Hubspot Sequences Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Sequences tool is the most impressive piece of HubSpot Sales Hub. It is an extremely efficient and effective way to deliver highly customized sequential messages to large quantities of prospects without the traditionally highly intensive time investment to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more seats can be cost-prohibitive. In addition, the Sequences tool is only available on the desktop version of HubSpot. It would be ideal to integrate Sequences into the mobile app. This would be especially helpful for sales teams like ours that are field-operations centric. Many of our sales reps only use their phones; very few have laptops that they carry with them on the road. The product development team at HubSpot is looking at how to do this, but it will likely be some time before it is integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to communicate prospects who have "gone cold" as a way to re-engage with them and those that respond are typically the higher-value prospects that we want to pursue. It helps the "cream rise to the top," so to speak. Each template/message in the sequence can be edited to fit each prospect's unique situation, or the templates can be used as-is without personalization if a more canned messaging strategy is desired. Multiple sequences can be created to customize the messages based on the type of product or service that is most relevant to the prospect. The best part is that when the prospects are removed from the sequences when they reply, so you don't have to worry about the prospects receiving future emails as if they had never responded.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the ways in which I can automate my sales process. From creating tasks, sequences and workflows to making my own email templates that are personalized and customizable, I have a really easy time following up with my leads and making sure non of them are forgotten or neglected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have difficulty with making calls straight from the system, but it might be my internet or laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making sure my leads are not forgotten and that I follow up with whoever I need to when I need to. I also don't have to repeat the same process over and over (such as writing emails). Anything I do more than once, I can create into a sequence, workflow or a template. I also do not have to dial the phone number of every person I need to call. I can just call through the system. Using the app, on my work cell, I can even text through HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best system I have ever used for sales. I love it.

Email send limits are low, forcing you to stretch out a sequence

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Hubspot. From email tracking to workflows and sequences it really makes life a lot easier for Sales and Marketing departments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesHub to generate leads from outbound and manage our inbound pipeline more consistently. Generating reports on a weekly or monthly basis is simple.

HS has helped in reducing my worry in email follow up, bulk email. I don't have to stay awake in delivering my messaging to any time zone at a particular time. I can enroll more leads in one go and it has significantly reduced my email efforts.

Templates as a tool to get more touches with your customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM and has a lot of tools to organize and manage your customers. Templates have been a great help in this new business environment. We can integrate sales information and webinar links into the templates to make them more focused and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to get sales brochures integrated into templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of not being able to have face to face interaction with our customer base by doing it digitally. It has been very effective in getting hits and inquiries for products. It is also nice to see when customers have opened the templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is easily accessed from any device. Great way to integrate your sales team efforts and give your staff the tools needed to be successful.
No other CRM compares to HubSpot. Truly. It has change the game for me and my team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. It is very straightforward, and easy to use and understand, and even when it doesnt make sense, the support team is unmatched. I also love how we can see the data and information on such a granular level. I love how I can chat right from the page I am on and get support from an agent. They always are so quick to respond, and always answer my questions. I also love how you can get notifications through Hubspot whenever someone looks at an article or a document you have attached.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could pause a sequence that is currently running without having to unenroll and re enroll everyone.I also wish that you could export a lead list into google docs from HubSpot. So lets say I ran a sequence and I only wanted to export the people who didnt respond.. there isnt a way to export to google docs or excell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing which leads are already being worked, being able to nurture leads better, having templates and already prepared language to use at a moments notice. Also I love how everything integrates with HS and HS integrates with everything. We used to not be able to see who was working what leads or accounts and now we can. It is so easy with HubSpot to run multiple sequences at a time, and track what is working, what is not working and what we can change and do better. I also love how when you are creating the sequence in the first place it gives you recommendations on best practices and what HubSpot has seen others do that works. I also love how your cell phone number integrates within the platform, so you can make outbound calls straight from the platform, and have your number be the one that shows up, as well as saves the call, recorded right there on the leads profile. All of the data in HubSpot is then transferred to Salesforce which my company uses as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO IT. It truly has helped our company hit record numbers, communicate better, and have a clearer understanding about our leads, our customers, what is working, and what is not working.
Good SMB tool combining Salesforce and Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
With sequences, it is similar to a salesloft cadence while being on the same exact interface as the rest of the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't customize emails in sequences or change the content of the emails on the fly in between steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeps all sales opps in one place for me.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the mailing sequences. When the virus hit and everyone was going home to work, we were able to send them some options we had available for making that a better experience. Most people were trying to work from their dining room table and were not in an ergonomically friendly position. It was also great just to check in on our clients. This has been a tough time for our clients and Hub Spot allowed us to check on them.

If you don't put the name in right, you will not have the best results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all our sales to keep track of where all the jobs are in the pipeline. You can have letters sent to your clients along the whole process to keep them informed and everyone else gets notifications of where you are in the sales pipeline.
