had to find a workaround for this when analysing my data in excel.
Overall, improving the flexibility of the data would be a massive help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, I wish that I would be able to carry out more data analysis in the Hubspot portal. In particular, looking at conversion rates and creating visualisations based on %. I currently have to export data into Excel to get the numbers that my team measures. This reduces data accuracy and is subject to human error. Excel also cannot cope with the large data quantity in the same way that Hubspot would be able to .
A benefit that I have realised, is using the filter views in board view for deals. here I can see a breakdown per month of deals made.

Fantastic product that keeps rewarding you the more you learn about it.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is by far sequences and templates. If you are like me and the majority of your job is trying ot get meetings set up, you know how difficult it is to keep following up with clients to get them to respond. Sequences takes the grunt work out of following up and gets me meetings set up easily and quickly. Templates are handy for cutting down the time it takes to write proposals and emails I'd send. With using Hubspots list this only supercharges sequences again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add all the people I have already in a sequence into a list. I have to do this manually which can take a couple of hours if I've added a lot contacts manually through gmail to sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of timely and routinely following up with a client. I am selling 4 different types of products at the same time and sales hubspot improves my communication with leads. It insures my emails have the perfect mix of personalization and speed of outreach. I also like the tips it gives me on improving my emails.

If you are looking for your sales team productivity and meeting rate to increase, use Hubspot. But you need to insure they get all the training they need to fully utilize the software.
