Efficient, Simple, Effective.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to utilize the CRM, but what appeals to me most are the automation features. It's so easy to stay on top of what you're working on. Of course if you do not use it properly, it will not be so effective, but the system does a very good job of trying to push you towards using it correctly. Another hubspot feature that really helps me in my day to day workload is Tasks. It's nice to have an "assistant" reminding you of all the things you need to do on a daily basis. You can also use the automation features to create tasks at the end of sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be some improvements in how deal properties work, and I think an auto save feature should be implemented. I think I spend half of the time on the system just hitting "the save" button after completing every action. I also would like to see some improvements to the mobile application. In 2020 it's very important that we should be able to use all aspects of the CRM while on the go. The most important feature that should be added would be the ability to enter a client into a sequence right from the app.

I wouldn't say I'm solving problems necessarily, but I think it aids me in the normal

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their efficiency, and effectiveness. Hubspot will give you the ability to make one salesperson as effective as 5.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up sequences is my favorite part of HubSpot! You have so many options and so many different ways of setting up how you want the specific sequence to be handled, whether it's sending an email then setting a task for a call for everyone on the list, or de-duping double entries!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, It took a long while to think of something I did not like about HubSpot. If I had to complain about one thing, I would say it is the way it restarts your queue if you move to another page and go back to the queue. Basically, if you call say ten people, then go to the sales dashboard or somewhere else, then go back to your queue, instead of starting from where you left off you end up calling those ten people again sometimes because it restarts the queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM makes it much easier to communicate and keep track of a large amount of clientele or prospects.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a week and you will see how much better it really makes everything! So much easier when you are dealing with large amounts of people to email, call or even set notes on to say the very least!
Hubspot is easily the best, most well rounded CRM that I have used.

I really love the tools HubSpot offers, especially templates, snippets and sequences. This allows me to maximize my time while outreaching, leading to higher results.

Nothing comes to mind. HubSpot is the best CRM I've used and I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest areas that sales people fall short on is following up. The HubSpot tasks makes it easy to keep track of following up and that nothing slips through the cracks. The sequences are even better because it follows up automatically! Also, as a company grows, many times there is overlap while reaching out to prospects. HubSpot tracks all calls/emails, which is a great tool. It allows us to see all previous conversations, to ensure there is no overlap and gives context for the next interaction.

Highly recommend to all sales professionals if you want to take your game to the next level.

What I find most beneficial about Hubspot is how efficient the application is. Its very easy to use and organization is all in one spot.

There are no downsides to Hubspot. You just find more things you are capable of utilizing !

Hubspot helps me stay up to date with every client I need to follow up with on a daily basis, it tracks emails, phone calls and so much more !

Great tool to help following up on my leads and deals. The "task" feature helps me remember what leads/customers I should be recontacting and the best moment to do so.

What do you dislike about the product?
- can be difficult to keep data clean; eg, "company name"is a contact field, while "company" is a company field >> these don't sync. Can we easy to lose track of people in the same organization

I woild love to have different deal stages based on IF/THEN... So if X happens with a client then the deal stage adapts to that circumstances. Also woule be great to have simultaneous deal flows.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is awesome. Love the calendar app, the email templates for individual emails and campaigns. All the tools and integrations are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
As SMB that's just past the startup stage, the platform is a bit pricey. We're locked into a Sales Hub grandfather clause where our two Sales Hub seats are very economically priced. But we can't add another seat for the same per-user price. We would need to jump up to the next tier and more than triple our investment. Wish we could just keep adding individual seats at the same per-user amount. Would also like access to Marketing Hub but the pricing is just too steep for us at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool that helps us secure demos and create workflows that enable us to convert prospects to paying clients.

It's truly an awesome platform. Our sales team could not function without it.
Best CRM for small/medium business
What do you like best about the product?
Having all sales information and marketing function in one place is really beneficial for our company. Being able to create landing pages, marketing emails, and deals on the same software is what makes Hubspot so great for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your site doesn't get a huge amount of volume, the optimization recommendations don't come through, similarly for email marketing optimization. Having to meet certain volume requirements to get recommendations is a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track all our sales activities has been huge. From being able to log calls to tracking email open rates and clicks has made our sales team much more informed and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team or marketing and sales professionals, this is the best CRM because it allows for collaboration between both departments in a really seamless way. We are a one-man marketing and sales team but I imagine it works even better with large teams contributing to the CRM. If you aren't great at learning new software, it could be overwhelming because there are endless possibilities with Hubspot. Anything you can think of, you can do in this CRM, but someone with little experience might get overwhelmed very easily.
