Sales/Marketing Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking capabilities, Templates, Sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blogging template set up is not very user friendly for non-technical people. A general admin should be able to go in, drag and drop content to push out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more potential new sales in less amount of time. Knowing who is going to our website, when and for how long. The analytics are good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a demo to make sure it's the best fit for your organization. It is user friendly, so if you have a sales team that is not so 'technically inclined' Hubspot may be the best option.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the added value of showcasing information about a holistic sales process instead of just being information about the CRM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more interactivity in the training sessions could lead to higher engagement from our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far. The ability to autoplay the next video and change speed has been helpful. We've optimized our sales process a few times in regards to automation due to these courses.
Perfect for tracking customer interactions
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the response rate of emails to customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome plugin has a propensity to automatically log you out occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track the performance of email campaigns and identify when a customer is viewing an email and therefore may be a good time to call.
Innovative and easy experience
What do you like best about the product?
The contacts page was the main upside to the platform. I am able to complete many of my tasks through this portion of the platform. The company section was also important when taking notes during meetings. Rather taking notes using another tool, I was able to take notes directly onto hubspot, make any necessary adjustments and also send the notes to the clients immediately. That was the absolute best feature of the Hubspot Sales platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ales page had the lowest upside or me in hubspot. It has the lowest upside for me because I personally did not use it as much as the other sections of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversations and contacts page allows me to be more efficient in sending messages and planning meetings with clients. These options allowed me to stay in touch with each client as well leave a detailed comment or notes with each person I contacted. Being able to search a client's name and immediately seeing when was the last date of contact and what went on in that conversation was a real time saver for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One advice for anyone who wants to have a seamless transition from one vendor to another, going with hubspot is the best way to go about it. Being able to import all my contacts and companies through the platform was very fast and easy. The hubspot sales hub has made everything much easier to use. It is very user friendly.
Great CRM software with low cost of entry
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that they let you start with a free version & then upgrade from there. This allows you to try the platform without a huge financial commitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is robust, which makes it difficult to learn. Most of my problems have stemmed from lack of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Microsoft Access & Excel to manage client records, and neither was a great solution. This seems to offer the capability I need to track activity better.
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to see when customers have opened emails as a good way to know when to call them to check up.

I wish the free version was able to hold more info in the activity feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great that we can log our emails and calls. That way, when someone isn't here, we still know what the latest updates are with all our customers!
Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. I like the layout on deal pages and how easy it is to create new companies and contacts

I wish there was an inbox or emails area where I could see a summary of all the emails I've sent through HubSpot

Ease of use, simple and effective UI UX, loaded with all the vital features to sell and market, Great customer support, very good resources (Academy, Blogs)

Pricing is super high. The difference in price between 2 plans is really huge

Hubspot neatly segregates the data which otherwise is a mess. Sales data is given more prominence. The UI UX stands out. It's neat and elegant
Hubspot CRM changed my approach to sales
What do you like best about the product?
By implementing HubSpot CRM I suddenly had access to the unknown life of my leads and clientes. I knew everything they did on our website, the emails they read, how many times they opened them, if they clicked on the links. If it wasn't in HubSpot it didn't exist. We began to have all the calls and meetings of our reps logged on the CRM, if we had to add someone else in the process, the new sales representative could dive into the deal exactly where it had been left, knowing all the details.
We were able to centralize all those who were part of the purchase decision, have playbooks to assist new sales representatives in their communications with customers, and dashboards to measure their performance. Establish criteria to evolve businesses within the pipeline, email templates, automation ...
Best of all, CRM is just the tip of the iceberg. If you connect your company to the Marketing Hub, Service Hub and CMS Hub, you will get a solid platform from which to manage all the areas that deal with the customer from just ONE platform (Hubspot has more than 300 integrations).

There's no downside, i think It is such a great product. I'm a user since 2015.

More sales in leds time, happier customers and I feel like I'm doing a better job.
Highly configurable solution CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in being able to add and modify fields makes this platform a must-have for sales executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the system when used on a browser could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows me to review where roadblocks occur in the sales pipeline. Being able to redefine the pipeline helps visualize the sales cycle and provides insights that help formulate strategies on how to advance prospects to next steps.
