Easy to set up sales campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I can set up my own automation and control when and who I send to.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were an easier way to see contacts and company's associated within the same contact screen and notes - it would be more ideal for faster communications and knowledge of the entire account and it's key employees

Managing Accounts Made Easier

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very intuitive software that helps manage my book of business in a meaningful way. The ability to create tasks and sequences is essential to how I can keep organized when prioritizing my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of duplication in our instance of HubSpot, which is partly the fault of my organization, but I would like a way to easily merge and identify duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize reaching out to my customers and staying up to date on the needed tasks

Look at your use case for the CRM you are selecting and evaluate HubSpots capabilities vs other CRM software

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is real time data, and that we are able to track our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think that I dislike anything at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain a clean CRM, keep track of who I have spoken to, and I REALLY enjoy the filters, it makes it so much easier to make sure that all of my contacts have been touched or a task associated with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that it is a great tool to use, and makes it very easy to contact prospects. So far our company has had 5 different leads interested in just the month of January

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are nice, lists, and the kb articles. The ability to create automatic messages is nice and we use this frequently. The kb editing and publishing is easy and does make it easier for our customers to see our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is lacking is the connectivity of objects. Calling it a CRM is a stretch in my opinion, it works well as a marketing tool but that's really it. Inability to let customers log in to see current tickets. This truly impedes our ability to use 'self serve'. Each time a customer needs to see something they worked on in the past, it's a new ticket and completely new discussion. This reduces the ROI of the system, taking more time than necessary from our teams to accomplish the same work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our customers a way to log tickets and support concerns. Only the ability to communicate through email has this benefited us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to ask for a trial period. We were told all of the functionality we needed was there, only to find that it wasn't when we already purchased and could not go back. We are told that these features are "being considered", but I see they are still posted on their community as requests for 2+ years.

The UX and how fast the Hubspot responds to our commands
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Reports are hard to do. I just cant do a Average length of sales cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a predictable revenue machine, and we need to call a lot with multiple enterprises.
The Tool is very funtional to make this job works
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to draw how ll you team works. You need to thinks in some details before use the plataform. You need to setup in a way that works for your company. Here at Antecipa we have a very different way to negotiate with our prospects, and we made a lot of tests before we get in this model of execute our sales. More that 5 pipes were created before we get in this model, and i am sure that we will keep improving.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm fully immersed in using templates and sequences to drive sales lift, brand recognition, and get meetings with our target prospects and customers in our TAM! Hubspot makes it easy to sync contacts, organize outreach, synthesize and prep messaging, and get all of our email outreach organized and ready to go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have seen are limits on our number of sequence enrolls daily (we need to upgrade), and feature access not available to sales (like surveys, enrolling contacts in advance sequences etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're reaching out to MORE prospects with better, more targeted and customized messaging using dynamic variables in our templates and sequences, and getting more engagement, opens, and meetings because of this. We're also getting more information about bounces
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After using Yesware, SalesLoft, and Hubspot in addition to multiple other sales intelligence and CRM platforms, Hubspot is by FAR the easiest and most pleasant to use! I have found that its been easy to set up, get my team onboarded onto, and then set up templates for everyone to customize and use. I also love their support, online documentation, and feedback loops - I never feel left out to dry in the event that I have an issue. We are seeing RESULTS from using Hubspot because it makes it so easy - so thank you for moving our business forward! Would highly recommend for lean sales teams or groups that need to get a lot of customized outreach out in a short amount of time with a lot on their plate - this is going to help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Having upgradings periodically, also a ideas submission forum and a responsive support team.
There are always a lot of ideas submited and maybe is difficult to keep the track. But the community is alive and give insignts too.
We also use a lot all the workflows and automations that help doing job easier for the consultants, agents, support team, ecc.
We are using it for all the lifecycle of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a lot of features have room for improvement. Many bugs lately regarding workflows and tickets. Also some limited options in feedback surveys and other features that are related to service.
Also fixing some probles is taking quite too long, cause of its limitations, but once you are in you keep going.
For us, also it'sbeing quite of annoying that service features and tickets doesn't have the same options that deals or mkt or activities have, with lists and other contact related conditions, that would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the data in the same app. It's good to have it all centralized, even if sometimes you have the feeling that is "bitting off more than it can chew".
At the end the best part is having all the information in one place for the agent or the support team. It's easy to share information about the customer and sell or give a good service, cause you can follow also the whole process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep looking at news and upgrades, also comment in hubspot ideas forum, there are good features but as I alredy said with room for improvement.

I like that i can enroll several people in a sequence at once.

I don't like that there's a limit to how many people I can enroll in a sequence daily.

I'm able to reach more potential leads faster.
