Great resources, support, and experience!

What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness is great! The customer service is helpful. I loved the in-person courses that I have attended. I attended three so far at the Davenport location and enjoyed each one of them. Each trainer for these courses were extremely thorough and passionate about teaching the course and explaining the concepts and tools. They were also very receptive to answering any of our questions and helping with any confusions. THe exercises within the practice book helped to apply the tools we learned. They also implemented partner work which was enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any problems quite yet. I could see where I could potentially become confused between using two CRMs, though, since our company, along with many other companies, use two CRM platforms. We mainly use HUbspot platform for the marketing and lead generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is great place for our marketing for the company. I enjoy using the email sequences, lead qualifications, personalizations to template creations, etc. THere are many features within this platform that help make the marketing aspect to a company very easy and enjoyable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to learn all of the amazing features! Utilize all of the great resources they provide like the online courses, or the in-person courses. Also attending the conference in 2020 will be extremely helpful and a fun experience. I am looking forward to it. I definitely recommend involving yourself and your company workers within the resources (classes, events, etc), that Hubspot provides.

Fantastic CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that at all times thanks to HubSpot I know exactly where each one of my prospects is at in the prospecting stage. Everything I do on a daily basis (calls, emails, setting tasks/meetings etc) it's all in one easily accessible place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I send out a tracked email to multiple prospects that it would be able to tell me which individual opened the email instead of it simply saying "someone" .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The day to day prospecting & customer farming grind. I live in HubSpot & when it's time to build pipeline into my companies NetSuite i'm able to quickly copy/paste everything over thanks to HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic CRM to use for sales & marketing purposes. Having HubSpot has made working with my marketing team so much easier than ever before. I am able to launch my own email campaigns & sequences, save/ create my own personal email templates OR use existing templates made by my colleagues on the sales side as well as from the marketing group.

I love that HubSpot makes slight updates & it never slows down my prospecting process. Just the other day they adjusted how dialing out pops up on the screen & although it wasn't anything major change wise, it still was a change that saved me a few minutes OR clicks & allowed me to 'power dial' when I wanted to.

I would recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a legitimate CRM , especially on the sales side of things!

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking and task system have been very useful for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of system errors, whether that be; page freezes, task errors or calling issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to follow the engagement with the consumer through email tracking and has made the follow up process better.

The ability to create multiple sequences and its broad detailed workflows.

Reporting could be better and ability to add contacts to a sequence from the contact record itself

Very good tool, alot more functionality than more basic sales driven CRMs, reporting can be connected to Zoho which is far better for this, and workflows are excellent

What do you like best about the product?
The liquidity in flow on how things work without bumps or any resistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of as yet. Will get back to this when I do.

I literally feel spoon fed. I was new to my workflow but figuring this was as easy as 1,2,3..

Getting control with Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using recently a lot the sequences to get clarity about my contact interests. With a well designed message, I get all the granularity I require. Over 30% response is definitely my highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IP filtering isn't optimal and the relationship between the entities (Company, Contact, Deal, ...) isn't flexible enough to reflect the reality. I can't for example manage consultants which are working in parallel for different companies.
The email linkage isn't also precise enough polluting my mail feed with not required messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get activity visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence functionality on emails is great for keeping the pipeline wheels turning in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could filter contacts by whether they have been contacted already and if so, by which campaign. It would also be great if you could see whether specific emails have been opened from the main inbox screen in email accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Hubspot from spreadsheets so every feature has been beneficial from where we were. The main objective was for the organisation and reporting of new opportunities. It has prebuilt reporting metrics and templates which make our weekly sales calls quick and easy to prepare for.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use. It takes little time to set up and training and there are various tools that can be used for any type of operation. The reports are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside at the moment - it's working great so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM has made my work more organised and seamless. The reports/dashboard is great to see progress and look for opportunity. The automation tool saves me a lot of time and I can focus on getting new business in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be the best investment for the business and will improve staff productivity. The support and tips available are great.
