Hubspot does the heavy lifting so I can focus on booking meetings
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is how organized the platform makes you. It is like having a personal assistant by your side at all times and gives you the freedom and peace of mind to focus on the more pressing issues of the day instead of getting bogged down in the logistics of the sales or marketing cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that uploading contacts to my prospect list was a little bit more streamlined of a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team and I are always trying to gauge what kind of messaging resonates most with our audience and using Hubspot analytics capabilities allows us to see the hard numbers behind which forms of outreach are working and which ones are not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great because you can use it as a sales tool as well as a marketing tool and gives you detailed feedback on what effect the content you put out has on your target audience.
Dont let leads fall thru the cracks!
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks, reminders, follow ups really help you keep track of your leads and prioritize them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow loading between pages, intermittent "issues" .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe converting a higher % of leads, better follow up with reminders and tasks. All that should lead to larger paychecks.
Streamlining outreach using Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Templates allow me to send out a mass number of emails that are customized and that come from my personal email quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a good amount of manual work in tracking who I've sent it to and who has opened it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates, I am able to send out personal (ie not mass marketing) emails to a lot of recipients and able to track the activity against those emails.
Engaging CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like data analytics for email campaigns. It gives you a great understanding of where we could fix email messaging. Customizing email campaigns have never been so easy. Task management is very cool and streamlines the process to getting your task done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hubspot doesn't recognize certain companies so some info may be inputted incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving putting out the right messages to help our prospects be more engaging and more likely to set up a demo. The benefits we have realized is customizing the campaigns, especially when we see that certain prospect have opened our emails and clicked on a certain link in our emails. I love it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Filter phone numbers by time zone would be cool.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exceptionally well thought out. There are several different features all designed to enhance your CRM. It is also supported by an excellent customer support team and knowledge base.
Unlike other platforms I have used, HubSpot is designed with its users at the forefront. I have also found that they are receptive to feedback, should you identify a gap that you would like to be addressed in future.
I particularly like the personalised dashboard feature with in-depth sales analytics and sales performance management.

What do you dislike about the product?
The articles and lessons on HubSpot academy could be more direct and to the point. I find they 'waffle' in presentation. As we are very busy, it means that I may miss the relevant information. Sometimes I wish the key takeaways were identified and listed at the bottom of each lesson.
The metrics for sequence scoring at times needs to be adjusted. For example, if you have a sequence with 2 emails and the contact responds to the second email due to the current scoring system in place, HubSpot will register that user as 'completed sequence no response', despite the fact they responded directly to the second/last email, sometimes with less than 24hours between.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully defined our leads, MQLs and SQLs resulting in a greater efficiency within the team and higher conversion rates. Chatflows, Workflows and Sequences have been integral to this success.
Again, the HS support team are exceptionally helpful and generous with their time when it comes to assisting with a project or teaching you something new.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates and snippets are my best friend- you'll often find that even with personalised messages, a lot of the content within the body of the email is recyclable, so it's super useful for when the same queries come up and you have a pre-prepared answer to refer back to. In addition to these features you've pretty much got everything under one roof here. Track the progress of your deals via as many customisable sales pipelines as required, create tasks and manage them easily like a to-do list, manage your meetings with clients and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have a rather convoluted process for setting up which is quite frustrating. Some people might enjoy being able to get very granular but I've found it to be quite cumbersome. The sales features and marketing features don't work together as harmoniously as I'd like, which means having to find more manual solutions around some things.
My Hubspot is linked up with Zoom so that when someone books a meeting via my Hubspot link it is automatically populated to my Zoom calendar. A downside is that whenever Zoom updates, it disconnects from Hubspot without a warning that has happened. Therefore there have been a couple of occasions where meetings haven't been successfully booked.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the features are big time-savers and they help keep me organised. Having it connected to my email account is extremely helpful. Being able to mange all aspects of my sales processes in one place is just super handy. It also means that other members of the team can login at any time and easily find all historical interactions with customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't try to do too much too fast. Trying to tackle too many features at once can hinder your success at getting the most out of the features that will end up being of most value to you.

Capabitity to use with some desktop apps on mac.

Follow up for sales process and automation of onboarding tasks.

Read and see all videos related with training in order to get a must usefull experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the performance of the sequences in terms of opens & clicks is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving bulk notifications one-by-one in the morning for the overdue tasks is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for prospect outreach. As soon as I get a notification that someone has opened/clicked on my email, I just send a nudge email immediately to make it feel more human and in real time. This is very helpful to establish a connect.

I like how easy templates are to use and create. They are extremely handy for what I do!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's automated emails makes dealing witb an inbox of over 300 emails managable and simple !

There is nothing i dislike about hubspot what would help is more integration with sales platforms but other than that has been a huge helping hand at my workplace :)

The benefits are automated emails , organized inbox and sales deals , and the opportunity to create task and follow ups so you are always in the loop
