Hubspot Templates-make for super fast follow up

What do you like best about the product?
I use the templates in Hubspot Sales regularly to quickly follow up with prospects especially after a phone call where they've asked for more information. The templates gives me a quick way to thoughtfully follow up. Many of my conversations have a similar outcomes due to the nature of my job and templates keeps me from spending too much time on crafting emails right after a chat. This feature helps me focus on my responsibility to connect with prospects on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are other features that would be just a time saving and helpful, but I haven't taken the time to review the ways to include them in a my daily routines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time using snippets and templates so that I can "sale" more. I also love the task feature so that I can set follow up to-dos for myself without having to write them down or set a calendar. Probably the most useful feature to my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in HubSpot almost daily. The software is easy to use, has a great resource for training - HubSpot Academy. For someone who isn't completely computer literate, HubSpot is easy to navigate and extremely easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike about HubSpot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've shopped around for a CRM for years and finally settled on HubSpot. Benefits include the ability to track other users sales activity, view where we are in the sales process, keeps track of all the meetings, deals pending, contact information, etc.

Best CRM during Covid-19 Times!

What do you like best about the product?
Overall it's one of the best CRM's I have ever tried. You can call directly from HubSpot, not like salesforce that you have to have like 3 additional apps to do 1 call. I love that if you complete your task it will task itself to an email campaign and sends the emails for you. Also, the alert notifications are awesome, Eg... let's say you sent an email about 3 weeks ago, it automatically notifies you if a contact recently reengaged with the material you sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they are some glitches and there is downtime, so I can't connect with contacts

Call recording storage and automatic email sending

Using Hubspot Sales as an SDR in SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the sequences, truly makes SDR life easier to conduct and track. Another great part is the templates being able to be personalized. Takes a lot of time off my hands having to write one-off emails. You can insert enough personalized tokens to make an email seem like it was written for one person. Add that template to a sequence and boom, you just sent X number of very personalized emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to easily filter in sequences who opened, clicked, or what they clicked. This should be improved as it would help understand what part of the sequences are working. For example, I put an embedded video and a hyperlink in an email and it says they "clicked" the email. What did they click on? If they clicked and watched the video, its a different follow up than if they just clicked a link to our website. Main dislike is the inability to track within a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So there is not a specific problem I am solving with HubSpot Sales. We use almost every feature of HS within our organization. I am using HS mainly to automate cold outreach to make prospecting easier. It has truly taken almost all the manual effort out of sending email blasts. I almost max out my email credits daily which gives us a significant outreach volume each week. The metrics have been a huge benefit, although they cold use some improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having someone in charge of sequences. Having multiple people creating and adding to sequences can get out of hand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sequence and tailor mass emails is super helpful and cuts down on time spent prospecting

The inability to see who is opening what and the open links being incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability to reach a larger audience. I have been able to get correspondence out to more people through Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot's Sequence feature will let me know if I've already enrolled a contact in that Sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to set my emails to go out at specific times, often the sequence does not go out at the time I set. This is frustrating and I have spoken with Customer Service about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to reach so many of my contacts at the same time!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. All instructions are very easily expanded in shot videos.
I love that we have training material to pretty much every subject.
Remainders for all tasks are exceptional, and you can choose if you want them to be delivered to your email inbox or not.
I found creating the templates very easy and you can adjust them at any time.
Any email conversations you can quickly be followed up with email trackers. You just know where you are standing on with your client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium package has so many fantastic futures but is quite pricey for a small business. There are different levels which are still very helpful, and we use them very usefully. But this is the biggest downside of this tool for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me much more organised I have fast and straightforward access to data to all my clients in one place.
I can very quickly see what is situation with my client because of email tracking. This help with choosing the next respond.
All templates in one place, because the HubSpot is integrated with my inbox I can send prepared emails from the platform are straight from my mail box.
I can track the progress of my work, there is visible data, how many new connections, how many close deals, how many tasks.
I can organise tasks and meetings for my college without him being involved. He just receive notification about the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent tool if you are a start-up or an experienced entrepreneur.

What do you like best about the product?
An essential Sales CRM Tool. User friendly interface. Also provides a feature to generate multiple reports based on different analytics. The support team is quick in resolving issues if any with minimum ETA possible. We can also customize different tasks, add email templates to be used frequently. Also provides a feature that helps us track all the activities on our sales and marketing email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I feel what all business requirements we need, the HubSpot tool suffices our needs and has helped in organizing our sales process and outreach better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization of our outreach programs and regular reminders. Also the call recording facility helps in finding appropriate solutions while reviewing conversations and not missing on important updates. Regular sales outreach tasks ensure we don't miss our coordinating with our prospects and also with our regular customers. Also helps in dashboard analysis by populating data thus helps in making an efficient use of resources.
