Simple and communicates with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily bust through calls with just a click and notes are readily available when you start the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hubspot does communicate communicates with Salesforce, it does not communicate everything you do in Hubspot to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having more time to make faster dials is great! Also I like that you can link the hubspot to your calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for something to make dialing and taking notes more efficient then this is the software for you!
Hub Spot: Making Contact and Connections the Easy Way
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot employees a lot of one touch features and has an excellent record keeping system which helps to provide efficient and quality interactions. Being able to easily review account notes and records helps to keep me organized and prepared for each communication.
The email features, especially the sequences and templates, have allowed me to employ HubSpot as a personal assistant that creates a hands free way to stay in contact with my customers while providing useful information instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified too many limitations with HubSpot. If I had to choose a feature that I don't find much success with, it would be the book meetings feature. I rarely receive customer interaction using this feature but it has not limited the amount of replies I receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to improve my overall organization with HubSpot. Like I mentioned, having all of my interaction history readily available has created a seamless way to communicate with out losing track of information that has been covered. The sequence feature has been extremely helpful when dealing with multiple accounts so that I can focus on tasks that need to be completed while still communicating with my customers.

Try this program because it was simplify your life and help keep you and your company's interactions and communications organized
Great Experience - Outside Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot filters and reporting are extremely helpful. The ability to link with Outlook for meetings and email tracking is so important. Also logging emails and all other communications is critical as an outside sales rep. Any time there are miscellaneous issues or confusion on my part, the support is timely and effective with getting them resolved. I completely rely on HubSpot to function effectively in my job. HubSpot is also constantly making updates based on our feedback. I highly recommend this tool, particularly for sales organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The items listed below are not so much "dislikes" as they are opportunities for improvement:
- Enhancing the mobile app . I would like the ability to use filters on my mobile device as I do on the computer. I also would like to be able to select meeting type when logging on my phone.
- Adding the ability to "pin" certain contacts in a company. This way, if you have 20 contacts, you can pin the ones that are most important, and see them first, without having to click "View X contacts in filtered view"
- Adding the ability to see a map view of all the companies you have in your CRM. This would be huge when planning out meeting days, drops, etc. for outside sales reps

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking email opens and clicks helps identify interested prospects. Email sequences and the associated reporting is such a time saver and insightful tool for campaigns. Cross-filter reporting, task creation, and creating custom dashboards all helps with organization and making sure you are on top of your week and month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of course evaluate your options. This is my first sales job and the only experience I have with a CRM tool. That being said, it still exceeds my expectations.

at this time I have nothing negative to say or about HubSpot since I have been using it.

I'm able to be more organized and keep up with all my customer info and great with access to all my customer data.

I love the workflow automation and sequences. The sequences allow me to have more touches with prospects in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how long it takes to add a contact or company to Hubspot.

Keeping records on customers, outbound emails and track of deals.
Lots of capability without confusion
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for me to log calls, emails, and text messages (RingCentral) all within one streamline account/ticket/company without having to create multiple entries is invaluable to me and give me time back in my day. With other CRMs, this was an issue and caused so much confusion throughout my team and company. The interface is super user-friendly so I do not get lost within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that: 1. There was more direct integration with RingCentral. 2. A way to access my tickets through the mobile application. 3. A way to link multiple companies to a ticket 4. Go to the associated ticket from a conversation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since everything is in one place, the team is more aware of what everyone else is already working on so there is less duplication of work. I realized that Hubspot can do more than I thought with templates and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something easy to implement and use, this is where you want to go.

Sequences and automation are great. The support team is super responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically the entire system is pretty intuitive. There are some small hiccups, but most have been addressed quickly when I brought them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient mass outreach has been made much easier.

Use the support! They are awesome.
Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is SO easy to navigate and I like that I can use it easily on my laptop, phone, and iPad. I also like how easy it is to be motivated to get things done because of their task tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that my chats only work from one page. It would be nice to have the chats pop up on any page I work from- not as notifications but actual tabs on the bottom where I can minimize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving multiple client problems all at once with HubSpot’s easy to use system.

Definitely take advantage of their task system and track clients
Clean and Simple CRM, Has helped our business tremendously!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the ease of use and layout in the CRM tool. I have used many CRMs over the years and this is by far the simplest and most robust for the pricing. Also loving the App. Huge fan.

I have had issues with call quality when calling out of Hubspot but they are responsive and are addressing the issue.

I'm able to keep track of leads and very easily update from my computer or phone. Major benefit for our sales team to have such an easy CRM tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If like me you have used multiple CRM's in the past you will be pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and how well this looks. The App is equally as Robust and great for our sales people that are on the move.
Hubspot for BDR's
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been an exceptional tool for me as an inbound/outbound BDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say in terms of what I dislike about Hubspot

Hubspot brings everything together, having the ability to see insights into companies that I am prospecting is very helpful.
