The best CRM solution for SMB's
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and user-friendly the CRM is
The knowledge base and community support allows in clarifying a lot of questions that allow us to help ourselves

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration of mail with Outlook and sales sidekick doesn't work so smoothly. As admin, I like to ensure more permission edits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to bring more automation and transparency in the sales process. Benefits realised is that through notes and tagging, the team is getting better at communicating where sales conversations are any point in the deal

What do you like best about the product?
The automation parts - the fact in pulls in info to populate various fields saves a lot of time. The integration with google calendar/mail are useful. It auto tracks KPIs which again saves time. Business card scanner on app KICKS ASSSS.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule sequences in bulk - you have to do each one individually. Also, sometime your sent a notification email telling you 'you've been assigned x number of contact from a colleague', but when you click the link in the email it pulls you through to the contacts page with 'contact owner me' and 'assigned to you this month' filters on only, making it impossible to tell which contacts the email is referring to.

Tracking deal progress, automating email outreaches, serving as repository for all out lead info

What do you dislike about the product?
I used to be able to track emails via outlook automatically however every time I create an email in outlook I have to select the hubspot option to track emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is that I am able to see who has opened the emails and who has clicked on particular links when sending out email campaigns

you need always an internet connection , there is not the possibility to work without connection with phone

I can use for put very notes and I stop to use paper
Hubspot is an excellent inside sales tool with a strong array of aumatization
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down my favourite feature is sequences. It allows me to target my audience in a more efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The domain based company import method sometimes laeds to duplication which has to be handled manually. It's a minor peeve, but is takes away valuable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to our target audience and keeping accurate tabs on our prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It's the best CRM I've ever used.
Quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Love the meeting links and templates, especially group meeting links. Reporting is excellent and the quick dashboard setups have been extremely useful, only very minor issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deal Pipelines are fiddly, not ideal for CS teams more geared to sales but can be manipulated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Classic tracking of Customer Base but also upsells, renewals. Templates make comms quick and easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quality CRM, ideal for sales, good reporting features, takes work to setup for CS teams.

Being able to see when people opened my emails and adding parent/child company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't extract a CSV or Excel from the Activity Feed, would make life easier. Or how many times I have called a contact in one place.

Many, we use only one tool for a multitude of things. Everything is in one place, calling, emailing, fup'ing and of course, our sales pipeline is flawless

I think sequencing is very useful. It's actually a far more powerful tool than other products I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
So few linked fields. It's not as much a sales focused tool as it is a marketing focused tool. I wish sequencing gave me more insights.

Territory management is far easier using hubspot. It empowers me to control my business.

I like being able to use filters so that I can see the customers I want to see, quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to read through emails that aren't easily laid out (eg incoming could have a slightly different coloured background)

I'm able to keep track of everything that needs doing, with the status option. This means I don't miss anything.
