HubSpot is not just for the marketing team. All sales people need to use this.
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to review history of contacts. What emails they have opened, what they have been sent in the past, and how they have interacted with emails. Having this insight makes it so easy to know where I need to spend my time as a sales person.
I use the chrome extension everyday as well lets me quickly see what has been going on with emails that I have sent out. This saves a bunch of time and keeps me on top of what is happening. I hate when i miss things, and this extension makes it very hard to miss things. big fan,

What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is sometimes the connection with Outlook and salesforce does not work. Fairly often the outlook integration does not work or slows down the operating time for my email.
additionally there have been problems with contacts syncing with sales force. but it is unclear if this is a problem on my end or their end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to make sure that every lead that comes in is getting reached out to, and making sure that contacts that need continuos attention are getting it with out having them fall through the cracks.
Hubspot also helps make sure the team identifies the leads that are interacting with our outreach the most so we know how to handle additional follow ups.

It is so simple to use and very user friendly. If you want something that the whole team will actually USE and can grow as the company grows, Hubspot is the place to be

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can manage my task, observe the status of my deals and watch every day my reports dashboard. even my collegues and my teams report.
we enjoy them everyday.

it has a lot of features.
ask for help to discover them all.
it's easy but they are really a lot. use all the tips insiede it. it brought my way of typing emails to a new level

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of management of my team and the monitoring of my deals, moreover the workflows combined with the automation have freed me from all those that previously required me a great deal of time, leaving me free to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that automations cannot be included in a workflow. the fact that everything is in English is not a problem, but it could preclude some opportunities on the European continent

I like that HubSpot has so many integrated features. The entire sales team can be run from it.
Looking around other products hubSpot does everything they do but benefits from being all in one place.
Workflows allow you to automate complicated tasks and are almost infinitely customisable, they allow your marketing to be targeted and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The document tracking could be better. Individuals have to click through to other pages rather than being able to scroll. you cant see the aggregate performance of a particular document.
LinkedIn Connectivity would also be good, so that when a message is sent there it logs to HubSpot.
The sales extension in outlook makes email and the entire computer very slow and sometimes crash. Particularly when several sequences are currently running.
The HubSpot app isn't great, many people is our team don't use use it as a result.

HubSpot score - allows us to prioritise leads
Call types - allows us to assess activity against performance
Document tracking - Allows us to track when a client is looking at our proposal

A very good product, worth its weight in gold. The philosophy behind it of inbound marketing is worth getting stuck into and accepting. Focussing on producing great content and attracting people to your site.
Hubspot Use For Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is very visually appealing and easy to navigate. It is very easy to see the progression of a lead through the deal "board" feature, and update in real-time. The system also makes it very easy to update and change contact information as needed and see all of your activity with a lead/client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the "terms" don't really translate to our organization specifically (ex. Evangelist), so we don't utilize every facet of the application. Because we are a non-profit, we work a bit differently than a standard business. We have had to make a lot of adjustments to our own vocabulary so it matches that of the CRM.
Also, it would be nice if the Chat feature and some sort of bell or audio notification once a new chat came in. Between all of the other notifications that we receive, it is very easy for us to miss chats when they come into our inbox.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us keep track of our lead nurturing & progression, which is something that we were not updating as much in real-time previously. This helps us better keep track of our goals and target areas of potential growth.
We can also easily track our calls through the call log feature. Before, we all had individual Google Docs which was not efficient for reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to upgrade from Copper or another CRM, I think Hubspot has many features that most organizations would utilize.
Hubspot - simple to use with a broad range of tools to increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers plenty of tools to help keep organized and productive while still being simple to use. Their sequences make followup a breeze and their task management allows for teams to communicate effectively on what needs to get done. Their CRM calling feature is also great allowing me to make calls from my desk phone number using the browser of my computer anywhere in the country. I also use their templates and sequences daily to make follow up and answering frequently asked questions quickly and easily. Lastly, their ability to manage client information and search the database based on that information is a great tool that makes finding the person, or group of people, you're looking for easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there isn't much to dislike about hubspot. If I had to be picky I would say that some of the editors may be complicated for somebody without a reasonable amount of tech background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication is the largest "problem" that we have solved using HubSpot. The ability to see emails colleagues have sent to mutual contacts/leads and follow up for them is a very valuable tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research the tools available to you as a user of HubSpot. There are tons of ways to use the CRM to increase productivity and visibility of your company. You can great custom landing pages for your website, link forms/documents for quick sending, set tasks and sequences to follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner, use templates to respond fully to frequently asked questions, and auto-populate the templates mentioned previously with customer's names and information.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple & straightforward - not a lot of clicks required to accomplish what I want. Filters work well, and I'm able to organize and view information I need to make the decisions of what to accomplish on a given day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the reporting features could be stronger - I'm unable to filter within reports/graphs using some of the custom filters we've created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to email targets, create meetings, track target history and prioritize workload. It makes cross-team communication easy and allows us to easily pass the baton between associates.

Managing the deal pipeline is a huge advantage when monitoring several prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness is what makes Hubspot my go to for everything. The drip Campaigns are crucial to any mailing campaign that you are looking for. If you are looking for more of an indepth use of Hubspot i HIGHLY recommend taking one of the training courses that they offer.
Not only are the Insightful, they take you step by step into every avenue of Hubspot and make sure you are comfortable with facets of the program.
They really want to make Hubspot the spot for all your marketing needs and have tracking capabilities on all fronts that really are useful to everyday things.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a negative aspect for a system that I like so much, I dislike that I didn't use Hubspot earlier in my professional career.
I do wish that the contact limit was perhaps unlimited, I find that importing lists keeps you limited to the amount of contacts that are allowed within your CRM. Which is tough because to go through and make sure that you don't have duplicates is very tedious and they need to have an easier way to merge them together or an automatic way that allows it to do it quicker.

I am solving problems that we thought had no solution and when I went into Hubspot. The Single Source Of Truth. It always had the answer.

Try out as many features as you can to see the absolute value of Hubspot and everything it can give you!
If you're looking for simple, easy to use this could be for you.
What do you like best about the product?
The team activity dashboard is helpful in seeing what conversations are going on in the company. Great for sales in seeing things move along and learning by jumping into other's threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the navigation and how the tasks work. I wish there were more side slide-out bars that didn't make you always leave your page especially when you're trying to complete tasks. Also, the marking of completed tasks is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HubSpot CRM has benefited me in terms of saving time with creating templates, being able to track opens, clicks, and replies, tune into my teams' conversations with the activity dashboard to see progress throughout accounts, easily reply to a conversation thread without having to go into my gmail directly. I like some of the dashboards and reporting you can see. I like it tells me when a contact has bounced or opted out of email.
