Software that helps sales
What do you like best about the product?
Currently the fact that emails and contacts get logged in the system. This helps us build our customer base. It also helps us safe time by not having to do manual administration of leads and continually keeping everything updated.
Templates also give us a quick way to respond to large volumes of leads without having to spend hours typing emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tu us, the way contacts right now are arranged makes it less insightful in one glance what current status is. We don't get a lot of new leads every day and we want to see all actions visually. currently we use an Excel sheet with lots of conditional formatting to directly see what needs to be done.
We would like more visual feedback one all running leads at that moment, we're a small company that coordinated the leads process with just a few members and a lot of action require us to discuss them. For us in that way it is paramount to see what is going on with our leads.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alignment of lead approach between colleagues and strategically approaching leads. That have a single place where data gets collected about all your customers, in the background, safes a lot of time compared to when you have to do it yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a CRM software with almost limitless capabilities, you can definitely advance your company further by implementing it in the right way. It comes in handy when trying to streamline your sales process and using your sales people the best you can.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to log every interaction with whomever I speak to, so I do not forget when and what we spoke about. Every new contact entry is transferred to ClubReady as well, so I do not have to double my work. I can search for contacts by any specific detail, there is what seems like an unlimited amount of filters, as long as I have it inputted beforehand. Its very convenient for me if I have a conversation with someone face to face, then a few days later, I have a phone call with them, I am able to view the screen as we talk and see all the past conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not quite understand all the different personalization presets for the emails. I mainly use the main screen for each contact, and if I must send an email, I typically type it out from scratch. There are templates that can be made, but since I do not use it very often, whenever I do attempt to create one for special events, I get lost an confused by all the different choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call and email everyone from one screen, as well as see all my sales and activity in graph form for comparison.

Utilize the program to its fullest potential, and you will not be sorry!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me manage leads and close deals for them. It provides the options to followup with the leads super easily.

The mobile responsive view of hubspot deals is a little busy. the layout can be worked more for the deals pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to manage the prospects and the potentials clients. We add all the leads in the CRm and followup with them via emails.

Easy to Use and Get Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information I can get on the activities and interests of my Customers and Prospects, based on integrations with our website, Outlook and Definitive - this allows me to target campaigns effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like additional filter options on contacts, such as if they are a customer, what products do they pwn - located on Company, not Contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am no longer blindly doing outreach to persons that may not be interested in my products and services. It also helps me to keep track of tasks and follow up needs, with easy to manage queues and templates - ensuring I am adequately covering a very large sales territory.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create workflows to make my life easier by automatically changing fields when an action is triggered is a life changer!
Being able to bulk edit fields is extremely helpful when needing to change hundreds of contacts.
Creating reports which track almost everything we need is by far one of the most useful tools on HubSpot in my opinion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend using the HubSpot live chat services as the people who are on there can answer your questions in no time at all and can even go into your account and make changes/amendments based on what you've asked and also advise where you've gone wrong. By far the best customer services team I've ever had the pleasure of using - they definitely know their stuff!

What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of using HubSpot CRM are endless - whether your a small business just getting started, or have tens of thousands of contacts to manage. The CRM tool is flexible and extensible to any industry. Ours is a very niche industry full of a wide variety of folks, each with differing levels of technology adoption. We deal with end-consumers, small retailers, huge distributors, big box, and retail giants like Amazon and Walmart. With so many different contacts and different messages needing to go to different segments - HubSpot CRM is our one source of truth for every interaction we have with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any powerful tool, there is a little bit of a learning curve. It's not a steep learning curve - but it is there. Great news is that HubSpot has great education and tools you can use to shorten your curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, our communication with all of our customers has drastically improved. Whether it's sales, finance, or customer service reaching out to the customer, we all have a really good picture of how our communication with that individual customer has gone over time. We all know what we last spoke with the customer about - and it really adds a "wow" factor for them when we reference what someone else in a different department talked to them about last time.

If you're not using a CRM today - give HubSpot CRM a shot. It's free - and the amount of customization and tie ins to the rest of your business is simply unbelievably game-changing for the SMB.
Nice tool, not mature enough
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is modern and straight forward. Navigational elements are where one would expect and the flow of the interface is very intuitive. The filtering offers quick and easy views to find the information you are looking for and ticket statuses available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the product does not seem very mature in the services side of things. It is not easy to report to contacts the status of all tickets belonging to their company or to give them any type of view. The API integration points are also severely lacking as one cannot easily retrieve the contact information and company related to a ticket from the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Portal provides a general tool to track and organize service tickets and give users a quick overview of their priorities and bottlenecks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering HubSpot as a tool for your services team, ensure that it meets your needs out of the box. As a general tool for tracking tickets, it is excellent, but it does not do everything you would expect it to. If your workflow is straightforward and simple, it will be perfect, but if you have any type of special workflow, do not be surprised if you cannot handle it easily.
My experience has been very positive and professional with Hubspot.

I like how easy it is to use. It is very intuitive and very easy to navigate and learn. I'm not very technologically inclined when it comes to systems like this. So, I was very surprised at how easy it was to pick up and learn. I think the thing I like most about hub spot is the way you are able to update and save contact information. It makes it very easy for me to keep track of potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest problems I have ran into while using hub spot is the reports portion. For some reason it is hard for me to understand how to use it. Especially when I am trying to figure out how many of my appointments have gone through. I feel like filtering and adding dates is somewhat complicated. Due to the fact that the tabs don't give a lot of information I'm not sure what I am filtering for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I am able to get my work done a lot quicker ever since we interrogated to this system. Just because we do a lot of calling in through out the day, being able to quickly update the customers information has been very helpful in keeping me on task and on target for my weekly goals. It is also very easy to keep track of the customers progress and where the last conversation left off.

Definitely a great application especially if you are interfacing platforms. Makes it very simple and easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of data entry and especially the deal management. It is very easy to record the activities I do, such as phone calls. I like and I find it very useful to send emails from within the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage that I found is updating the data with those present in our business systems, it would be very useful to have an almost "instantaneous" update but I can understand that it is difficult to achieve it.

What do you like best about the product?
You can automate most of your daily task and follow your client path throughout their buying journey by tracking, sending automated and personalized messages, schedule meeting and so on. The user interface is much better than other competitors which I was using in my previous sales experience. There are tons of integrations with external tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I have experience of using 4 different CRM until now, the deal section could be improved with same AI as well as the reporting section with more in depth information about deals, customers, projections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most benefit I can think of is the integration between marketing and sales tools. I can source leads, automate their journey and speed up many tasks that I used to do manually.
