One of the best CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The minimalism, I'd say it's not so hard on your eyes, everything is where it should be and it helps you focus a lot on the given task without having to spend x amount of minutes trying to find something. It's pretty easy to use, I'm using it for daily tasks for calls and emails. I do somewhere around 100-150 calls a day and 25 do 50 emails a day, so having the templates available to me all the time, having all the documents I use attached to HubSpot for convenience it helps a lot making it efficient and once you get in the flow of working you won't notice time passing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that is a downside its that its sometimes sluggish, maybe it's due to Chrome and I'm using a pretty powerful rig, but with a refresh of the page every 30 minutes its smooth as butter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There weren't many problems that I had before I started using HubSpot, I mostly used custom CRM's that were made for companies, so they were mostly private and the team was the only one that can see it. But honestly, they were straight to the point, ugly and very bad in general. Hubspot is polished for sure. It helped me be better organized and you learn with time how to use it better and how to get the most of it. So it helped me be more efficient, more focused, more aware of my previous tasks and every note that I have written down.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try, give it a week and see how it goes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of tools that can support your team. If you want to learn more about anything there are easy to watch videos, and the customer support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features could be a little bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of clients is fantastic. It makes it so much easier on here. I also love the email sequence feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend checking it out and taking advantage of the things you can learn

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many features and ways to leverage your data. The lists are helpful for keeping track of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d be interested in more training specifically geared towards my industry.

It's great to reach a larger audience and the Tasks are helpful as reminders.

Hubspot Tasks help me being efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
1- The idea of having a queue of tasks helps me saving time and be more organized.
2- Scheduling Email campaigns using sequences is really helpful and saves a lot of time.
3- Organizing the workflows to remind me to update contacts details and follow up with my contacts every now and then.
4- Making sure no contact on the system is being forgotten for a while without re-engaging.
5- Reminds me to follow up on the current deals and discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 2 points that needs improvement in my opinion is

1- When I delete a contact while working on a queue of tasks it stops the queue.
I think it would be much better that if I delete a contact while being on a queue it goes automatically to the second task.

2- There should be a search option in the deleted contacts to make it easier to restore a specific contact after being deleted by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a large range of functions for sales and marketing purposes. I like that it's very easy to add contacts and companies. Also, setting up and managing deals & pipelines is easy.
It's great to store all the information on the client and deal to let your team know what's happening with every deal. Also, anyone from the team can go back to the oldest client and learn on what journey they are in.
Also, the support team replies quickly and provides helps you with your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I remember correctly, some of the features used to be free. Now you need to play for almost everything, including templates, sequences, reports.
Sometimes there are small UX problems that make me wild.
Too many follow-ups after browsing the pricing section. Of course, they track your behavior on the website and it's a part of re-targeting, but it annoys sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping clients and deals up to date. It's a great CRM system to track your sales progress.
Selling more and logging all information about meetings, emails, direct messages, etc
Learning trends, testing hypotheses, email campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to manage your clients and sales, and you don't have to pay anyone to set up your CRM system. If your CEO or salesperson knows the business model of your company they can easily integrate this CRM to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and customizable. Easy to set up for a team.

Associated contacts/companies often pick up the wrong info.

Central place for our sales team to track activities/notes.

Invest in your initial setup. Although changes can be made down the road, it will save you lots of manual labor.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, I like how you can view your productivity in the dashboard view and building the sequences is extremely user friendly! You can also share with your team which sequences work best and they have all the tools to make the messaging more personalized. Hubspot also gives suggestions on how to improve your email sequences to get a better response the first time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more drag and drop functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking productivity and managing information was difficult, but now you can have all your emails and calls tracked in the activities of each contact and company. I like how you can also view your performance and the performance of the teams. I also like the ability to view who's opened my emails and how much time they spent reviewing the attached materials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and not too complicated to learn. I would definitely take the time to watch the videos and learn about all the amazing things that this CRM can do. I would also work in a team so that everyone know how to use all the fabulous features of Hubspot. Often times people just use a few options and don't take advantage of what they have. This is what is beneficial about training in a team dynamic. Everyone picks up on different area they can focus on. Someone in the group takes on Social Media Integration and then teaches to the group. Another person would take on Sequences and how to build them and then teach the group. Hubspot can be what ever you make it. But you have to put in the work to build greatness.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to log calls and emails directly on my deals. Helps me keep accounts organized and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find deals when searching by a contact or company. When associations are not setup it can take extra time to locate the deal im working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks are allowing me to provide timely follow up to my customers.
