Satisfying integrative solution for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the task, queue, and call functions which allow me to easily create call lists and run through them with a couple of clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very inconvenient that there is a limit to the amount of call minutes you have through the system. Also, I've had a couple of issues with call notes not saving. Very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never knew how much sense it made to have a one stop solution that connected email, notes, and call functionality, until I used this platform. And I'm comparing it to competitors like salesforce and freshdesk!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go through the HubSpot skills and courses. It is really a fully integrative solution !

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sales HubSpot as they're an all-in software/platform for internal monitoring of your business. The sales pipelining is cool! You'd be able to have an overview at where your team is performing. Like much revenue you'd be able to get, send reach outs to prospects at a very smart way. Like everything's awesome! From sending emails, creating tasks, there's so much that you can do and I like it big time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, I couldn't think of anything as of the now. Totally satisfied with their service. They're been doing improvements from now then, changes to make sure that they will be of great help to their users and admins. So far so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot! Reaching out to our customers, you can call them send them an email. Do a sequence which is very cool. Automation, a very smart tool. It provides suggestions how to improve your craft. There's this dashboard for monitoring, so easy to navigate! Awesome work!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% effective and efficient! You should try it especially the SEQUENCE option.
Hubspot Is All You Need!
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is well done and easy to customize. The sales deal pipeline is invaluable and allows you to link companies, as well as PoCs to the deal so you can quickly and in one page see all the emails exchanged and phone calls made.
Hubspot Customer Support is AMAZING! Quick chatbox responses or phone help when needed.
Outbound call recording is great. There is also an option to upload an incoming call if you recorded it on your phone, which is genious!

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything! They are always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep my tasks organized much better with a visual pipeline of where each opportunity stands. That improves my time management and prioritization of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the package is and how easy it is to create simple task reminders automatically. Also, it is really easy to add team members to lists automatically so that you do not have to manually add a new user to different properties/parameters. I also like how when you add companies or contacts to the database that Hubspot will auto check for duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about Hubspot. One thing I do not like is that you can not remove won/lost/abandon columns from your pipeline. Also, you can not assign more than one company to a deal. We sometimes recieve a request for quote from one company but it will be going to a different company. I also do not like that you can not continue an email thread in Hubspot. You can only start new email threads in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better track communication with our customers as well as do a better job on following up with them. Some benefits that we realized are snippets and templates that will automatically personalize emails for you based on the details associated with the deal/customer. Also, call logging has been a huge benefit as it will automatically record phone conversations where one party consent is allowed. I also like that if I call a customer that is in our database from my cell phone Hubspot will prompt me after the call is over to log the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Academy is the best resource for learning the features of the software and how to make the necessary changes to the software to best work with your company. Also, give yourself plenty of time to build helpful tutorials for your people to use as quick reference guide. Not all members of your team need to know the program as thorough as the administrator.
Two words: Productivity and efficiency. HubSpot is simple, stylish, and user friendly.

The Gmail integration saves me a lot of time. I can select templates and send emails (which are automatically logged) in a matter of seconds. Also, when creating email templates, HubSpot gives you content recommendations to get a better response rate.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Turkish option for system interface (our company is in Turkey). I do speak English, but my colleagues sometimes need help for navigating around the system.
This also creates localization issues for our Knowledge Base.
In our case, we can customize almost everything, but the small "See more" button at the end is making the page look bad because everything else is in Turkish.
A solution would be to allow the customer to customize every single button.

It would be impossible to keep track of all the customers without a system like this.

Try to use all of the functions available to save more time. The system has a lot of features, I still don't know every single one of them, but the learning curve is steep.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is straightforward to set up and use, with plans to fit every budget. The sales team is able to get notified the instant prospects open an email, click a link, or open an attachment for timely, relevant follow-up. They're able to automate outreach in a personal manner resulting in a flawless follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the HubSpot updates take a while to load. For example, when creating a list it has taken up to 8 hours to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless follow-ups and set standard sales templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves a lot of tedious work that is usually done by hand, incredible time savings! It automatically creates the account I send emails to and keeps track of everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fully implemented yet in our business, but we will get there!

We had no CRM at all, can you imagine going from nothing directly to HubSpot? It is incredible

What do you like best about the product?
I use most of the tools in SalesHub for my role, the most useful are meetings and task reminders. I love that SalesHub asks you in emails, task completions and tickets if you would like to set a task reminders after you send an email or move a ticket etc. It's so helpful and I feel like I can put that task out of my mine but know for sure I'll be reminded about it when I need to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I can't add a document into the "documents" section directly from an email. I know I can insert a document into that email directly from my computer but if I want to send it to multiple people, having it in the documents section of Hubspot is a lot easier. I would like to be able to start drafting an email, add a doc to the DOCUMENTS part of Sales Hub from a link within the email draft, continue with the email and be able to click the document from the "add document" link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a Customer Service Role. I love being able to have a link readily available for customers to book time for meetings with us. Its saves a lot of back and forth communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use & customisation offered. It is very easy to navigate around the different tabs to manage sales and stay in touch with prospects. GDPR limits help massively as I am notified when a prospect no longer wants to be contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information gets deleted in the "about" field. It is not very often but gets a little frustrating when you have to fill things out again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hubspot it would be almost impossible to organise my work. From prospecting to closing deals and marketing, Hubspot allows me to do it all.
So much you can do, never enough time. You want to achieve a lot with a limited resource: time

That you can do so much more with our most valued resource: time. To be efficient you have to be organize and Hubspot is the tool that lest you execute all your tasks without losing valuable time looking for resources. You have everything in one place.

That there is always so much more to learn. I love learning but with Hubspot you find everyday there is something that you could have done in an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informing prospects of our differences and the lack of an experience sales team. The automatization helps us scale up our abilities and nurture our prospects to make the sales process easier.
