If I can think it, HubSpot can do it 99 times out of 100.
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot, I'm able to automate tons of simple tasks that waste my time if done manually in order to spend time on building relationships with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe there is a learning curve that you have to go through, but HubSpot's customer support, customer success teams, and knowledge base is more than enough to get proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using HubSpot to qualify registered users as potential customers for our app. I built workflows that help take them through the onboarding process and use auto-generated tasks to check in on their accounts. Our developer used HubSpot's API to tie our admin portal to HS. I created a custom contact property to add a link to each contact's profile in our admin portal so that follow up and account reviews take about 10-15% of the time they used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on the edge, it is definitely worth trying. Worst case, you're out a few hundred bucks... but best case, you're able to streamline administrative tasks and win more business without extra headcount. The "net present value", if you will, is positive for sure.
All the sales and marketing aspect are compacted into it, you have various option of cuztomization
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage leads and has a fully customization pipeline, which is clear and easy to manage. All marketing Aspect is also easily monitored with full analytics can be tracked.
All my reports are being managed through hubspot, even daily and weekly meeting for sales and marketing is done and tracked through hubspot reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
For proper report in dashboard you have to manually manage and update leads, to sales leads, and to customer manually. The email system is not that good, as it is very hard to track all the mails and which are the latest mails. To have the proper reports and track all leads and clients, have to devote a lot of time to change the lifecycle stage of a lead to client/customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy dashboard and full clear sales pipeline. which can me monitored at every step for sales growth.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us manage all of our sales operations and automate workflows which helps us do more with less. It's easy to use, the deployment is quick and the results are powerful. Our clients loves the platform because the quick wins are obvious. It's also a platform that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
First and foremost, I don't actually have a lot of things that I dislike about the platform. There is, inevitably, manual tasks to do inside the CRM. But at the end, if you're well organize, you will be even more organize with this platform. Manual tasks won't bother you that much.
It could be seen as an expensive platform at first, but when you start using it, you quickly see how it can help you close more leads and see the ROI.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us gain a lot of time in prospecting and in leads research. Having all the tools you need under one dashboard is great. It also helps the sales team to close more leads and quicker with the sequences tool.
Being able to follow-up with the clients and leads has never been that easy. I organize my tasks the best way possible and the platform make sure that I never skip one !

If you can have an external firm to help you implement and use the platform at his full potential, it's best.

I really like the sequence option as well as leaving notes

It is confusing when you are using just a follow up email as a task and when you do or send out automated emails

One of the benefits is email sequence that can be made so you can be sure clients will receive emails within
Compared to Salesforce, Hubspot is much more user friendly.

The UI is amazing. Extremely intuitive and easy to use.

The quotes are not fully customizable. For instance, it's not possible to add a "ship to" address.

Everything takes much less time with the templates and automatizations.

Start slowly. Only add the features that you need at a specific moment. Otherwise, it will be costly.
EXCELLENT TOOL TO BRING BUSINESS IN ORDER
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can keep track of each business and schedule calls, tasks and notes to each business in perfect order, I and my coworkers use hubspot on a daily basis, it helps us to be all connected to each other.

I really like everything, until now there is nothing I don't like, whenever needed it has worked perfectly, I use hubspot every day

We are a work team, this tool helps us all be organized and synchronized,
My bosses can perfectly track me through hubspot in all my businesses and if all the required fields are filled in easily, the accessor can understand the order and status of my businesses, thus also being more comfortable for me to keep a good track of my business.

My personal recommendation is to always fill in all the fields requested in hubspot so that I can make better use of these tools.
Hubspot - Good tool... Not all it could be.

- Free Start-up version that is really functional.
- Integrates with a lot of software!
- Generally a strong feature set and easy to use interface.
- I love that you can have different people on different priced plans (Free, Basic, etc.). So, some key people can be on a more expensive plan and less involved customers can be on a free plan.

- Features are strong... but needing upgraded services is VERY expensive.
- They changed pricing tiers. NOW you cannot mix Free with PAID users. This is a big handicap as I add new or temporary users.
- I really don't like that they refuse to add "tag" capability to the software. Tagging is such a flexible way to sort and organize users, companies, and notes.
- Some sorting and list features are handicapped until you start paying ...a-lot.
- Reports are rather handicapped also until you start paying a-lot.
- Dialpad and probably other phone integrations ONLY WORK if you're on Sales Hub, but not Marketing Hub. This is a royal pain.

- Good capability to help sales make a lot of calls quickly and keep good schedules.

Great CRM system and very user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very friendly and customizable. I'm able to filter the deals and accounts based on many different categories such as "last contacted", "deal size", "owner", etc. to name a few. We switched from Salesforce to Hubspot and the experience has been much better overall! I also love how Hubspot tracks the analytics of all the sales from your team, which helps a lot when analyzing performance from team members as I currently manage our sales team. I can track based on activities, emails, number of calls, and various other metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where Hubspot crashes or my email does not log the activity. It seems to be more of a server issue rather than the actual product capabilities. Besides that, everything else is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better performance tracking, measuring metrics, and organizing the sales pipeline. I can track each rep's performance by number of emails sent out, the number of calls, the duration of the calls, and many others. It's simple and easy to use interface makes it the go-to choice for our company in regards to CRM systems. We've tried several others in the past but Hubspot has been the best one so far!

I like the user friendly platform. Hubspot is quick to email you your inbound leads with an easy-to-read, consolidated, form.

I do not have an specific dislikes for Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see all potential leads coming into our website. If any potential lead fills out a form for more information on our website, we are notified with an email that has the details of what they downloaded on our website and what they filled out on the form. This has helped us see what gets most traction on our website and what kind of prospects are attracted to our website. It also helps us create relationships with the potential leads and can transform into opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that Hubspot comes up with an easy way to track all of the inbound leads into an easy to read report. I would also suggest, if this does not exist already, a way for certain field in a form to send an email to a specific person. For example, I run the territory Maine. If a potential lead fills out Maine under State on a form, then I only should receive the email with all of their information. Or only my Northeast team and I receive the information. I believe this would help for a large organization to organize the data being recieved. Sometimes we have issues with different employees reaching out to the same potential lead.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really fast. I've used Salesforce before and it just didn't seem as responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I need to click the "back" button a little too often to make the necessary changes. It seems like grouping the information you need on the right pages could be a little better, but generally it's very easy to update info.

I've used it to streamline the outreach process - generating e-mails quickly with standard text, tracking follow-ups and deal/opportunity progression
