Good platform with many features and configurations
What do you like best about the product?
It allows the creation of Kanban of activities within the tool itself.
It helps the Customer Success team to extract a lot of relevant information from customers, and to control and record data and calls.
Its interface is very intuitive.
Assists in the organization of the internal team and in decision making at meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system does not have a good usability on mobile devices.
Often the information is unconfigured, without making any changes.
To create filters in the query and to extract information in spreadsheets is very bad, we often need to ask for help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a good tool for Customer Success, and in it we are able to follow the information and contacts of customers by the sales team.

The Sales Hub saves me so much time and streamlines my workflows!
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Hubspot Sales Hub, I did not use a CRM. Hubspot has really made my job so much easier and I can have more clear and engaging communication with my contacts. I really like that I can see my colleagues communications with a contact in a seamless, "newsfeed"-like manner. This prevents us from sending the same communications to one contact.
Also, sequences save me time - I do not have to worry about putting a ton of energy in to following up with a contact that might end up being unresponsive. This allows me to focus my energy on contacts that will actually end up purchasing.
Lastly, the Hubspot interface is clear and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of how properties are organized on the side panel. If my administrator creates a bunch of properties, they all appear on the left hand side and I am unable to hide them. This pushes the important, commonly used properties to the bottom making it difficult to find. I wish the regular user had more control over properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Hubspot, many of our employees were sending the same emails to the same contacts. This made our communication in-genuine and our messaging unclear. With Hubspot, we are able to better keep track of contacts and not lose contacts when an employee transitions out of his or her role.
Hubspot Does Everything and More!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use and is user friendly. The software is intuitive and they give access to a ton of videos for you to further train yourself on Hubspot's functionality. I also love their chat support feature where you can talk directly to someone at Hubspot if you have any questions or are having any issues. I don't know what I would do at my job without Hubspot, it's the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with Microsoft Teams and sometimes the functionality of reports. I would like for that to be a bit more robust! There really isn't much to complain about with this software as they're extremely open to suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve their platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot to solve task management, engagement/outreach strategies, and account management. It is so easy to house all of the necessary information on an account, associate contacts to that account, and keep track of their deal progression all in one place. I also LOVE the task feature, as I would surely lose track of all of my to-dos without it! The ability to have data insights into marketing/outreach campaigns is amazing as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using the resources available to learn the basics and more of Hubspot. There are so many great things the software offers and a lot can be missed if the surface is only scratched by your users/administrators. Take the time to live in the product and learn in because I found that that's a fantastic way to learn more about its functionality.
Fancy Tech doesn't replace good people and common sense
What do you like best about the product?
Like the meeting scheduling tools and FLU reminders - along with ability to create/retain historical data
What do you dislike about the product?
Fancy tech gizmos don't replace knowledge, experience, people skills and common sense. I detest the sequence mails and won't use them. Also - the only folks that "swear an oath" that this stuff works - are the ones selling it. Perhaps at a certain level it all works - but at the higher levels (Director to C-Suite) - given I know dozens of such leaders - most block it unless they know the people behind the company. I know - I do. I guess - I'm just a dinosaur. Perhaps - but yet to slam dunk a deal of find someone new using SalesForce/Hubspot - over many years. Thanks for letting me speak my peace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting scheduler is awesome. And as otherwise noted above. I'd realize more benefits if companies that launched these CRMs would invest in their people to really learn them. "Throw them in and let them swim" - doesn't cut it. No company I've worked with across SF/HS (over 10 years) - has EVER provided me proper training. And guess what - I'm in sales and driven to sell - so unless someone says "we're paying/you're going" - I"m not going to take time from sales (especially now) - to wander through the self-help section. If you can't invest $1000 in me - why am I here?
HubSpot Sales Necessary for Your Organization
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of HubSpot Sales is how easy it is to add and track contacts. An added bonus is being able to see when and how many times they open your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
An unfortunate feature for companies with a small budget is that all staff need to pay separately for their own sales account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us with our inbound marketing and being able to automate our touch-points in our communication.

Look into the integrations you might require before signing up for the product.

The Chatflow, Snippets, and Automation ( Sequence and Workflow ) feature. All these features make managing clients so efficient and simple which saves loads of time to do other stuff.

The fact they haven't developed the application yet which would take work to another whole level . It will so great. That way I can have a day off and just keep tabs on my phone.

Simple to use, great O365 integration and no cost.

Because it is no cost, it is self-help support. I tried the HubSpot/LinkedIn Sales navigator integration and couldn't get it to work and the community help didn't get it done. So I am living without the Linkedin integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a simple to use CRM that had a great integration with O365. I am finally getting my sales and marketing efforts linked up and don't half to guess where I am seeing engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! I have recommended HubSpot to a few other TeamLogic IT owners.
