Good for Small Biz
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to get started. UI is intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're fitting your process to HubSpot, not the other way around. Not great for a scaling business with specialized (and fast changing) workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A CRM tied to basic marketing and sales automation. Helps us track open rates on sales contacts and collateral. Basic sales reporting as well.
Great tool for Marketing but challenging as a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best with HUbspot is the ease of email use and campaigns. It is really easy to set up sequences for emails to go out. Work flows are easy to set up as well making template creation a breeze. The program integrates easily with other 3rd party tools such as calendly making it easy for prospects to book right on the calendar and receive email reminders before appointments. I also that it provides transparency on when emails are read and when documents are downloaded. IT is a great tool for our marketing team, we can see what emails have the higher open and click through rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things that I dislike most with in the HUbspot CRM are that you have to work through contacts versus companies and when you have groups the concepts of parent companies doesn't exist, instead you have to create multiple contacts and associate them with one another. Hubspot also does not integrate easily for billing purposes with Zoura or docusign to complete the check out processes. There are a lot of work arounds that need to be implemented to use as a complete CRM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we were solving the problem of lead generation and organization. IT was put in to place to make prospecting easier for the SDR team. It also allows our team to see when emails are opened, read, and downloaded so we can see how effect our marketing campaigns are and when a prospect has opened an email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IF you are a new organization with a small amount of leads this is a great place to start. Or if you do a lot of email campaigns this is a great CRM for your organization.

I like that the email features are easy to use and repeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeline views are not the clearest at all.

A solid sale CRM for the end user
What do you like best about the product?
I like that importing is easy. Having the pro version that allows for sequences is great. The number of minutes on the pro plan is great. Also in emails having the format automatically match the rest of the text is great. If you've ever copy pasted something into an email only to find that the font or size was off so it saves you from that. That basic day to day functionality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The big problem I have with HubSpot is that reporting is not at all intuitive or robust. I could go on but if you've gone from a salesforce instance that is halfway decent to this you'll know the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily import new prospects and place them in sequences. That ensures that I'm engaging them in a structured way and that no to-do is forgotten because it's automated.

Give it shot.

What do you like best about the product?
Speaking from a marketing perspective, the deals dashboard makes it all very clear where the deals stand. Each deal looks and functions exactly like the contact and company record so it's all seamless. The best thing about Hubspot is that they treat Marketing and Sales like one entity. Unlike the other sales platforms out there, Hubspot makes sales content easily visible to the marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some limited reporting functionality when it comes to products. They only have a small use case for products - to build quotes. We are interested in deep reporting on the products at the price level and you cannot easily build reports about products by price and billing frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Hubspot sales module we are easily able to align our sales and marketing initiatives into one platform that is easily accessible to everyone. Leads easily flow from the marketing side to the sales side. As opportunities arise from marketing generated sources, the marketing team can track the progress and report to management the effectiveness of marketing-driven campaigns.
HubSpot is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows my team to work more efficiently in each step of the buyer's process. The SaaS is super easy to use, configure, and manage. Access to HubSpot academy learning was so helpful and full of resources. Whenever I have an issue or question the instant chat options allow me to speak with a live person, send screen grabs etc. They have always been so helpful and provide me with plenty of resources to achieve what I need to be done. Email tracking is literally the best tool ever! We can't get enough of it! The various dashboards that are available create a custom view of your funnel and what the team is working on. Having the resources to understand inbound marketing was also very helpful, and being able to actively apply that to the whole team was a huge stepping stone to our success. HubSpot continues to surprises and helps us get the most our of our leads, nurturing them each step of the way and delivering us results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this is fairly new there are a few holes in the software. Features like user role would be really helpful. Whenever there is a feature or issue 'missing' the HubSpot community forum is drenched with user suggestions and a place to see what everyone else is proposing. I understand that testing needs to be done before anything is rolled out, but I wish things could move a bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and assigning a lead to the team. Establishing accountability throughout the entire process, setting up follow up tasks and developing marketing plans through the process of inbound marketing.

Take the time to do the online courses, it will make the world of a difference.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform that allows collaboration between all individuals in the sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a learning curve. There are alot of different feature that take a while to get your head around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has increased my organization skills a great deal. It allows easy access in the blink of an eye to all existing contacts of the company and also keeps track of potential leads.

I love the queue function and email sequences. There's so much automation which makes my sales process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our hub has gotten a bit messy and it's not always easy to merge contacts. It's more of a volume issue than anything though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to log and track leads in HubSpot, win deals, and claim clients to avoid a duplication of efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a little pricier than other CRM services but you really get what you pay for. It's so user-friendly and saves us a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sends me reminders of tasks that I have in Salesforce. Also, I get notifications when I have been assigned a lead or contact. HubSpot seamlessly links to Salesforce. Also, in HubSpot, when you have a lead assigned to you, there is a place for information about the lead that is useful for talking points when calling or emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about HubSpot. It seems very user-friendly and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As soon as I get a lead or contact, HubSpot notifies me immedietly. This helps me to make sure that leads are not just sitting and are getting immediate attention. I also love that I get notifications regarding tasks that need my attention in Salesforce. It is so easy to forget to follow-up on tasks.
