New to HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to get sequences set up for targeting contacts and allowing you to personalise your templates really easily.
Also to build out playbooks so bigger teams know what questions to be asking and keeping your sales calls on point with no stone being left unturned.
Having the ability to integrate all you other tools through the sales hub too is brilliant as you can have everything in one place.
The LinkedIn Sales Nav integration is awesome too

What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation around the hub takes some getting used to at first but it gets easier once you're up and running. There are so many different tools to use that finding out what is going to work best for you takes some time too and seeing where these are in the hub too and the best way to utilise them too. Once you've been in and using them for a while, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hitting as many high value leads as possible with high value content
Managing email lists, so we can group leads together and send out well targeted email campaigns.
Having all the different tools integrated in one Hub makes life so much easier

Perfect Tool for Detail Driven Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Shared Queues. Link to Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lags or needs refreshing. Would be great if activity from a Contact could easily be copied to the deal without having to link each individual activity. Need access to more reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex Sales Process facilitated through Automation. Client bookings of my calendar.
Utilizing hubspot to support customer marketing and demand generation
What do you like best about the product?
Bulk enrollments, custom configuration..
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual data input, not built for clients, search capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent customer marketing efforts to support demand generation for cross sell opportunities as well as client success outreach when necessary. We have realized that over time we may customize the repository to do better outreach on an ABM scale as we do in new biz generation. But it will take a little time to get to where we want to be. Main thing that is lacking here is that Hubspot is used for New Business marketing but when an account becomes a customer there is not much data that synchronizes with our CRM. So it makes it difficult to be extremely effective.
It would be very helpful if Hubspot was to work on enabling Hubspot to continue working for ABM on customer accounts. Having a tool to filter prospects and customers into different databases under the same instance of our platform. So that you enable the usage of the product throughout the whole life cycle of a customer. From prospect to customer to even churn. The product could be very robust and extremely powerful for marketing if that revolution was completed.
Another improvement which would be a drastic improvement is working on the search capabilities and the filter capabilities. I would love to be able to filter companies that have already received a certain sequence and also filter against multiple attributes at once. Such as a prospects job title. I would love to see the ability to scrub our data against titles: TA Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Manager at the same time. That would be more of a boolean search system like you are searching in a resume database for example.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a road map in mind when looking into Hubspot and make sure that the functions will support your personal outcomes.
The only reason I am able to keep track of my Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily Hubspot integrates with everything I need and allows me to keep track of everything in the same place. I can see notes from colleagues and set task alerts for myself, so I know how to prioritize my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very restricting that I need to be "assigned" to a company or contact in order to be able to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building task flows and keeping track of deals that have follow-ups very down the line
Very useful for data collecting and updating!
What do you like best about the product?
Log my call directly through Hubspot through my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicated deals sometimes happen, which makes deals all over the place!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The function of the Sequence is good for outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Revenue estimation can't be done automatically.
A great tool for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub intuitive and easy to use. What I like best is the ability to track everything. I can track the emails I sent but also the documents, meeting links I sent and I find that very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub could be improved by allowing users to enroll a contact in a sequence, as an answer to an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not solving specific problems, but I would say HubSpot Sales Hub is very useful to keep track of my prospects' behavior regarding the content that I send them.
Love Hubspot! Total Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the automation that's built in. It has changed our entire sales process. I also love all the extra features and value that HS offers; like the hubspot academy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... I do wish the quoting feature was more robust and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales: training, consistency, process, visibility, cohesion, reporting, accountability
Marketing: SEO, reporting, gets it all into one place
Marketing: SEO, reporting, gets it all into one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We'd love to move all of our sales activity into Hubspot, but this would require a direct integration with Netsuite where customer data could be pushed into Netsuite, and information could flow back into Hubspot as well (sales history, etc). If the quoting in Hubspot was more robust, we'd then use the Netsuite integration and ping our inventory and pricing tables in Netsuite to build our sales quotes in Hubspot... currently we are living in: Hubspot, Netsuite, and Pandadoc which is not ideal..
