What do you like best about the product?
Have in may hands an extensive an complete integrated tool to manage most of needs requeried by Sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options available in Workflows and Sequences to achieve more personalized actions. For example manage sequences in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create and Manage a lot of Leads in automatic path.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to have a lot of features in an integrated tool and is very easy to adapt to your specific needs and ways to work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only way to structure your work in HubSpot as a sales person is through tasks.
Fine so far. But you cannot filter by tasks ! This is super annoying and uncomprehensive.
Another problem is: You can finally send out InMails through Hubspot. HUGE downside, they are not tracked as an activity! Why? This should be tracked as an email - so that we can see, who has been contacted, and who not...
Queues are a great addition, but unfortunately you cannot organize them in different orders once you've created them. Also : You cannot filter tasks by queues to be able to see what tasks have no queue so far - which is also very frustrating, if you have hundreds of tasks as you have no visibility.
You cannot create a workflow by tasks neither, let's for instance say you want to reassign tasks after a certain amount of time to another user, if no sales activity is tracked: It's impossible.
Also negative: Creating notes, when going through your queues always closes a task. Creating notes is part of research and prospecting - and not a sales activity. Unfortunately one always has to uncheck the 'done' task again, once gone through the queue - which is super time consuming in the end

Organizing outreach, inbound and outbound
It took a huge amount of time though to find workarounds to actually create a pipeline for outreach (and not for Deals)

Easy to track and trace all your follow-ups
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hub sales is the tasks because you can followup your work and conversation with other people easily and without forgetting any lead!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't have a bigger overview of many contacts from the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all communication, follow up after someone went on holiday or said to reach them out in a couple of weeks.
Fantastic. Cannot fault HubSpot Sales Hub at all, has improved my sales revenue extremely.

The monitoring services offered. It's helpful having everything timestamped and logged within HubSpot (emails & calls).

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a certain aspect of HubSpot that I dislike. The layout and functionality is pretty efficient from my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on track with my pipeline building via contacting customers at the appropriate time.

Get it, it'll save you lots of time and aid with daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations, especially with Gmail, Google calendar... Love the sequences feature where you can write a series of emails adapted to the recipient using tokens as the name, company, social media post ... so on.
Another feature I find essential is the "meetings" since you can share a link or even have it in your signature to invite your prospects to select a fitting time for a 1to1, you can edit how long the meeting can be and your working hours, plus since it synchronizes with your google calendar when that slot is not available it doesn't show.
I've used the email outbound for specific campaigns and it worked perfectly.

The new version of tasks, I prefer to be sent an email per task, that new bar is a little annoying. Since it's the central tool of my daily work when it has a simple lag it affects all my team.

Now I have all my contacts properly followed up and a real forecast of my pipe.
I'm not very fan of having desktop notifications but the possibility is there. You are really up to date with your deals.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very versatile and trustworthy, it is important to have it properly integrated with Gmail to have feedback on mail tracking and else. I love the calendar function for the customers to choose their own time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM helps me organize sales pipeline, stay on top of my deals, don't miss any tasks, and have an overview of my KPIs. I can also track the performance of my emails and sequences.

What do you dislike about the product?
Writing emails directly from HubSpot could be improved. I don't have automatic sentence completion, and sometimes the email structure completely changes when I send an email out (e.g., lines and paragraphs are too compressed).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to new HubSpot users is: Complete the training, make a sales funnel plan, and just start using it. Make sure all your contacts have the correct life cycle stage, lead status, and lead source.
Start with a limited contact list; once you understand the funnel and most important properties, import the rest of your contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I can say about HubSpot is the ease with which I can upload contacts in the system and contact them, I love that all the information is always available, the one that can have control over each client, that I can contact them en masse. One thing I can also say is that with their statistical reports I can effectively assess where I am making a mistake and how to fix it. In general, I can say that with my experience with other HubSpot systems it is one of the best I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I sometimes do not like is that it does not synchronize correctly with my email account, but it is something that does not happen very often.

Being able to send emails in a massive way having complete individual control over each contact, that is something that helps me a lot in my work, its template editing tools help me make each email seem unique and dedicated to each contact.

Take it easy, at first, it seems all very difficult, but little by little you realize that it is very intuitive

All the available customizations and options you have been helping me in tracking the sales process and the pipeline management aspects. The interface is very user-friendly and if you are eager to learn and develop as a sales rep the HubSpot Academy will most definitely help you with your sales effort.

Nothing in particular, because it met all of my expectations.

Best CRM for marketing and sales by far.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I have used sales force, MS dynamics and others. However None of them match Hubspot. What I like the most is integration between sales and marketing. The ability to make sequence, template or sending offer to client. Hubspot is most intuitiv and so easy to use for sales people like me.

Nothing! I love everything about it. Loves everything!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing. Hubspot is making our job easier and more fun. Training new staff is easy, as Hubspot helps your sales team with e-learning tools.

I strongly recommend Hubspot, take it from someone that have used all the major CRM before. Hubspot is a game changer for sales and marketing.
