Not the most intuitive platform but great help and support

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create multi-step prospecting sequences and how you can pause the automation until a certain task is completed. I love the way I can make calls of VOIP and record if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact and accounts sync in an odd way sometimes and all of the data doesn't come over like it is in Salesforce. I also don't like that I can't save my filters to be standard when looking at account contacts (i.e. Left Company is a filter I have to add on each and every account contact search).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my ability to automate some interactions with customers. I've been able to get more touches out to prospects with this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For prospecting while using Salesforce CRM you might look for a solution that integrates into Salesforce CRM so you don't have to open a separate browser tab to work out of. The tool is powerful though and there are a lot of good analytics around click through rates, open rates, etc... that can help drive better engagement. They also have a solid email recommendation tool when you're penning outreach.

Sales Hub helps to focus in what adds value to your sales process

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app. I get real time notifications when my customers/prospects open my emails. Very easy to read and navigate. Also the tutorials and the Training module (HubSpot Academy) are very helpful to take full advantage of all features. Some automated tasks -like creating the company record when a new contact is added, or creating a follow up task when an email es sent- helps you save a lot of time and avoid forgetting proper following up. The analytics feature of showing companies that visit our website provides valuable insights regarding the effectiveness of our SEO positioning, visibility of our brand, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can perform slowly when navigating and switching between options. When sending a tracked email to several contacts, it doesn't specify which contact opened the email (this could be implemented by automatically creating unique URLs per contact). It should not count an opened email when the email is opened by the sender.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow up process for all my business opportunities is easier to manage. A single repository for all the commercial information gathered by the Sales team: contacts, companies, past & present opportunities and interactions. Some reporting and gamification features help to engage and motivate sales reps, creating a "healthy" competition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the mobile app as a way to have all the sales information you need at hand. Also dive into the HubSpot Academy, this is the way to reach expert level in an easy way. Is always important to balance the time you spend creating records and updating information, and the direct sales activities (calling, visiting, emailing, preparing quotes, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
Managing companies and contacts is made simple with Hubspot sales. I love the additional features hubspot provides, email opens + clicks data. The tasks feature has also been a game changer, I am able to link to contacts + companies with to do tasks; this allows me to plan my days all in one app. Increase in productivity and daily progress with leads. I have reached out to the technical team and they were super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable so great experience there too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish their features were better/more thoroughly explained on the app + on the web. The analytic abilities are endless, but sometimes they are finicky- annoying. The meetings feature seems to work independently, would be cool if that created tasks. A, B testing is confusing on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts and companies has never been simpler, I am able to sort through thousands of leads in seconds and most importanly Hubspot Sales does a great job keeping my leads organized. I am also able to pull reports and see my progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis- fantastic way to ensure progress. Overall, I spend less time on technical details and more time having conversations with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
10/10 as a member of a hardworking sales team it is an absolute must.

Updated tools that can increase sales

What do you like best about the product?
The way HubSpot Sales develops into the perfect pipeline system with its easy-to-use features and affordable price. HubSpot eases the training time and offers guides to get started with this software, and the interface is easy to navigate.
Feature and functionality-wise, HubSpot Sales uses updated tools that are automated, simple, and fast. The ability in which we can perform and create our very own templates for our customers and clients is amazing, giving us room to evaluate our data and know what will be the next step. It's pretty simple to keep track of customers and use this information to know what kind of products are doing well and which ones are not, and we use these stats to have an idea of important business decisions we should make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot Sales has worked very well so far, so I can't think of anything negative that I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager in the Sales department, it is part of my job to meet all our operations with success and have our own prospects that we can use in the future. HubSpot Sales allows me to accelerate my sales processes and build a reputation for my old customers and new clients. I have been using this software for years now and I can say that its integrated platforms are all very functional and have helped our business get a sense of planning, as well as improving our sales and marketing techniques. And to this day, we still continue to see an increase in our sales every time we implement this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For new users, I would recommend getting started with the training guides because those are really valuable and save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely versatile and it integrates with many other tools that make the flow of information very natural. Also, team management is great since leaders can see everything that is going on while users can focus on their area with all the right information at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations with other SAAS do not share a complete set of properties that get updated automatically in real time. For some values we have to be creative by defining them through other automatic properties, plus, sometimes it takes hours for the data to arrive to hubspot and be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SAAS company and offer online demonstrations of our platform, so the meetings tool is an every day must. We have it linked to our web page and interested leads schedule their meeting automatically and sales people just need to watch their calendar for upcoming demonstrations.
Also, we keep track of lead statuses in the deals section which is linked to our payment platform, so depending on customer activity, we know exactly where he stands. It's important to mention that the monthly reports export like magic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a good sales funnel and train your team to use it accordingly. Its the key to keeping the data clean and work flowing with no issues.

There are some automations that make sense for our workflow that aren't possible to build within Hubspot, however, the integrations make it easier to get closer to what we're looking for

Don't be overwhelmed by all the features and options. HubSpot is very intuitive, you'll get the hang of it fast and you'll be able to be as productive and organized as you've ever been.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to include in your daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Hubspot has to think to include some "basic" automation features (only 3 or 5 for example) of Workflows and Sequences also for clients without "Professional" accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have started to use HubSpot on my sales, the results have growth thanks to all the services and automations. Itìs very easy to use and thanks to the Academy, you could train yourself to improve your performances.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to separate leads into automated sequences gives me to ability to stay in touch with those leads while focusing on hotter leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The App could use a lot more functionality. I should be able to do everything, or most things, via the app while on the road that I can do via the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No leads fall through the cracks, the speed of templates and sequencing, and a single source to hold my communications and information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Keeps track of everything in one place - tasks, calls, emails, notes, etc. The app is especially helpful as you can get notifications directly to your phone, see when clients have opened your emails, dial directly from and log the call easily, etc. Makes my job a lot easier and it's a huge time saver as inputting these things manually can often be a time suck and take away from the business of actually selling and prospecting. The dashboard is also really easy to read and understand - I like seeing where I stand among my peers on the leaderboard when it comes to outbound emails, closed deals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't see any downsides to using Hubspot. This is my first time using CRM software so I can't really compare it to competitors but I have no complaints. I would recommend maybe including some sales tips, cold call scripts, or template suggestions within the actual software. I receive these via email from HS on occasion and have gotten some valuable information when taking the time to read them, but it would be helpful to maybe have this in a panel somewhere when I'm actually writing emails or placing calls to quickly refer to when I'm stuck and could use a helpful tip or suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, it's a really efficient tool for keeping track of everything in one place. I can just click and give myself a task and I'll receive a notification on the day that those tasks need to be completed and you can mark them off when they're done. I love that feature. Sequences also are incredible. I can setup 500 emails per day, with followup emails and tasks for each client, and be done with it. Then I just wait for the responses to roll in or dedicate my extra time to sourcing new leads.
