Great experience with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage my very easy sorting them after the last contact date, creation date, I can book meetings, assign task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the clients cannot hear me well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s a great tool to use in my work, helps me to be organized with my clients

A very good tool to manage your business if you are working with a lots of clients

What do you like best about the product?
Possibilities in this CRM are amazing, want to set up a custom workflow? Yes, easy! Want to make a custom form? Yes, easy. Unlike other CRM systems it is way easier to use and much more user-friendly. Easy to setup integrations to Slack, or custom systems. SMS integration and so on. it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, but probably the price. It is quite expensive. Also i would like an option to just add a button on a contact or company, that could complete a workflow. Would be very nice! Support is quite hard to get a hold of, and some of the features are not done and not very well tested, support could use some extra work. And mobile support is not that great. Also an SDK for iOS would be great for a integrated chat function!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of the work that was manually done, has now been solved and automated. Like when users create a free account, we use hubspot to instantiate an email flow and send them emails. Push slack notifications and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to anyone who likes easy interface and a great CRM system.
Hubspot CRM is a really great and powerful marketing software. It is just simple and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I do really like the automation and the flexibility of the software, letting you reach and develop awesome and helpful solutions for you business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that maybe there are few developments that might be super interesting but they have it developed only for some areas (all Workflows don`t have the same layout / options), limited companies lists options and companies relations with contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use it to organize sales operations, using a lot the integrations and workflows to standardize our work/data and let the sales guys focus on whats important: to sell

Hubspot is so simple for everyone and even 50 people learn use it in a couple of weeks.

I actually dont know because the suite match perfectly It cost

Hosting a large international website within a competitive SEO space
Excellent UX/UI that makes it easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI makes it easy for me to navigate around and easy to manage my tasks and find the information I need with out digging around. I also love the sequences feature. It makes it much much easier for us to prospect clients. I especially like how it unenrolls if you receive a reply in email. I would forget so many times if that wasn't the case. I also like the function of it being able to see if emails have been opened or clicked and also tells you how many times, same goes for page views and other valuable marketing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few further filtering options, for example, filtering by how many clicks/opens on an email (over 10 clicks, add to a lead score.. etc...). In my opinion, I also wish there was a way to unenroll from a sequence if I had spoken with them on the phone. I understand that is difficult but I feel like it could be a possible solution somewhere when the call is linked to aircall and "outbound answered call"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospecting is a big one that hubspot solves with using sequences. The automation is extremely helpful with keeping my day busy with tasks and taking care of time consuming emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easier to use than Salesforce and more intuitive. I have used both and much prefer Hubspot for the level of prospecting I am doing.

I like how I can filter through different opportunities very seamlessly

How you can't quick add a number onto a company, without having to go through and create a new contact

It's a great way to stay organized and for visibility purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to send out outreach templated emails to lists of contacts, made quick and easy by the templates tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multinational company, sometimes the same business can come up in multiple countries and clients are allocated to the wrong business development manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my leads in one place which allows me to keep things under control easier than before, I definitely have more time to generate new leads thanks to the increased time I've gained from easier management of the existing leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say if you have a growing team of sales and/or marketing teams then it's definitely beneficial to switch to a CRM like Hubspot as it makes things very easy having a centralised marketing and sales tool that can help sales pipeline flow on target and easy to manage.
Some likes and dislikes, but overall an awesome system!
What do you like best about the product?
I like many cools HubSpot has vs something like SalesForce! The fact that I can create drip campaigns and sequences or comment on a post and put it at attention to a specific associate. I love that all notifications connect to my email, and at the same time I don't as it can sometimes be A LOT of notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to auto dial and too many different ways to categorize leads. If you get too many different departments on here using it for different systems that then start categorizing their campaigns in different ways.. it gets messy. Not really the systems fault, but a victim of it's own flexibility and a lack of training on our part I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to effortlessly remain ontop of all communication and better manage my day.

I like to manage the deals and pipeline in general, it's so open and it has just all the necessary to make a custom report
