If I could have done it over I would eliminate Salesforce from our stack
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, intuitive, easy to learn and easy to manage

no A/B testing and workflow ease. Both of these features would be amazing

Outbound volume. We have to send emails as a sales team to act as marketing, this allows us to do so and stay organized

Inability to preset task due date based on Geographic location or timezone.
This results in me having to manually move tasks based on their individual timezone.

Easy to complete daily dial targets with automation. I can get through my daily dials quicker.

Sequences Review
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ease of drag and drop is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to alter a sequence after it has started. Too often a spelling error, or messagin change needs to be altered after I have added a group to a sequence. It is a big miss that HS requires me to delete the whole sequence to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not understand the working of this question.

I like how quickly I can enroll potential customers by using Hubspot sequences

Occasional delays in the system and issues to enroll too many leads

Sometimes the system freezes and stops working (rarely) but it does happen

Makes it easier to send out my sequences to potential clients.

The well thought out approach. It is obvious that a tremendous amount of work went into the process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it is not a dislike but there is so much functionality that you can get lost in the weeds. It is important to keep your goals in mind and review them periodically so you don't get distracted with all of the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the system is designed to force your hand in defining your processed. This is true of the entire organization. We have to analyze not only our specific roles but how we support each other as well. This is a great lesson but can tough initially especially for a new company however the effort pays off immediately.
Hubspot is an easy to use tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of hubspot.. it is an easy to learn and use platform compared to other options such as Salesforce. HubSpot has done a great job building out visibility of what the sales pipelines looks like across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, HubSpot makes it difficult to quickly locate which contacts to follow-up with without running a report and performing some filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has been able to organize our leads and contacts in a way that is very visible and transparent across all individuals. With the ability to view past communications thanks to email tracking, HubSpot enables multiple people to have touches on a lead without running the risk of inconsistent messaging or touches coming off as being impersonal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better phone integration would be great. Functionality is limited within the Mobile App.
For smaller companies a less expensive option with access to more features would be nice.

Easy to log opportunities. Easy to keep up with opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that opportunities were more customizable. The monetary entries don't really match up to the way that we bill customers.

No real problems. The reminders are great.
