Nice to work with
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is relatively easy and intuitive to use and has many functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to keep track of many contacts and there’s no function to edit more that one contact at a time (e. g. change an attribute)

Good CRM, still laggy sometimes and some features are not comfortable to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app. It is not possible to check/reply tickets. Live chat is also laggy. Sometimes you get message only after few minutes while client is already gone. There are also features that we need, but they are not yet developed. Some features are hard to manage or understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences. It helps as you do not need to create your own CRM, live chat, etc. You get almost everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need almost everything in one place Hubspot is good option.

What do you like best about the product?
Very well structured for inbound sales. Integration between marketing and sales is excellent in this context.
The interface is user-friendly and intuitive for the most part.
Email and call integration is very good and extremely useful.
The analytics available, the ease of creating dashboards, is something that keeps our team on top of things.
Basically, it does everything I need it to.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of manual work involved when communicating outside of email or phone. Manually logging LinkedIn chats, for example, is a huge pain. For that matter, the integrations between HubSpot and LinkedIn are, overall, seriously lacking.
Another weak point is its accommodation of outbound sales. While it's well-designed for inbound, trying to configure an integrated outbound process is extraordinarily challenging and requires a lot of non-intuitive repurposing of functions and features.
Workflows/automations platform generally works fine, but the ability (or lack thereof) to re-enroll leads in the same workflows based on certain activities is limited resulting in, again, very non-intuitive creative workarounds being required.
Filtered views of lists can't be based on relative criteria, and that's, again, a major annoyance (e.g. Last Contacted Date < Last Reply Date - so you can see who's waiting on a reply - nope, not possible)
I am being nitpicky here, a lot of this won't actually matter depending on how you've configured the rest of your setup, so while this section is long, keep in mind that I would still recommend this this product.

Logging of conversations, keeping track of work with each client/prospect in a single location with standardized processes. It makes work more efficient, it keeps me and colleagues accountable, and it makes referencing past conversations and exchanges with leads pretty easy.

The ability to flag to relevant colleagues changes in the status of a deal or a customer journey

The mobile app has less functionality than ideal

The ability to accurately track activity on customers across a wide base, and to ensure transparency between multiple business developers. Benefits revolve around transparency and ability to ensure accountability

simple, straight forward & user-friendly

difficult to drive valuable sales/CRM prosperities of individual customers into the back end to actually make use of data gathered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- not loosing sight of important customers by creating personalised dashboards we were able to allow for each sales rep to best drive their time

the sequences are very useful and probably the best thing on hubspot

I dislike the fact that we use it as a crm as it isnt very powerful and can be slow sometimes

I have realised that it has saved me time and allows me not to forget about task
Recommendations to others considering the product:
think at times as a platform it can be slow but for me as a sdr I have found it very useful once putting potentialy prosepects into a sequence it has really allowed me to stay on top of my workload and not forget about certain tasks
I find it much more comfortable than the other CRM providers, yet it's not perfect

Ease of work, design, the workflow is great and saves time.

The sync option between the app and CRM.
The fact I am not able to send mass emails.
Cannot send text msgs to prospects directly from CRM.

Everything is centered into one place, makes it easier to remember and communicate with prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Contacts Filter - When I'm targeting which contact to work on, I could just filter it the way I want it, role, nature of the company, etc. I could save my chosen filter and get back to it anytime. Saves me time and effort.
Tasks List- This is the function that I''m using every single day. There are some tasks that are automatically created, there are some that I have to set-up myself. This helps me in organizing which contact to work on for the day and how many tasks needs to be completed. Again, saves me time and effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I am in the middle of the call and I can hear the other line perfectly, but they are telling me I'm having a bad line, I get frustrated. I have created tickets for this several times, usually it gets fix on its own but it negatively impacts the call handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issues with organizing and focus. Most of the time, I end up missing out some of the important tasks that need to be completed within a particular day. There is so much to do with the information Hubspot Sales Hub has, but sometimes It gets too overwhelming. With the contacts filter and tasks list, I am able to set my priority and focus on a daily basis, perform my tasks one after the other, and make my daily tasks more systematic. I realized that I am actually doing great with organizing my tasks, thanks to Hubspot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For organizations who would like to use Hubspot as a CRM, it is user friendly and is driven towards making customer acquisition more targeted and organized.

All the usability of all functions. We are just getting in to using more of the functions.

Nothing yet, I love the platform and we are now using it to its full capacity
