HubSpot is an Effective tool with limitless possibilities
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
A great feature would be allowing contacts adding in after a company is created to have attachments carried over.
Improving the task feature. It currently lacks multiple functions to make it an effective tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our team to do outbound prospecting more efficiently and opened up the opportunity to capture inbound leads with their marketing tools and sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support is fast and reliable. The UX is great. They implement suggestions on new features quickly. We've found an increase in efficiency for our Sales and operations teams. We love all of the integrations and have found great partners to work with whose services we wouldn't have found otherwise. Our team has used HubSpot Academy as ongoing continuing education for our whole team and to have a common language for meetings and other company initiatives. We love to use the deal leaderboards as a Sales team. Our finance manager used to spend hours manually pulling data from our outdated proprietary software, and we've experiences substantial cost savings by decreasing his administrative workload. He's been able to spend more time developing advanced reporting. Our Sales Team has used sequences to automate both initial and follow-up interactions with clients. We've closed more deals this way, as we've been top of mind. Our Operations Team is implementing sequences immediately after booking. This ensures our clients are follow-up with and maintains high sentiment as they continue towards their weddings days after booking. This has also helped us manage quality control in an automated way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to be able to household contacts. Many of our contacts have other family members that call in do discuss their venue or services bookings prior to the wedding day. We've experienced an increased in communications from family members other than the direct client due to the ever-evolved situation of COVID-19. It's become more imperative to have a centralized record for one client regardless of who we speak with. However, in order for us to track them in HubSpot, they are separate contacts with no ability to link. Householding would be the ideal scenario, and I would image the functionality of how companies are used could be repurposed and trigger by last name or some sort of auto enrollment. This has caused our contact count to increase unnecessarily and created an unnecessary expense for our team. We also need to keep these contacts in our system after their event for a few years even though we have no interaction with them. I wish historically data didn't cost additional money on a monthly basis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love automatic tracking of calls and emails for record-keeping. Truly, no complaints!

Use it!
Super CRM, easy to set up and user features make anyone a CRM superstar!

I can think of anything I dont like! its a great system!

single customer view, push support ticket response to FAQ blog, its a very simple system to pick up and run with!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the call feature, since I make calls all day long (especially since Covid and working at home). All the integrated features make my daily tasks so simple and streamlined. It's been such a great tool to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many dislikes. There are occasionally a few small features that I add to a wishlist in the community section, but nothing that inhibits me doing my job and getting results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we've all moved to using Hubspot for our marketing and sales and it's been amazing since we all had to quarantine and move to working from home, we've still been as productive if not more productive since then thanks to the tools that we have in front of us, accessible from any computer with an internet connection. I can work from anywhere!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use and more affordable than Salesforce. Very easy to implement and get up and running quickly. Great tools to stay organized and leverage your time to reach more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot can organize your day to day routine. When you are all set it is getting really fast and efficient to go through your tasks. Task queues, contact lists functionality and sequences can double your productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the issues we had were solved really fast by the support team. But I still lack some statistics for sequence reports like sorting by number of opens or number of clicks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is not big but we work with a big number of prospects. Hubspot helps to keep track of all the contacts and to reach out at the right time.
Another advantage that we use is are Sales Reports, it helps to analyze what is happening in the company and in the market and figure possible problems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using resources at HubSpot academy to learn what features are there. The learning material is great and you might miss something awesome if you don't go through it.

Automation and Support are among the best I have experienced
What do you dislike about the product?
When a platform is robust, the limits are almost more frustrating. I do find myself creating workarounds, but I also wouldn't have the ability to automate it at all in many other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from a platform with less robust/confusing automation. Our teams have been able to develop confidence in the systems we have because the automation triggers more precisely. This means better data and more efficiency for each of the teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their onboarding process and explore all of their hubs to see if they make sense to add as well. Their system definitely gets better as you are able to add more components.

How seamlessly it allows me to work from accounts to deals while tracking every aspect of my sales cycle.

The notes from my contact don't carry over to the deals automatically.

No problems really, just benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to segment lists based on analytics properties and make custom lead scoring models. Import functionality is simple. Deduplication uses ML and does a great job finding contact and company dups. Most of all, HubSpot combined 3 major platforms into one (MailChimp, Google Analytics, and our last CRM). Putting all the pieces into one platforms prevents us from having to do major DevOps projects to sync and compare data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is constantly updating, so most of the things I used to complain about have been taken care of. They still don't have an integration with Microsoft Teams, which is a barrier for our sales team. Some UI features are weird (can't search for company name in the deals screen). Overall, they are listening and improving so I don't have any issues that I think will not be solved in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to segment our leads for our team. HS gave us a way to easily say, "Here's a list of contacts that are visiting our website on a regular basis. They deserve a call." The ease of recording all the activity associated with a contact on a deal has been a game changer for reporting, too.
Great as part of the growth suite
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use - and of all sales systems / CRMs / prospecting tools, this is the system I have found sales people like the most. It is also scalable with your business - which means it is a low initial setup cost. The volume of different tools also means that your sales team can use this system for most of their sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you grow the pricing can escalate very quickly, and the justification for the cost can become a point of tension. There can also be tensions if you are using hubspot when integrating with other systems such as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an all-in-one marketing & sales platform. Providing the sales team with complete access and visibility of marketing results, helps improve the overall relationship between the two teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is part of a wider hubspot implementation then I wouldn't hesitate. If it is standalone, there are better tools.
