Useful tools and courses for sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The sales courses helped me reorganize my sales approach. I can use Hubspot to automate reminders, save frequently used templates, store and organize contacts, and track my progress with each client. My feature feature is integrating the platform with my email so I can easily add contacts, track emails, and use my saved templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales courses can be helpful but the videos drag on and they often repeat the same messages. It would be better to work through the videos together with more walk-throughs, quizzes, and hands on approaches. I think I would absorb the information better that way and find the courses more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save lots of time by using the saved templates and keeping an up-to-date record of my progress with each contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely helpful to watch some of the Hubspot Academy videos to learn about all the features they offer. You can use it for simple organizational help, or it can upgrade your entire sales process.
Software HubSpot is required to earn time, save info, it’s important to use this nowadays.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s convenient, the fact that you know when your customer open your email and that you can record a phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of infos you can misunderstand sometimes what is a sequences and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified my sales procedure.

What do you like best about the product?
Deals function makes my life easier. I start all my weeks by checking the deals in different stages and move all deals from left to the right.

What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering is a bit complicated and I need to dig in to find the right view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to start my work and see who needs an offer, who has received the contract and needs a follow up call etc. So, I just simply move the deals one step to the right every week and I am able to close much more deals than ever before.

What do you dislike about the product?
I work in a company in Brazil, and it is focused on B2C. So, we don't use all the features to their full potential. We could have more functions for Ecommerce sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales are not that complex. So with HubSpot, we were able to shorten the sales cycle and use less people to get the job done. Another great advantage was the construction of reports and the wealth of data that we presented to the board. Not to mention the amount of automated tasks we do today, which saves us a lot of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can do a lot within the Hub, so don't be alarmed and don't let anxiety catch you. My first advice is: Take some courses from the HubSpot Academy. This will give you a very nice view of what the hub can do for you. Then, put everything you've learned into practice, even if you're not going to use it. Have a question where to start? Hub has a function called "models", which you can rely on there. It is very worthwhile to get started at HubSpot.

We have a totally remote sales team, and Sales Hub has allowed us to see connect all communication and deal projections in one place

I would recommend that all users utilize the HubSpot Academy and make sure you build out a plan and foundation before jumping fully in. Create a demo account and talk to all individuals about your ideal plan and use case for HubSpot.

Sales Hub is a user friendly tool to help you get more out of your sales. You can do your sales more personal and professional with this tool and track every interaction that your Sales Qualified Leads have had with your company. Therefore your sales reps can be more personal and set up tasks or workflows to make the sales proces more efficient.
When combining it with CRM ánd Marketing; it can be next level. To seamlessly integrate Sales and Marketing; you can do sales when your leads really are interested.

There is not much to dislike, but you need to reserve some time to really understand everything Sales Hub has to offer. So calculate some time in your agenda for training/certifications to get the most out of this tool.

The problem that HubSpot Sales Hub is solving is that it is more efficient. And besides that your communication can be more personal.
So most of the things you can set up automations for, so it is not time consuming to type out every single email you send. But you can create templates of emails to save time. Besides that you can track every single email ánd call you have done. This way; you can get more transparant data out of your sales team.

HubSpot can integrate with a lot of other tools. Make sure to figure out your current tooling; what are you going to continu using and which tools can you discontinu using. Do this, before making the decision.
It's easy to use, but the reporting part is a bit more tricky.

It's easy to use and works well with HubSpot Marketing Hub! The HubSpot Academy content is well put together and super useful!

Complicated reports are a bit tricky to get out. It would have been good to getter a proper help and set up when we started to use the Sales Hub. It's too bad that we cannot include any links to the quotations.

Very basic sales CRM capabilities. Strikes me as somewhat easy to set up/configure

Their sales CRM was definitely an afterthought. They are a marketing automation platform first and foremost.

We were using it to manage our sales pipeline. Provide our executive team with more visibility into our pipeline and sales activity

If you are really looking for a robust sales CRM, stay clear. This is a fairly rudimentary sales CRM that is really more of a bolt on to their marketing hub than it is a true sales CRM.
Useful, but sometimes can be confusing
What do you like best about the product?
The automatization of all your new info and the advantage to filter all your new CRM info. When we have a new customer it´s easier to add to our database because we can organize everything as we need

The interface sometimes is too much, so that can make you feel tired and don´t let you take advantage of all the website and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I´m solving some problems related to internal organization and control, when we have new customers is important to track all their info.
