Hubspot the spot for your CRM hub!
What do you like best about the product?
The way it tracks the contacts in your email and the method by which you can set up email drip campaigns with surveys and content that relevant to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do more in the kanban layout for prospects and closing deals. For example, labeling could be more automated and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking new hires and applicants.
Marketing tools are good, CRM is only OK.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the integration of marketing tools. The blog feature is really great and easy to use. We also use WordPress and at first, I decided I wasn't going to move our blog over to HubSpot, however, I'm so glad I did. Moving the blog from WordPress to HubSpot was also easy and painless. Social posting and marketing emails are also very user-friendly and nicely integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of useful reporting. Reporting is very cumbersome and all over the place -- some reports are under one tab while others are only visible in certain places. You may be able to get a nice overview report but trying to drill-down into the data can be very difficult from time-to-time (depending on what data you are trying to view). As an example, we're unable to report on views of marketing documents imported into HubSpot, which we use a lot of and should allow for easy reporting. Custom report options are also very limited. However, we are using the free version of the CRM that comes with the Marketing Hub so things may improve with higher-level packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have achieved greater visibility into our contacts and prospects. By integrating our website, email marketing, social media, and CRM, we are able to approach prospecting with a more effective (and measurable) plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a smaller team looking for a marketing automation tool with basic crm functionality without making a hefty investment, HubSpot is a great option. The free version of the CRM is scalable to accommodate a growing organization. With the additional purchase tiers available, I believe HubSpot can be a powerful tool.

The UI and user experience were too good and options here in Hubspot are very good.

There is nothing to dislike, and there is no bad to say as well.

Sales features that are I used are very user friendly.

Its a very good platform, People can use for better sales and Marketing. Because many integrations are available through Hubspot.

Maybe it would be better to improve some features. For example, when someone opens an email I sent, it would help to know from what type of device and what location.

No problems. It was much easier to contact all my leads.

Intuitive Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot marketing hub and sales hub. I’ve previously used three other marketing automation platforms and HubSpot has quickly become my favorite. It has an intuitive design, powerful features and they’re team is just a chat away with any questions 24 hours a day. They’re extremely easy to work with and their platform is easy to use and works!
What do you dislike about the product?
The data limits are pretty low. After 1,000 contacts pricing increase. To me that’s a pretty small database and it’s be nice if they allowed more contacts before nickel and dime fees start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated messages, enhanced workflows, behavior tracking are some of the biggest benefits. We also use HubSpot to execute our workflows and lead management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot has their own quotation tool which is very straightforward to use. However, they have many integrations with other tools like Pandadocs for example which also work very well if you prefer those.
I like the simplicity of adding new contacts/companies into the CRM. Very quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quotation tool had an easier way of adding/including VAT. Right now you have to add it manually but it does calculate it automatically, just not quite as smooth as it can be yet. However they are working on implementing this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wonderful tool to hold records of contacts/companies, send emails from within HubSpot and track deals/quotes etc. Made our sales people and the process more smooth and efficient.
Also as we have the hubspot marketing platform, the integration between sales hub and the marketing is very good. When we send email campaigns for example, it shows under the respective contacts who has been sent what and so on.

User friendly, insightful, all in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface with a minimal learning curve

Lots of add-ons required to get the functionality needed at a larger level. Great out of the box for smaller organizations

Tracking customers who haven't been contacted in an extended period of time, tracking pipelines and sales opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and teach others. I also love that you can customize it to better suit your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that some people who don't fully understand it will accidentally merge accounts together. I wish there was a way to make it a little more difficult to merge them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped tremendously in terms of communicating with clients. I can set tasks to remind me of when I need to reach out and then forget about it until I'm reminded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend giving it a try and seeing if it's right for you and your team. It works great for our team. I love being able to set task reminders and not having to makes notes anywhere to help me remember something, because the reminders notify you when you need to do something. The Notes section is great for writing notes about accounts and adding details for yourself and other users. I especially love the the email templates and tracking. It's very helpful to know when someone has opened your email or when they have not, so you can create a task to reach out to them again in the future. I also really like being able to see who is looking at what on our website, so we can get in touch with our active site users.

It is honestly one of my favorite CRMs to use, although at a high level, all CRMs have different focuses and strengths that need to be weighed with the company's requirements.

at some point, it's just not as efficient it could be, dupes, inputting prospect is tedious

I am able to organize my business to scale and optimize it. Pipe management and closing deals faster and easier to find.
